Woolfe: The Redhood Diaries to be at Gamescom and playable in the consumer area for the first time to the public If Woolfe: The Redhood Diaries sounds familiar but you can't place your finger on it, it was showcased during the ID@Xbox montage during the Microsoft press conference on June 9th. Some of you may have heard about the game before that, have a free cookie, but to the public at large that was one of the largest showcasing of the game to date. It was announced a little under a year ago so it is pretty cool for the developers to get the showing at E3 and now Woolfe is getting a nice playable version at Gamescom. Namco Bandai has announced Godzilla coming to the PS3 in Japan this winter No, this isn't a late announcement for Godzilla as the most recent "reboot" has already come and gone from theaters here in North America. It is an announcement for Godzilla that will be coming to PS3s in Japan though. Hopefully in other regions without the need for modding or hacking the hardware but there have been no announcements to date. Early on the 19th of June, Konami and Hideo Kojima showed off the closed doors demo for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Good news for all of you who didn't want to take the time to read through my Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain impressions from E3. It looks like Konami and Kojima wanted to cater to all of you who don't have the time to read through some heartfelt words letting you know what I saw for the game. While at E3 I got to see Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in a more intimate setting than just the trailer. Here's my take on it All of the teases and short shows of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain can all be put aside now as we were given a new and nice look at the game and features that have yet to be announced or shown in a public form. It also kind of puts the whole demo thing for Ground Zeroes to the side as with what was shown here at E3 was considerably more and with a demo you should get all of the game's mechanics and features. While at E3 I got to see Bloodborne in a more intimate setting than just the trailer. Here's my take on it One of the larger titles named and shown during the Sony press conference was a game called Bloodborne. The next title coming from Japan Studios and From Software for the PS4. You may know them from King's Field and Dark Souls and it looks like Bloodborne is along the same lines here. I had the pleasure of seeing their live gameplay demo on the show floor at E3. We have you covered with the live stream below Here with go with another amazing (hopefully) conference and this time it is for Sony and all things PlayStation. I'd be lying if I didn't call myself a Sony Fan-Girl or at least admit that the PlayStation brand has a very special spot in my heart. Everything from the hardware to the software; I am ready for it all so bring it on Sony. Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty gets a new E3 trailer to show off how beautiful the HD remake is looking up until now While I am not always the biggest fan of the "HD remake" after seeing the following trailer I can fully get behind Oddworld: New 'N' Tasty here. As memory serves the original Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee looked spectacular using today's standards as a guide. At least if you could take what was on our standard resolution TVs back then and properly upscale it for our new high resolution/4K TVs. Those have only been followed by the news of how big and "hard to watch" the actual gameplay footage at E3 will actually be. The trailer for The Wolf Among Us episode four — In Sheep's Clothing has been released along with the release dates. I guess I spoke a bit too early on Tuesday when it came to The Wolf Among Us' next episode release. Either that or Telltale is trying to mash as much into the week of E3 as possible. No matter the case it looks like In Sheep's Clothing will be hitting the digital streets as early as next Tuesday (5/27). 'Leaked' documents surrounding the three big E3 Press Events point to new games and demos not previously announced. It would seem that there is a new document showcasing the schedules for the Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo conferences making the rounds online. An interview question gets Hideo Kojima talking about remakes of the early Metal Gear franchise. In a recent interview on Twitch Hideo Kojima talked for a whole hour. Some stuff we already knew but a fan question made the future seem even brighter. While it would probably be very far off into the future it still makes my heart beat with glee. The only hope we have is that Kojima said he would like to remake the first two Metal Gear games. Shortly after the new trailer for The Wolf Among Us Episode 3 came the release date for the new episode. Just as I called it two days ago, A Crooked Mile, The Wolf Among Us' third episode has been given a launch date. That date being April 8th 2014.
