Prey A new developer diary for Prey is out and it dives right into Prey's protagonist, who they are and why they are going through the hell that they do in the game By now we all know that we will be playing our own version of Morgan Yu in Prey so we can be fully immersed. Arkane Studios has given us the option to play as male or female in the game and all without sacrificing any of the story for one or the other. Pretty nice even though Prey is a FPS and we'll only really see the character's hands in this regard, but there are a few scenes and tidbits that will show off the gender. Prey Have a look at three of Prey's Typhon aliens in action along with how they may function in Prey and how we will be able to handle them in the long run We've seen them a bit already in Prey but now it looks like it is time to have a better breakdown of the alien creatures, known as Typhon, for the game. Well, at least three of them for now even though we see four in the list, but maybe that was just Arkane Studios suggesting that one is really just the "cocoon" of sorts to build to the others. Prey Another long bit of gameplay for Prey has been released but this time we get to see some of Prey's alien abilities mixed into it all Hopefully you are ready for a whole lot of new gameplay for Prey as that is what we have here for us all to digest. Well, some of it is new as the first bit is filled with the gameplay that Arkane Studios has already shown us all before, but thankfully there is a bit more than we've had before. No Man's Sky Another big update has come to No Man's Sky and it brings new modes and crafts to No Man's Sky to further the overall gaming experience Hopefully you've been sticking with No Man's Sky if you are one of those gamers who bought into all the hype before the game's launch. Shadow Of War The first bit of gameplay for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is finally here and now we can see how Shadow Of War has progressed from its predecessor Just as promised last week, here we go with some solid new gameplay for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War. Not only does it show off some amazing combat but it looks like Monolith Productions has gone out of their way to vastly improve the Nemesis mechanic in the game as it could very well leap over to many other aspects and characters in the game. Mix that in with some cinematic and over-the-top looking battles, Shadow Of War looks just like where the game needed to head toward and so far so good. Game Pass It has just been announced that Xbox Game Pass is coming to us all soon and Xbox Game Pass will let us play many backwards compatible titles for a low monthly fee As if we didn't have enough games to play in general, it looks like we now have Xbox Game Pass to look forward to this Spring. This would be a new service that has been announced that will be we some are calling a Netflix for Xbox games. More or less Xbox Game Pass is another subscription service that will let you play 100 different titles as you wish on the Xbox One that also houses a load of backward capable titles from the Xbox 360. Shadow Of War Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been announced and looks to bring us all back into the universe with new Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War gameplay coming soon It looks like Lord Of The Rings fans can start to lose their shit again as now Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has been officially announced as a sequel to the critically-acclaimed Shadow Of Mordor from a few years ago. If you couldn't get enough of the universe or the Nemesis system that Monolith Productions gave us before then of course you are already losing your mind as now we will get a whole new story for the franchise as well as an upgraded system to further your love. Prey A new gameplay video for Prey has released to showcase how we can use the powers of the Mimics in Prey to get around the game and survive One could say that once you've seen one of Prey's mimics in action then you've seen them all. That one person would be wrong as mimic can look and act like anything, but it gets even more compounded by the fact that Arkane Studios has also given us all the ability to do the same in the game through one of the first powers we unlock in the game. We've seen the enemies use it before but now we get to see just how we will get to handle it in Prey and it looks like it could be something truly silly or something that could save our lives in the game. Studio Istolia A new studios, Studio Istolia, has been announced as well as Studio Istolia's first IP being in the works in terms of Project Prelude Rune If for some reason you didn't think that Square Enix had a lot on their table already, they go out and set up a whole new studio in the way of Studio Istolia. This would be a whole new studio that has been founded in Japan and has been tasked with bringing more great story titles out to us all with their first getting the codename of Project Prelude Rune. Given that this is only an announcement for Studio Istolia and the first IP it is working, there isn't much more to go on than that but at least we know that we have another contender in the gaming world and their aim is to bring more story based titles to us. Prey The first hour of Prey has been played out there and now we have some great Prey gameplay chunks to see just how the game opens and handles There are still many months until Prey is officially released, May 5th is still the date, but it seems that Arkane Studios couldn't hold back from giving out some sweet demo action for us all. A nice hour long section of demo for the game at that and it is filled with a whole lot of what the game is going to bring to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Well at least as much as the people over at Bethesda wanted to give out to us for Prey so far but still that means that we all get a nice look at the current state of the game and to see how it is truly holding up from the predecessor's fame. Gwent Our first look at Gwent: The Witcher Card Game's Nilfgaard is here as the faction has now joined Gwent in an official capacity for those in the beta The time has come and Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has received its most recent update. An update that not only brings a bunch of fixes and tweaks for the ongoing beta there but also the inclusion of the new faction into the mix. The Nilfgaard have finally made it into the mix and are ready to get played to our hearts content or hatred.
