Nothing too spectacular, but that all seems to be just to be a tease as Vostok Games should have more for us out at E3 this year. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That is one more week of video games in the bag and it was, as we assumed, a little on the light side of things. I do not think anyone really wanted to go up against the power of God Of War. Well, except Tomb Raider that just had a nice new reveal for the game. It was more on the smaller or indie video games for the week but we did get to see that Jurassic World Evolution will be bringing a bit more of the franchise with it and more for Detroit: Become Human. Stormdivers A new title, Stormdivers, has been announced and there is very little to go on for Stormdivers outside of how the game may look at the end If you were a fan of Resogun and/or Matterfall, then get ready for Housemarque’s next title as they have announced Stormdivers. This is a new multiplayer-centric title that will be using the power of the Unreal Engine to bring us the gameplay and make the game look just as nice as we can imagine. I know that when I hear that, and given the current craze, it sounds like Stormdivers may be their attempt at a Battle Royale title. Given that they have been working on this title in secret for two years now, though, I am also on the fence of thinking that it is not and anything multiplayer now is just going to be lumped into the Battle Royale pool until we all see differently. Life Is Strange The Farewell episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is here and gives us another look at this game and how things were before Life Is Strange proper Today marks the day that Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's "bonus" episode is here and ready for digestion on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least for those gamers out there who opted for the Digital Deluxe edition that Square Enix offered up. Fear The Wolves A new battle royale title, Fear The Wolves, has been announced and Fear The Wolves looks to bring many gamers into the multiplayer world It looks like we are going to have yet another Battle Royale game added into the mix here as Fear The Wolves has been given the full announcement treatment and heading to our PS4, Xbox One, and PCs sometime in 2018. That seems to be like a broken record that is getting played here for Focus Home Interactive titles now. Not a horrible thing as Vostok Games has been working on Fear The Wolves for a while before the official announcement out at the “Le What’s Next de Focus” event that is going on, but it is still something I am taking note of. Life Is Strange The third and final episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is coming soon to wrap up the events leading to Life Is Strange in general Get ready to wrap up the base story for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm here in a few weeks as we now have a release date and trailer for the third and final episode for the game. Or at least the final episode in terms of the story that Deck Nine Games set out to do with this game and not just the extra content that is coming next year to better bridge this and the core game. Yes, that all sounds weird to say and it is weird to type, but that is just how it is until Square Enix goes out and funds even more of Life Is Strange to be made or just puts it in a folder somewhere. Life Is Strange It looks like the original actors will be back for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's Farewell bonus episode & you can see how the Life Is Strange alums recorded their lines If you picked up the Deluxe Edition of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm then you most likely know you are getting a nice little bonus episode after the third one finally drops. Although this Farewell episode is now slated for some time in 2018 according to Deck Nine Games, so it is not something to get all hyped up for as of yet. Life Is Strange The second episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm has been given a release date and some old characters from Life Is Strange will be showing their faces here If you have been anxious as I have for Life Is Strange: Before The Storm to get its second episode then you can kick back and get ready as it has been dated and the story will carry on. Thankfully, Deck Nine Games did not make us all wait too long to carry on with the story as it looks like said episode will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on October 19th so we can all pick up where we left off.
