World War Z The next update for World War Z is here adding in a new horde mode for World War Z and a few other fun little tidbits to explore in the game Here we go with the next big update for World War Z with the big Horde Mode Z update that many have been waiting for. This adds into the game just what you would assume it brings, as we have waves of zombies swarming us for us to kill. All with some fun twists added in by Saber Interactive to try to keep it feeling fresh. Batman A new way to play Telltale’s Batman series is here with the Batman Shadows Edition that will add a noir flavor to the overall game look There were a few rumors out there that there was something coming down along the lines of a Batman title just before The Game Awards. That time has come and gone, but there were some fun things that came out about the Telltale and Athlon Games titles out there during the mix of it all. Planet Zoo The new Arctic Pack for Planet Zoo is here and adding in all of the snowy animals one would want in Planet Zoo Things are getting cold out there and that means it is the right time for the next expansion for Planet Zoo to be released. Given that it is the Arctic Pack that will add a bunch of the snow and colder climate animals into the mix, it is fitting for the time of year. Not that Frontier Developments was aiming just for that, but it is fitting and will carry along after as it also adds in some new narratives and areas of the world to build zoos in. Death Stranding If you were curious on where the concept for Death Stranding came from, look no further as we now have an explanation on how Death Stranding came to be Since it was first announced, there has been a lot of questions about what Death Stranding was about and it has even progressed further into the realm after it launched and gamers had a chance to experience it on the PS4. It is a weird game and is definitely not for everyone, but it seems like there was a better thought process behind its creation than Kojima Productions wanting to just make a game. I am sure that was part of it, but it is interesting to know that the idea for Death Stranding had been floating around in the mind of the director for some time and all based on a trip to a museum. Dreams The release date for Dreams has been officially set, as Dreams will be exiting its Early Access in February of 2020 For a good chunk of the year, Dreams has been out there on the PS4 in an Early Access form for players to help shape the game and also have the experience that is coming with it. It has been a weird thing going since as it was one of the first major versions of a paid Early Access on the platform but it seems to have worked out well. I say this as we now have word that the Dreams is leaving its early access and Media Molecule will be giving us all the experience in a full form this February. Read More...

Babylon’s Fall New gameplay for Babylon’s Fall is here to give us all a feel for what we can expect from Babylon’s Fall before next year Talk about another surprise during the State Of Play here as we now have a bit more gameplay out there for Babylon’s Fall. This would be that title that was announced back in 2018 during the Square Enix presentation that Platinum Games is working on and now shown off again for the PS4 and PC today. With another longer wait set as more for Babylon’s Fall will not be given out until the Summer of 2020. BioShock A new BioShock title is in the works as a new studio, Cloud Chamber, is formed to take a hold of the beloved BioShock franchise It has been one long stint of time since we saw the likes of a new BioShock. I am talking a fully new on as it has been over six years since we last had a full entry into the franchise. Now we have word of a wholly new studio, Cloud Chamber, being formed by 2K Games to bring us all a new title to the franchise.
