by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of July 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Destroy All Humans We sit down and review Destroy All Humans!. The invasion is happening again with a new remaster. Here is our review of Destroy All Humans! Just about fifteen years ago we were all introduced to a little title called Destroy All Humans! For the time it was an okay game and it caught the eyes of many. Some of those that it caught the eyes of had to be some of the decision-makers over at Black Forest Games and THQ Nordic, as we are back with it again here in 2020. Not in the way of another sequel or spin-off, but a full remake of the original Destroy All Humans! Read More...

Review — Those Who Remain
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 19th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Those Who Remain We sit down and review Those Who Remain. Another horror walking sim with a dark tale hidden within. Here is our review of Those Who Remain The horrors keep flowing out there as we now have Those Who Remain out there to scare us and make us question some of our motives in life. This would be the latest title from Camel 101 and Wired Productions that has hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC for those gamers to enjoy. While Those Who Remain looks like just another of those horror walking simulators, there is something a bit deeper and darker going on in this indie title. Thankfully, we had a chance to give the game a go and see just what it all holds. Read More...

Review — Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of June 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Mortal Kombat We sit down and review Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath. A new story expansion for Mortal Kombat 11 with other updates. Here is our review it all There have been a whole lot of updates and DLC for Mortal Kombat 11 so far since it first dropped on the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. Most of which have been character add ons and then the normal tweaks that NetherRealm Studios has to do so they can keep the game balanced and accessible to all fans as things march forward. Most of the time, this is for the multiplayer aspect of the game and not for those that play for the story and lore. The team has done wonders to push that forward in the genre and franchise so far. Review — Maneater
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of May 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Maneater We sit down and review Maneater. The big shaRkPG that is making a huge splash right now. Here is our review of Maneater Talk about a game that made a splash, pun intended, when it was first announced and that game was Maneater. This would be that new RPG from Tripwire Interactive that places un in the role of a shark in a new RPG title for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It humorously took over all of the gaming shows that wanted to show off just what Maneater was all about as a vicious shark chowed down on all of the humans at the beach. Now we are finally here to take a deeper dive into what the game brings to the table. Read More...

Review — The Inner Friend
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of May 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Inner Friend We sit down and review The Inner Friend. A new experimental psychological horror to bend your mind. Here is our review of The Inner Friend Here we go with another title that has been out on PC for a while already and now is out there for console owners to give a go. That title is The Inner Friend and is the latest one to get out there from Playmind on the PS4 and Xbox One. It garnered some great praise the first time it launched, so it only made sense to give it all a go on the consoles here. Something that can be hit or miss in general and now we get to see if The Inner Friend still holds up. Read More...

Review — Moons Of Madness
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 1st of April 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Moons Of Madness We sit down and review Moons Of Madness. A new entry into the cosmic-horror genre that also happens to not be on Earth. Here is our review of Moons Of Madness Anytime I am offered a new entry into the horror genre I am down, which is why I was over the moon to hear and see Moons Of Madness announced and then released. Some of you may remember that it was launched back in October for the PC, but some of us had to wait a bit for it to finally hit the PS4 and Xbox One. I was one of those people and it hurt a bit to have to wait. Read More...

by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 31st of March 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice Needing to give yourself a break from Netflix and Games for a minute? Try reading the Injustice: Gods Among Us comics The Injustice series was written by Tom Taylor and Brian Buccellato, and illustrated by a number of artists, including Jheremy Raapack, Mike S. Miller, Bruno Redondo, and Tom Derenick just to name a few. Though, most comics based on video games tend to be shameless sell-outs for cash, Injustice: Gods Among Us is well written and illustrated. It has defiantly been binge-worthy, there are plenty of issues to read as well. Read More...

DOOM We sit down and review DOOM Eternal. The fast-paced, demon-killing, franchise is back with some new surprises. Here is our review of DOOM Eternal Some of us are sanitizing our homes and others are Satanizing our homes with the launch of DOOM Eternal. The next big installment to the franchise from id Software that aims to keep us all knees deep in demonic viscera and gore. At least in a virtual way on the PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch. The DOOM IP has been a staple out there for first-person shooters and now we get to see if it is going to keep us entertained in these trying times or hoping for the good old days of other FPS titles. Here is our review of Zombie Army 4 It is that time of year again when Nazi zombie killing is all the rage and here we go with Zombie Army 4: Dead War to pave the way for more of it. Review — 7th Sector
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of February 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
7th Sector We sit down and review 7th Sector. A new take on the cyberpunk platforming puzzle title now on the consoles. Here is our review of 7th Sector It has been almost a year since 7th Sector dropped on the PC gaming world and now we are back to look at the game as Sometimes You brings it on over to the PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. In our case, we are looking specifically at the PS4 version of the game, but I am sure it will feel about the same across the rest. This is just a port over of 7th Sector with console-specific design changes at the end of the day. Read More...

Review — Terminator: Resistance
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Terminator We sit down and review Terminator: Resistance. Another entry into the dark and foreboding future story. Here is our review of Terminator: Resistance There has been another resurgence of the Terminator with a new film that hit screens not too long ago and also a new video game that also hit digital stores recently too. Both semi-linked to each other via the main lore of the franchise, but for now we are going to follow with the title that was made by Teyon and out there on the PC currently. A game we had the pleasure of sitting down and spending some time with and are now ready to unleash our thoughts on. Read More...

Review — Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Ancestors We sit down and review Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. A survival game that aims to take us through the creation of humans. Here is our review of Ancestors It seems more and more that video games are used in more ways than just entertainment and here we go with another that aims to educate in a way with Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. Well, not really educate in the normal means when we get those kinds of video games, but in a way where Panache Digital Games takes us on the long journey to where we all are today. That is at the core of things for Ancestors, as well as a survival game that pits us against a prehistoric world. Read More...
