Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Well, the week has come to an end once more, and we had some fun with the various video games and films we had announced there. I Must Find Her Gameplay for I Must Find Her is out there, and it further highlights how I Must Find Her will offer up a different take on these events With the many titles that have been out there about the Chernobyl disaster, it is interesting to see one take a different approach as I Must Find Her seems to be doing. We are still going to see a lot of the walking around and darkness that seeped into the world from it all, but it seems that Evil Deal Games will be mixing in a few other things into the game that might take us to some darker places. Usually, we get to see soldiers and other workers at the facility get their stories played out, but in I Must Find Her we get to hear how it affected the local population who were just living their lives before all of it. HELLMART The release date for HELLMART is set in place, and we will be starting our shift at HELLMART before the end of the month The doors are about to open for HELLMART on the PC with a release date that is only days away from now. A final release date that we can expect from GAZE IN GAMES for it all, and to offer up another life simulation game with a solid horror twist. Just like the many others that place us in a zoo, flipping burgers, and working other service jobs, all while facing the other horrors out there that are not just the general public. Not only did we get a lot to check out during the convention, but we also managed to get solid updates out to you all week. Some, like, Styx: Blades Of Greed gameplay, Dead By Daylight and Stranger Things kicking off the crossover, Resident Evil Requiem getting some fun new visuals, and the fact that we will be able to play Xbox video games without the need of an Xbox soon. Something fun that I am sure both Another Angle Games and Owlcat Games are excited to share, as well as those looking for an alternative history game will be glad as well. Grave Stakes The Early Access for Grave Stakes is here, and now we can play the dark gameshow that Grave Stakes is going to bring us With so much going on near the end of the year, it is interesting that we all lost sight of the next game show that was about to pop off with Grave Stakes. A title that was supposed to hit Early Access at the beginning of December last we heard, but it looks as if Wild West Games had to put the pause on that. Alone Psychological horror, Alone, is announced here and we will see how dark our dreams will truly be in the world of Alone If there is one thing that the horror genre is not going to be this year when it comes to games, is that we are not going to be short on them. Especially as we add in another small title to the mix with the announcement of Alone coming to the PC here. A new title on the way from River Flower Games that will not only be a horror, but one that delves a bit into mental health. It is odd how those keep getting intertwined, but for the masses, I'm assuming it is all still a horrifying thing. Read More...

LAG KILLS A new horror title, LAG KILLS, has been announced with us seeing just how LAG KILLS out there in the world I do not think a single gamer out there has never succumbed to rage at any point in their lives, and that is a little bit of the point in the upcoming LAG KILLS. A new survival horror title that we are getting on the PC from Deranged Games. Not that we are going to be playing as the killer, but that we are going to be keeping clear of a gamer who has lost their mind due to the amount of lag they have been experiencing. Dead By Daylight The Stranger Things crossover for Dead By Daylight is finally here, with many more kids needing to survive Dead By Daylight Things are getting turned upside-down here in Dead By Daylight with the second chapter of Stranger Things officially out there in the game. We just couldn't let the IP die, and this is a good one to have in the game, so I guess it makes sense that Behaviour is getting this out to us. Even if it feels a little weird to have it after the main show of Stranger Things has come to a close. That's neither here nor there, though, as it does bring us more to play in Dead By Daylight on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More...

Metro Head deep into a new Metro station with the announcement that we have for the upcoming Hunted Within: The Metro I know that many of us have had some experience in the setting, but Hunted Within: The Metro is ready to take us further underground and have us pilot our own train to survival. As long as you are ready, get on board with the new title that LRDev Games is gearing up to give us on the PC here. A new title that will have the darkness we can expect in the tunnels of the Metro systems, while trying to make sure we have enough gameplay that makes it stand out from the others. FPS Quest Gameplay for the upcoming FPS Quest shows off how we will need to simulate low FPS to make it through FPS Quest As gamers out there, we all have the mythical frames per second that we think are the best, and now FPS Quest is going to show you how that might not always be the case. At least as part of the gameplay in the PC title that Farlight Games Industry is putting together for us. Here we have a title where the FPS is your health, but having a lower setting in the game world of FPS Quest can also lead to some great little risks and rewards. Ravenswatch The second character DLC for Ravenswatch is on the way, with Merlin bringing more magic to the world of Ravenswatch A bit of extra magic is on the way to us in January of 2026, with new character DLC coming for Ravenswatch. Actually, the second character DLC that Passtech Games has worked out for us since Nacon brought the game to the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. So, it is a bit fitting that Merlin would be the character that Ravenswatch will be added in. The one we all think of, more or less, when it comes to legendary magical characters, when most IPs out there will use the name when they need a master. Read More...

Dead By Daylight Another crossover for Dead By Daylight and Stranger Things is here, with some new horrors in the mix of Dead By Daylight There is certainly one thing that Dead By Daylight does well, and that is crossover events that build into a massive thing in some way. In this instance, it looks like Behaviour is digging deep into the ending of Stranger Things just as the show comes to an end, while also offering up some new horrors into the game. At least, on January 6th when this whole thing pops off, and you will be able to see the gang again in Dead By Daylight. Taxi Chaos The release for Taxi Chaos 2 is here, and we have some gameplay to get more excited to experience Taxi Chaos 2 It feels like it has been forever since I played a good arcade taxi driving game, but it looks like that is about to change with Taxi Chaos 2. Partially as Focuspoint Studios and Current Games have been able to wrap up development on the game, and it is currently out there for the Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2, and PC. All with the PS5 and Epic Game Store getting to see Taxi Chaos 2 driving on in on January 13th.
