Death Stranding Offers Up Even More Gameplay To Explain What Is Coming
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of September 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Death Stranding New Death Stranding gameplay is here from TGS to give us a feel for what we may actually be doing in Death Stranding when it finally launches We knew it was all coming and here we are in the midst of TGS with all the new gameplay for Death Stranding. Like a whole new forty-eight minutes of gameplay for us all to take in on top of what Kojima Productions had for us last month. Sadly, given the location and developer, all of this new footage for Death Stranding is all in Japanese so if you do not speak the language it may be hard to understand. That is why we are back here to try to give you all of the details that we can figure out too. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 8/19/19 — 8/23/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of August 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The news for all of our video games just keeps flowing out there. More so as we have all of the info flowing out from Gamescom in the mix of things too. Not the biggest of shocks as we had so much promised for Cyberpunk 2077, Marvel’s Avengers, and Bloodlines 2 before the event even started. Even more to come for all of the video games after the show too as things have been held back in wait for Borderlands 3 and Blair Witch too and that is only slowly getting out there now. It is just another great week for it all. Read More...

Maneater Is Jumping Out With Some Public Gamescom Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of August 2019 - 05:00 PM ]
Maneater The gameplay for Maneater that was behind doors at E3 is now out there during Gamescom to help us all understand Maneater a bit more Back at E3, I had the pleasure of seeing some new gameplay for Maneater to get a better idea of just what is going on in the Shark-P-G title here. There was a nice little write up about all of that and the little bits more that Blindside Interactive and Tripwire Interactive had on the floor for us all. Words are nice, but I know the audience here and how they all like to have some actual visuals for their games. It is why we have to poach from other sites so we can make sure we keep you all happy and up to date on Maneater. Read More...

Death Stranding Introduces More Characters & Gameplay During Gamescom
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 20th of August 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Death Stranding Meet some new characters for Death Stranding and dive a bit deeper into what the gameplay of Death Stranding may actually hold when it launches We may need to wait until the Tokyo Game Show next month to see all of the new footage for Death Stranding, but during the opening event for Gamescom we did get a nice big treat to a few things. Not too surprising given how Kojima Productions rolls and likes to troll their fans. Thankfully, though, we did get a nice new treat of characters and actual gameplay for Death Stranding to leave us all further confused and questioning things along the way toward November 8th here. Maneater Takes A Deeper Dive Behind The Scenes
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 29th of July 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Maneater A new behind the scenes video for Maneater is here to give us a bit more on how Maneater has been coming to life and what to expect There really has not been a whole lot out there for Maneater as of yet after having it announced so long ago. Even with the solid showing of it during E3 this year from Blindside Interactive, there is still so much that we have yet to learn from Tripwire Interactive in regards to is all. It seems to be the way video games have been going as of late and with the weirdness of Maneater, one would expect there to be a bit more. This is where that all seems to come in for those who have not been keeping completely up on the game as of yet or pre-ordered it for their PC. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 6/17/19 — 6/21/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of June 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This week felt like such a catchup week for all things video games but I totally blame E3 for all of that. There was so much going on out there and it was rough making sure we were able to cover as much of it as we can. Especially with all of the big titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Final Fantasy VII Remake having a huge showing this year. It was also great getting to talk about video games like Werewolf: The Apocalypse — Earthblood and the upcoming Blair Witch title that seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Read More...

E3 2019 Impressions — Maneater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of June 2019 - 09:00 PM ]
Maneater While at E3, I was able to see Maneater in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Maneater. A title that made a huge splash, pun intended, back at E3 2018 had to be Maneater. That would be the ShaRkPG title that we were introduced to from Blindside Interactive and Tripwire Interactive during the main PC Gaming show at the start of the event. Originally, it looked to be like a joke title that was going to build into something different to me, but here we are back again and we can see that it has become much more. Well, at least some of us who were lucky enough to see solid gameplay for Maneater during this year's E3 and not just the fun little trailer we were all given when it was highlighted again. This Week In Video Games 5/28/19 — 5/31/19
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of May 2019 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Mark it down that one more week of news for all of our video games is over with here. It was another short one given the holiday we had here in the States, but that does not mean we did not have a lot to take in. We had the final clan for Bloodlines 2 revealed to us, as well as the release date for Death Stranding. Even if that is one of the most mysterious video games we have seen in a while. Read More...

Death Stranding The release date for Death Stranding is now set down and we have a whole lot of new gameplay to take in to help us determine if we are pre-ordering Death Stranding Here we go with some news that I do not think anyone expected, as Death Stranding now has a solid release date for us to look towards and a whole lot of new gameplay to take in. It was teased that we would be getting something today and now we are here with Kojima Productions placing a November 8th release date down for the game. Get your PS4 ready by then so you can fully experience the bizarre nature that Death Stranding seems to be bringing with it. Read More...

Follia – Dear Father Will Have Us All Devolving Further Into Madness With This Announcement
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 16th of May 2019 - 07:00 PM ]
Follia A new horror title, Follia – Dear Father, is announced and will have us diving into some true horrors while staving off our own “Follia” Madness is a usual and running theme when it comes to horror titles and with the announcement of Follia – Dear Father, it looks like we are getting another in the same vein of it all. Do not take that as a knock on it at all, but given that the title given to the game from Real Game Machine is Italian for madness, you know it is going to be highlighted. Not to mention that it is shown in the announcement trailer we have below for Follia and part of the description Destructive Creations is using to help sell the game. Read More...

Beat Saber Is Getting A Few Changes For The PS VR Version
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 8th of November 2018 - 06:00 PM ]
Beat Saber The release date for Beat Saber is coming up soon and it looks like the PS VR version of Beat Saber is getting a few “exclusives” The release of Beat Saber on the PS4 is almost here as November 20th is the set date. Sure, it has been out there for many other VR platforms so far, but now we get to see how Beat Games has altered things to make it work for the PSVR. Not everyone has a Vive or Oculus, so it is just another chance for Beat Saber to hit a broader audience with its new and unique take on rhythm games. I know I have been enjoying it thus far and am eying the new platform to make sure more can play it and enjoy everything about it. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 9/24/18 — 9/28/18
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of September 2018 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week Just when you thought this week was going to be all highs in terms of video games, it took a hard twist. Not as terrible of one that we could have taken, but it did end on a bit of a downer. Even when hyped up with new stuff for Hitman 2 and Death Stranding to kick it all off and some new Kingdom Hearts III and Fallout 76 in the middle. At least we are walking into the times when all of the big releases happen for those video games and we can just get into playing and enjoying them. Read More...
