Review — Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of December 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Ancestors We sit down and review Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. A survival game that aims to take us through the creation of humans. Here is our review of Ancestors It seems more and more that video games are used in more ways than just entertainment and here we go with another that aims to educate in a way with Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. Well, not really educate in the normal means when we get those kinds of video games, but in a way where Panache Digital Games takes us on the long journey to where we all are today. That is at the core of things for Ancestors, as well as a survival game that pits us against a prehistoric world. Read More...

Starship Troopers: Terran Command Announced, Would You Like To Know More
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of December 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Starship Troopers A new RTS title set in the Starship Troopers universe is coming as we have the announcement for Starship Troopers: Terran Command Here we go with a game that should have been made years ago, as Starship Troopers: Terran Command is announced and heading to us on our PC sometime in 2020. Most of you might not even know what the franchise is as it has not really been in the mainstream since the 90s but that has not stopped Slitherine from tapping The Artistocrats from putting their RTS skills to work. Not that we have not seen games in the same vein of Starship Troopers since then, but now we have one that is specifically placed in the franchise and building off the story and events of the first film. Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It was a short week but still one filled with all manner of video games out there for us all to enjoy. Nothing overly groundbreaking or mind-blowing, but we did have some stuff to keep us going. Of course, Darksiders Genesis had the bigger highlight this week but it was nice to see the likes of Last Year back in the mix. Also, we had a whole lot of screenshots for Final Fantasy VII Remake in the mix of all of the other video games we had updates for. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 9th of November 2019 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This week has now come to its close here and we had all kinds of new stuff in the world of video games to take in. Well, that is a bit of an exaggeration as this week was definitely a bit slower and more focused on Death Stranding and a few other video games that were released this week or soon. I mean, we did start off with the big Overwatch 2 news out there, but it seems like Jumanji and then Life Is Strange 2 picked up the rest of the slack. What little there was after the big release and news dump for the prior mentioned title. Read More...
