Fallout 3 Mothership Zeta DLC Here is an interesting way to conclude the reign of DLC for Fallout 3. Let's beam people onto an alien mothership that has crashed on the planet after tricking them into thinking there is a distress call emanating from it. Things get really exciting when they find out that they must to fight their way to the helm of the ship to secure it, their lives and an escape route. An interesting twist to things, but I think some of the features that are offered up are going to be the bigger selling point. Two New Wolfenstein Trailers Hospitals for some are just creepy places to be. People laying in "death beds," sharp medical instruments everywhere, creepy doctors or patients wandering about, and the ever draining of ones life force, money. So it makes sense that when you want to place a creepy scene or level in a game, you would choose an environment like this to give that real creep factor to the players. So you may have read my previous article in which 1UP reported that a new XBOX console was coming next fall. Well (more than) a few people called shenanigans. You heard right, a new Microsoft console is allegedly on the horizon for Fall 2010, to coincide with Project Natal. Let's be honest, while it may be a little early to be talking sequel, all of us that played Left 4 Dead could bet the house that a second incarnation was certain. On November 17th, just 364 days after the first, Valve will release Left 4 Dead 2 for the Xbox 360 and PC. Left 4 Dead 2 takes place during the same zombie outbreak as the first game, but features a new pair of 4 survivors, Rochelle, Coach, Ellis, and Nick. While it wasn't quite clear what the new campaigns were apart from the fact that it will take place in the South US (the game starts in Savannah and ends in New Orleans), Scott Dalton, a level designer on the game, said that more of the story will be explored, including the reason for the outbreak.
