In fact, it is some of the first Story DLC to be added from Insomniac Games and it can be downloaded to your Xbox One as you are reading this text. Of course that does mean you also have to have Sunset Overdrive for the system already but that should be a given. Read More...

Battlefield Hardline has a new trailer and with that a whole slew of new gameplay to try and spin the game's core narrative into a positive light Looks like we have a new trailer for Battlefield Hardline from EA and Visceral Games to look at over the holiday week. Just like the story trailer we had earlier in the month it looks like this one also follows more of the narrative and to the un-savvy viewer it looks like it is trying to push more of the positive spin that the police force needs in these current times. Maybe it is just me but the words non-lethal and rescues seem to get placed more prominent than all of the violence that will be taking place in Battlefield Hardline when we get it. It's a good move in my opinion and I hope it does the job to distance the game from the real world events people are connecting them all to. Read More...

Not only the Wraith but all of the monsters we will be playing in Evolve when it launches on February 10th next year have gone though some evolving just as the game's title states. Now we have a nice long look at the evolution as well as a lot of game play for the monster so we can be better prepared when the Evolve beta lands on top of the game proper. Activision teases Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies more but gives a bit of insight as to what is going on in the latest trailer One of the big draws for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare was Kevin Spacey and how amazing the performance he gave ended up being. The gameplay was just about as amazing as the performance for those who really care about the gameplay over how many huge celebrities that can be crammed into the narrative. For those of you who care about the actors and zombies then do we have a great tease from Activision and Sledgehammer again for Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare Exo Zombies. We have four times the names and another short glimpse at that gameplay stuff…for those that care about that again. Read More...

Grand Theft Auto V Online still has no Heists but you will be able to have epic snowball fights while wearing ugly sweaters While we are still waiting for our Heists in Grand Theft Auto V Online it looks like Rockstar is at least giving us a few new things to bring us back into the game over the holidays. Today the developer announced that they are rolling out some fun updates for Grand Theft Auto V Online with a bunch of Festive Surprises. We can hope it will be a sneaking way to add in the mode we've been waiting forever to get into the online experience but as of right now it is nowhere listed among the additions and timed exclusives we will be seeing over the holidays in Grand Theft Auto V Online. The third monster for Evolve has been revealed as well as the dates for the next beta on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC Merry Early X-mas to me and all of those Evolve fans out there as we have the third monster that we will be hunting down or hunting with this coming February. To quote Turtle Rock Studios on this, "She’s a space alien ninja Monster who warps around the battlefield, ripping into her enemies with her blade-claws. She can hit – then run – before you even see her coming." That's just the description though. Read More...

It appears that everyone is now singing different tunes for Hatred as it is now back on Steam Greenlight If reports are true it looks like Hatred is now back up on Steam Greenlight thanks to Gabe Newell… Or publicity stunt… Or shady practices by Destructive Creations… Or Korean hackers… Or hopefully you get the picture by now. None of that of course changes the fact that you can again vote for Hatred to be published on Steam now or try and crush the hopes of at least 27,000 hopeful gamers out there. You'll only need to muster another 23,000 negative votes to succeed there though. Read More...

A new trailer for Grand Theft Auto V Online confirms that Heists are still on the way for the online experience If you were looking to be able to play Heists online for Grand Theft Auto V you may need to wait just a bit longer. I know we've all been waiting almost a year or so but at least we have confirmation that Rockstar North is still trying to get the mode into Grand Theft Auto V Online for us all…for free. We can't really complain about something that is free can we? Well of course we can but it really is a douchey move when all is said and done. Read More...

An English dubbed version of the Final Fantasy XV trailer from the TGS 2014 has been released for those non-Japanese speaking fans It only took about three months but there is finally an English version of the Final Fantasy XV trailer. Well more an English dubbed trailer so all of you Anime snobs can get ready to piss and moan. None the less Square Enix has given all of the fans of the franchise who don't speak Japanese a look at the trailer to put a few things into context for Final Fantasy XV. I'm glad I'm no snob and prefer my dubs as now I have words to place alongside the amazing looking title still in the works for the PS4 and Xbox One. Read More...

Hatred was up on Steam's Greenlight for a few hours before being removed and declared not to be published by Valve So this was going to originally be about Hatred being up on Steam Greenlight but as I began to wrap the final keystrokes it would seem that the game has been pulled down. Yes, Hatred was up for community vote on Steam's service to be published but, like I said, it was only there for a few hours before it was taken down for the voting and an official statement was released from Valve on the whole situation. I'll let you read all of that before I get into my own thoughts on what is going on with this "offensive" PC shooter game that Destructive Creations have been working on. Here's exactly what Valve had to say about Hatred and why it was taken down from Greenlight. Read More...
