Close To The Sun A new publisher is here for Close To The Sun as we head into 2019 and also get some new gameplay for Close To The Sun too boot We have not had too many updates for Close To The Sun here on the site, but it is high time that we did. Especially since we are all clamoring for some gameplay and to find out just when the game is going to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Something that should be a little sooner and easier to do as Storm In A Teacup is now all partnered up with Wired Productions to do just that for Close To The Sun. Ancestors A plethora of new gameplay is here for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey so you can see just how the game has evolved to the Ancestors we have now Finally we have some of the first real gameplay to look at here for Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey all fresh from The Game Awards. Sure, we have had some nice little teases from Panache Digital Games in the past with some screenshots, but that is not true gameplay. Kingdom Hearts A new collection, Kingdom Hearts — The Story So Far, has been announced and it will obviously tell you the full story of Kingdom Hearts… so far I am going to be honest here, I saw this coming and now it is here as we have the Kingdom Hearts — The Story So Far collection announced and coming to PS4 on October 30th. As you most likely guessed too, it is a version of the franchise where Square Enix has placed all of the titles and story in the franchise so far to get us all ready for the next big title in the franchise. Fear The Wolves The new date for Fear The Wolves’ Early Access has been set and we can all look to be playing Fear The Wolves before the end of August It looks as if that delay that Fear The Wolves had was just as short as we were all promised as we now know when the Early Access will be hitting Steam. The PS4 and Xbox One gamers will still need to wait until 2019 to actually get hands-on with the game, but Vostok Games has made their changes since the closed beta and we can now expect to be playing the game before the end of August. Fear The Wolves The Early Access for Fear The Wolves has been pushed back a bit as the closed beta for Fear The Wolves found a few things that needed work If you were looking forward to the Early Access for Fear The Wolves to hit our PCs, then you will need to take a seat as it looks like it has been pushed back just a bit. It has been pushed back from July 18th to sometime this Summer as Vostok Games wanted to put some extra work into the game before Focus Home Interactive dropped it out there for order or purchase. It does not sound like there is anything completely wrong with Fear The Wolves, but the closed beta that recently concluded did have some things that were not up to their wants and needs so it was pushed. Blizzard Blizzard Entertainment will be out at SDCC 2018 with all kinds of events and Blizzard collectibles for you to add to your lists Continuing forth with all of the game developers and publishers showing up at SDCC this year, Blizzard is also back and bringing with it the fun of Overwatch and Hearthstone. It may not be as it was last year with The Lich King taking over for a bit, but it will be here to bring us more of their titles in the way of panels and collectibles some will be able to pick up if they are out there. Fear The Wolves Brand new screenshots for Fear The Wolves have dropped in on us to give us a look at some of the locations and horrors Fear The Wolves will hold Here we go with just a little more to look at for Fear The Wolves today as some new screenshots have dropped for the game. Nothing too spectacular, but that all seems to be just to be a tease as Vostok Games should have more for us out at E3 this year. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That is one more week of video games in the bag and it was, as we assumed, a little on the light side of things. I do not think anyone really wanted to go up against the power of God Of War. Well, except Tomb Raider that just had a nice new reveal for the game. It was more on the smaller or indie video games for the week but we did get to see that Jurassic World Evolution will be bringing a bit more of the franchise with it and more for Detroit: Become Human. Stormdivers A new title, Stormdivers, has been announced and there is very little to go on for Stormdivers outside of how the game may look at the end If you were a fan of Resogun and/or Matterfall, then get ready for Housemarque’s next title as they have announced Stormdivers. This is a new multiplayer-centric title that will be using the power of the Unreal Engine to bring us the gameplay and make the game look just as nice as we can imagine. I know that when I hear that, and given the current craze, it sounds like Stormdivers may be their attempt at a Battle Royale title. Given that they have been working on this title in secret for two years now, though, I am also on the fence of thinking that it is not and anything multiplayer now is just going to be lumped into the Battle Royale pool until we all see differently. Life Is Strange The Farewell episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm is here and gives us another look at this game and how things were before Life Is Strange proper Today marks the day that Life Is Strange: Before The Storm's "bonus" episode is here and ready for digestion on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least for those gamers out there who opted for the Digital Deluxe edition that Square Enix offered up. That seems to be like a broken record that is getting played here for Focus Home Interactive titles now.
