South Park In the wake of E3 we are still getting South Park: The Fractured But Whole details and this time it is just how the guys from South Park are taking the comedy a bit serious It sounds extremely weird and funny to hear that South Park: The Fractured But Whole is trying to take comedy seriously given the jokes about just that in the past. Of course we have to look past all of that as all of this comes from a recent interview about the game from some of the team out of Ubisoft. Friday The 13th The virtual cabin for Friday The 13th: The Game is out now and we have a few new looks at the Friday The 13th goodness it contains At the beginning of the week we all got news that Friday The 13th: The Game was getting its virtual cabin soon. Soon as in June 30th. For those keeping track that was yesterday as of this writing and Illfonic has released the codes to the backers of the game so they can take a look at the virtual cabin before the full release later on. the Friday The 13th virtual cabin is still only for the PC version of the game at this point but Gun Media has told us all that it will be the 3D museum for the game's collectibles and other fun Easter Eggs on the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. Dishonored 2 The first bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 was shown off and now we have a better look at some of the upgrade for Dishonored 2 we are going to get Here is yet another title I didn't get a chance to personally check out at E3 but by the gods we had a great showing of Dishonored 2 out there during the event. In fact, we had about 15 minutes of gameplay shown off by Arkane Studios out at the show even though Bethesda had nothing more than a small museum to offer up on the show floor. The Walking Dead The first teaser trailer for The Walking Dead's third season has been revealed and it looks like The Walking Dead is jumping forward in time but keeping fan favorites If you were able to pay full attention to everything out of E3 then this may be old news to you but for those who were overloaded with news, then you may have missed that The Walking Dead season three is slated to start up sometime this Fall. Not only that but we have a nice little trailer out of Telltale Games and a few little tidbits on the game directly. Given the success of The Walking Dead in general it shouldn't have been that big of a shocker to see the third season coming but in this season it looks like the surprises are more in the game than that it is coming. Here's my take on South Park: The Fractured But Whole This has been marked down as one of my most anticipated titles of E3 and I was able to go behind the curtain and see South Park: The Fractured But Whole as they wanted to show us. Of course this being Ubisoft there was all the glamour mixed around it all to make everything more impressive than their little black room for the last title in the franchise. Injustice 2 While at E3 I was able to see Injustice 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Injustice 2 It was "leaked" and then we got some gameplay to look at just before E3 but I was able to sit down and actually have a good look at Injustice 2 on the show floor. It wasn't anything playable sadly but it was gameplay where NetherRealm Studios went into all the ins and outs of the updates and changes that will be coming. Not only that but we had a look at a few of the new characters coming to Injustice 2 here when it launches next year for the PS4 and Xbox One. Gwent While at E3 I was able to see Gwent: The Witcher Card Game in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here's my take on Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. We all demanded it and not we are getting Gwent: The Witcher Card Game as a standalone title to play and experience outside of the core game that spawned it. Of course CD Projekt RED could have taken the easy way out and just ported the basic game over to appease the fans but instead they went all out and brought a fully redesigned version of the game for us. The Technomancer The E3 trailer for The Technomancer has been released and this time we get a view of The Technomancer's Mars and the life that it has taken on Joining into the mix of titles getting a specific E3 trailer here is The Technomancer. Another title that should have been a given since Spiders is pumping it out here on June 28th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC so you'd think they would want to get it right out there. Not that we haven't seen a whole lot on The Technomancer up to now but now we have another fun trailer to show off just what the game's version of Mars has become. Injustice 2 After many 'leaks' Injustice 2 has been officially announced and it looks like Injustice 2 is bringing a lot more than just more combat Even though some of the thunder was taken away for the announcement of Injustice 2 it is here and hitting just as hard as the "gods" we will get to place into the mix. Final Fantasy Final Fantasy XII is getting a remastered edition which will add a new job system to Final Fantasy XII from the International Zodiac Job System If you had hopes that Final Fantasy XII was also going to be landing an upgraded version to the PS4 here soon then your prayers are being answered. We are getting just that out of Square Enix here in 2017 as it looks like all of their past titles in the franchise are going to be getting the HD upgrade.
