Your Eyes Will Explode For The Opening Cinematic For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
The Opening Cinematic For The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has been released and it is as eye popping as you can imagine. Pun intended Here we go. The opening cinematic for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has hit the web and it is here to spoil the first three minutes of the game for you. That's right you can see how The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is going to open when you fire it up on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC on February 24th. I think that we should take this as CD Projekt RED and Warner Bros. are secure in the fact that the rest of the game will be mind blowing enough to keep us enthralled after spoiling so much of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt so far. Meet The Evil Within's Maniac: The Sadist
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new video from Tango Gameworks has been release to show off the thought behind The Evil Within's chainsaw wielding maniac: The Sadist By now most of you have run into The Sadist in The Evil Within. That would be the chainsaw wielding maniac that even the Haunted are afraid of. Or, you know, the first chainsaw wielding maniac that you are forced to encounter at the beginning of The Evil Within. If you haven't run into him at all then you just haven't played The Evil Within yet or Bethesda and Tango Gameworks left some kind of huge bug in the game that allowed you to completely bypass this enemy. We'll assume the prior for now. Read More...

The November update for Xbox One will be bringing home screen and background customization as well as many other features It is no big surprise that the Xbox One is getting another update in November. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 14th of October 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary has been released for Hellblade and focuses on how there is only one environment artist creating the world of the game When Hellblade was announced for the PS4 back during E3 it looked like Ninja Theory had a huge undertaking they were working toward. The world of Hellblade looked insanely rich to the point that it looked as if all of their other titles could have fit into the game's world here. That is why it is a bit hard to believe their latest developer diary which shows that the world of Hellblade is being built by one artist with a lot of input all around. Yes, you read that, there is only one environmental artist working on this title. Read More...

Have A Good Look At Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 8th of October 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
A new developer diary for Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris has been released from Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix to better explain the game If you are still upset that Rise Of The Tomb Raider will only be hitting one console next year then let's have a good look at Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris as that is supposed to be the alternative set up for PS4 and PC players in the interim. While not exclusive to those platforms, Lara Croft And The Temple Of Osiris is coming to Xbox One too, it is something for all non-Xbox players to dig into and help fund other versions of Rise Of The Tomb Raider. I'm still not sure how that makes any economical bonuses but it is something that we are all going to have to live with. Read More...

A new game called The Black Glove is in the works from ex-Irrational Games developers, Day For Night Games, and they need you help to get the game finished Back when Irrational Games was winding down and people were losing jobs over there, there was a big question as to what was going to become of some of the people who didn't move along with Ken Levine. There is still not much know except that a small group from said team have now banded together to bring us The Black Glove. The team in question here is called Day For Night Games and it comprises mostly of those who were responsible for BioShock Infinite, that game's DLC, and the original BioShock. Read More...
