Review — Darksiders Warmastered Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 16th of December 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Darksiders We sit down and review Darksiders Warmastered Edition. The original game has been remastered for a new generation and platforms. Here's our review of Darksiders Warmastered Edition Last year we were able to see Darksiders 2 get the remaster that it deserved and now here we are with Darksiders Warmastered Edition to remaster the title that started it all. Not only that but THQ Nordic is the one bringing it back to us after KAIKO did all the remastering work. Not a bad combination and it also allows us and new gamers to experience Darksiders on a few more platforms that it had never been on to date. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of November 2016 - 10:00 PM ]
Darksiders A new trailer for Darksiders Warmastered Edition has been released and it shows us how much improvement has come to this Darksiders title for next week You may have remembered that Darksiders Warmastered Edition was announced a while back and it was slated to bring the amazing title to the PS4, Xbox One, Wii U, and PC again. It was also supposed to be released back in October but there was a delay to it all that really caught no wind. This is probably to the liking of THQ Nordic as it did keep them from having to explain off the delay of the game. Read More...

Darksiders 2 We Sit Down And Review The Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition. After Almost Three Years And Some Graphics Updates, Does The Game Still Hold Up? Here's Our Review Of The Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition It is hard to believe that it has been three years now since Darksiders 2 first graced us all. During that release time I fell in love with it and was looking forward to the future of the franchise. Even though it is still up in the air I was curious to see how the game would hold up to the PS4 and Xbox One generations and see if it was a fluke before. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of October 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
Darksiders 2 The release trailer for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition has been released and now we can see all those upgraded Darksiders 2 visuals in action Next week is the big week as the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition is going to be released and I couldn't be more excited for this. Such an amazing franchise and I hope the first Darksiders gets the same treatment and we get the ever-sought-after Darksiders 3. Anyways, up until now we have mainly had only screenshots to see for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition so this is a nice little treat here. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 7th of July 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Those who missed out on Gauntlet when it relaunched on PC will now get to play it on the PS4 with the Gauntlet: Slayer Edition I knew it was only a matter of time for the latest Gauntlet title to make it over to the consoles from PC and it looks like the first leap is with Gauntlet: Slayer Edition coming to the PS4. It only took about a year but Arrowhead Game Studio and Warner Bros. has been able to bring the dungeon brawler to a larger audience on August 11th. Read More...

Our First Look At The Upgrades To The Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We have the first batch of screen shots to compare Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition to the original Darksiders 2 version to see how far the game has evolved Not that long ago now we had the official announcement for the Darksiders 2: Deathinitive Edition coming from Gunfire Games to bring the franchise to a new generation of fans out there wanting to give the franchise a chance but only got into things at the start of the PS4 and Xbox One days. That wasn't too long ago but you know, money and the want to push the Darksiders franchise forward require a new version of Darksiders 2 to be pumped out there. I won't complain as it will give me another new reason to don the Death mask and hop back into the fun and amazing universe designed by Nordic Games; even though this is another HD remaster of sorts. Death Rides Again With The Darksiders 2: The Deathinitive Edition
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 12th of June 2015 - 09:01 PM ]
It has been officially announced that Darksiders 2 is getting a PS4 and Xbox One release in the way of the Darksiders 2: The Deathinitive Edition A bit earlier in the year we heard rumors that Darksiders 2 was going to be getting the next gen upgrade after Nordic Games purchased the franchise during the fall of THQ. At least it was all rumor and conjecture given a few product pages that popped up on Amazon. Not all too much else was said about it and it all kind of fell to the side. Read More...

DmC: Definitive Edition Shows How Turbo Mode Isn't Cheating
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of February 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
We have a new comparison video for DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition's turbo mode which speeds up the whole game by 20% for those who want that option DmC: Definitive Edition has a turbo mode which is one of the updates for the edition and it is a gameplay modifier that can be turned on if one so chooses. Back in my day, that makes me sound old, turbo mode meant that the controller had an option to turn on so one could just hold down a button and the controller would rapid fire off the command to the system. For DmC: Definitive Edition it ramps up the overall speed of the game by 20% because this is something that apparently was missing in the original version of the game. Read More...

New Details On DmC: Definitive Edition's Vergil's Bloody Palace
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 9th of February 2015 - 08:01 PM ]
DmC: Definitive Edition is getting Vergil's Bloody Palace mode and we have a few new details on what this mode will include for the DmC fans out there Apparently Vergil's Bloody Palace was one of the biggest requests that fans of DmC had for the DmC: Definitive Edition. Ninja Theory heard that request and it is in the game. This is not a huge secret as it was listed in the additions for the DmC: Definitive Edition coming to the Xbox One and PS4 on March 10th. There were just very few details if it was going to be more than just another character playing through the same mode that was already in the game to start with. Read More...

We Have New DmC: Definitive Edition Gameplay To Gawk At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 22nd of January 2015 - 06:03 PM ]
A bit of new gameplay for the DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition has been released to show more of the 60fps goodness Last year we had the announcement that DmC Devil May Cry was coming to the PS4 and Xbox One via a Definitive Edition. DmC was a great game so why not get it out there for more to enjoy or enjoy again? We also got a small glimpse at what the game may look like running at 60fps and 1080p resolution. It was somewhere in the mix of everything that Ninja Theory was showing us for the new edition of the game I swear. Read More...
