You know one thing I noticed when playing through Dead Space 2, and the other Dead Space titles for that matter? The lack of other real "hero" types on the ship or Sprawl. Yea Extraction and Ignition had other protagonists, but for the most part they turned out not as heroic as Isaac. I mean Ignition had 2 scenarios where Franco kills Sarah in cold blood. A blog on Foxnews.com kicks some dirt on Epic Games and People Can Fly with some fact absent claims such as "sexual situations and acts in video games – highlighted so well in Bulletstorm – have led to real-world sexual violence." Well we can put the rumors the Batman: Arkham City co-op video that found its way to the internet started. In a recent interview Sefton Hill from of Rocksteady Studios gave there will be no co-op play in Arkham City. It will be a single player game only. This kind of makes me extremely happy. Especially with the reasons being that they didn't want to take anyone from the team off the work on single player to deliver a rushed co-op mode. Hey I remember when The Darkness came out. I also remember I was not able to play it due to my lack of fundage but I did get to take the demo for a whirl. Obviously not enough to make any decent or well informed judgment on the game. Nor any good point of reference for the announcement of the sequel that has just been announced quite simply named The Darkness II. Well look what just popped up in my inbox, new Dungeon Siege III screens and some good looking game play video. It was only last week that Square Enix announced an official release date. Let the countdown begin. The coming battle for the Kingdom of Ehb draws near! For those of you that need a little refresher Dungeon Siege III is the continuation of the Dungeon Siege franchise from Gas Powered Games, except this time it's being brought to you by Square Enix and Obsidian Entertainment, two well known names in the RPG gaming world. Ok, so we can't really say that he wins as it is only a screen shot of Jax beating down Striker in the new Mortal Kombat, but it is a fun title. Not to mention that with the way Striker's face is being slammed it is easy to extrapolate the end results of the fight to that end. I mean unless it is a lucky shot and Jax is just going to have a cap busted in his ass when Striker gets back up. It is also nice to see a few more views of the new game as well in between the fun little videos that Nether Realm pumps out every now and then.
