The Rumors Are True For Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of June 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
One of the worst kept secrets in the way of Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection has been confirmed and will house all of the Uncharted goodness As it has been said, we asked for it and now we are getting it; Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is coming and it will be a PS4 remastering of all of the titles in the console franchise of Uncharted. Note I said console franchise as Bluepoint Games is only doing the work for Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception. The Vita game is going to be left on the sidelines for now but I am sure that Naughty Dog will do what was done for God Of War and their mobile games at some point. Read More...

XCOM 2 Was Teased But Now Is Fully Announced
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 3rd of June 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
Earlier it was announced that XCOM 2 is coming from Firaxis Games and 2K Games after a lengthy feeling teaser campaign What many thought was a possible BioShock teaser from 2K Games has finally turned out to be none other than XCOM 2. Yes, we are finally getting a full on sequel to the franchise that is going to build off XCOM: Enemy Unknown. It looks like Firaxis Games is looking to ignore The Bureau and just move on with the whole story. Most likely a good move here but we are not going to focus on what XCOM 2 is not going to be. Have A Look At All The Batmobile Gadgets In Batman: Arkham Knight
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 1st of June 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
A new Batman: Arkham Insider was released and this time it shows off all the upgrades the Batmobile has in Batman: Arkham Knight to help take down the Arkham Knight We've seen bits and pieces of Batman: Arkham Knight's version of the Batmobile in action already but of course Rocksteady hasn't shown off all of the bells and whistles for the machine that we will be tearing up Gotham with. Not only that but we also get a new look at the Riddler Caves in the game and how they work a bit. These would be what look to be race tracks in Batman: Arkham Knight but as we will find out soon they are way more than just that as it really wouldn't fit the character if they were that basic. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games This week seemed to fly right by but that doesn't mean there wasn't a whole lot to cover in the world of video games by any means. We had a bunch of release date announcements for SOMA, Until Dawn and Wander. We had some new games announced in the way of Perception and What Remains Of Edith Finch. Then a whole mess of new video and information for Batman: Arkham Knight. Like I said, short week but way too much going on in the world of video games. Read More...

SOMA Has Some New Gameplay & A Release Date Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 29th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
We have the first real gameplay trailer for SOMA and it shows off all of the creepiness that we've been waiting to fully see for SOMA Surprisingly it has been over a year since last we saw anything solid in terms of gameplay for SOMA. Back then I was captivated with what Frictional Games was working on to creep us all out or make us question "what the hells is going?" Then nothing. Or at least very little so SOMA kind of fell into the back of my brain as we all needed to move on. Read More...

New screenshots for Slasher Vol. 1: Summer Camp show off the horrors that wait in the Camp Forest Green arena of Summer Camp You may not remember hearing about Slasher Vol. 1: Summer Camp earlier in the year but it we had some fun news about the game. Now we flash forward a bit and we have even more about Summer Camp from Gun Media and it looks like it is shaping up rather well. At least based off all of the new screenshots and details that have been released out into the wild for us all to hunt down and hack up with…say…a machete. You know…? Read More...

Review — Game Of Thrones: Sons Of Winter
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 28th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
We Sit Down And Review Game Of Thrones: Sons Of Winter. This Is The Fourth Episode Of Telltale's Take On HBO's Famed TV Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They've Done So Far We are back into the world of Westeros with Game Of Thrones: Sons Of Winter even though it may have taken quite a bit of time since the last episode came out for the game. I truly do wish that Telltale would alter their release schedule so we don't have to wait so long between like we did for Sons Of Winter but I don't see that happening soon nor should we discuss it as we are here for the latest review for Game Of Thrones. Did it add to the overall experience or was it another let down to make us question why we are doling out cash for this? Read More...

Horror Games Are All About Perception…Or At Least This One Is
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 09:00 PM ]
A new horror game has been announced, Perception, from some of the former Irrational Games developers under the name of The Deep End Games Good news everyone as we might be able to add yet another horror title to our gaming collection in the way of Perception. At least if we can all get up and help out The Deep End Games with their Kickstarter campaign to get the game made. Haven't heard of that team yet? Well just like Day For Night Games they are another group of ex-Irrational Games developers looking to keep the lights on by doing what they do best: make video games. Read More...

Batman: Arkham Knight On PS4 Gets The Exclusive Nightmare This Time
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 07:00 PM ]
A new trailer for Batman: Arkham Knight has been released to show what will be coming to the PS4 version of Arkham Knight before the other platforms Nothing gets me all choked up than hearing that there will be console exclusive items like we just heard about for Batman: Arkham Knight. Choked up in the worst way and it kind of bothers me that Rocksteady and Warner Bros. are doing it again. Almost exactly how it was done with Arkham Asylum only this time around it is the PS4 getting the exclusives over the Xbox One and PC versions of Batman: Arkham Knight. Read More...

Welcome To Noctis, The Free City, Of Technomancer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 27th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
New screenshots for Technomancer have been released to give us all a small taste before the big E3 showcasing of Technomancer Technomancer was announced a little while back with only a few screenshots and a description to go off. Spiders Games have yet to make any time that I have been able to write home about but Technomancer still looked to have a bit of promise. At least more than I felt that Bound By Flame delivered on but still being burned by that title, pun intended, I overlooked Technomancer in favor of other titles. It's kind of how the video games industry goes when it comes to things like this. Read More...

Rumor: Batman Arkham Remaster Could Be On The Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 11:00 PM ]
A new survey online may be pointing more to Batman Arkham Remaster being a real thing to bring Rocksteady's Batman Arkham franchise to the next gen systems This isn't the first time and I am sure it won't be the last until we get complete confirmation that Batman Arkham Remaster is not going to be a thing…but there are new rumors that claim it is true. This would be a next gen collection of the titles Rocksteady put out, Batman Arkham Asylum and Batman Arkham City, all bundled up and with better visuals. Just as all remastered collections would go and why not the Batman Arkham franchise here as there are so many doing the same thing? Read More...

Until Dawn Is Coming A Lot Sooner Than Most Of Us Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of May 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
We have a new Until Dawn trailer as well as the official release date for Until Dawn and it is a lot sooner than we thought it would be As stated on the PlayStation Blog, it has been a while since we had anything new to look and or known from Until Dawn. You know, the B-movie horror game in the works from Supermassive Games where we get to decide the fates of eight teenagers out for a good time in a cabin in the woods. Such a tried and true trope to use but for Until Dawn it has looked spectacular and looks like it is getting better and better which is good since it will be hitting the PS4 on August 25th this year. Oops…did I just let the release date slip? Read More...

Pre-orders for Hatred are now closed but those who took the chance will be able to play Hatred earlier than they thought Update It looks like Destructive Creations jumped the gun and pre-ordered version of Hatred will NOT be playable until June 1st. Here's what they had to say over their Facebook Account. Facebook Update Time for some bad news. It appeared that it is technically impossible for us to make Hatred available earlier for people who made pre-orders. Read More...
