Immortals Fenyx Rising Gameplay Gives Us A Little More Of The World On The Next-Gen
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of November 2020 - 10:00 PM ]
Immortals New gameplay for Immortals Fenyx Rising is here to show off just how Immortals could look when it hits the PS5 Here we go with a little more for Immortals Fenyx Rising to get us all amped up for the title when it hits on December 3rd. As if Ubisoft did not have a whole lot going for it right now, we have this title hitting so soon after the launch of the PS5 and Xbox Series X while also hitting the PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and various PC outlets. For now, though, we will ignore the older systems and focus in on how Immortals Fenyx Rising is going to look when it hits the next-gen systems. Something that feels a little off to say given the cartoonish style that the game has, but it is some new gameplay to look at for it all. Read More...

Hellpoint Is Also Making The Leap To Next-Gen In 2021
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
Hellpoint Dark Sci-Fi title, Hellpoint, is heading to the PS5 and Xbox Series X in more than just Hellpoint backward compatibility Color me not surprised, as we now have another title that will be getting the PS5 and Xbox Series X upgrade next year with Hellpoint. Okay, well, a little surprised as it is not the huge AAA title that everyone has their fingers of hearing will be making that jump but it will be something that Cradle Games will give us so we do not need to rely only on backward compatibility to experience. It might even get more games out there to play Hellpoint as it will add another title to the small list of titles that will be fully using the power of the next-gen systems. If that is something that you need to fully have at the start of 2021. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of November 2020 - 08:00 PM ]
BloodRayne A new version of BloodRayne and BloodRayne 2 has been announced to bring the games into a modern PC gaming environment Talk about an IP that has been requested for a long time and then had little to go on for a while now as BloodRayne has. It was something that caught the hearts and minds of so many back when Terminal Reality first crafted it for us and now I am glad to let you know that it will be happening again on the PC. That is, we have the official announcement that we will see a BloodRayne: Terminal Cut and BloodRayne 2: Terminal Cut hitting the digital stores on November 20th for all of those that want to relive this action RPG title. Chernobylite Is Heading To The Next-Gen In 2021
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Chernobylite It has been announced that the final version of Chernobylite will be out in 2021 and we will see a full version of Chernobylite on the next-gen systems It looks like we have a few more platforms to find Chernobylite when it finally launches in its final form. It is currently out there on the PC via Steam in an Early access, but it looks like The Farm 51 was able to get some extra help to get the game published on more than that. We heard that Chernobylite was going to be on the PS4 and Xbox One when it does come in 2021, but now it looks like the aim is to get it fully on the PS5 and Xbox Series X too. Not via a basic upgrade but in a full version of the game. Read More...

The Ascent Is Bringing Us Some More Cyberpunk Fun In 2021
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 29th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Ascent The release window for The Ascent is now set in 2021 but we have a plethora of new gameplay for The Ascent to see now We will not be seeing The Ascent on the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC this year, but that is okay as it does look like it will be worth the wait. I say this as we have some new gameplay here that Neon Giant has put together to show how they are vastly improving things from what we saw before. The Ascent looked amazing before now and here we go and see a whole lot more for the game and a few of the ways that this action-RPG has been evolved. Especially when you see that we will have some cutscenes in the game where it was assumed that it would not be the case before. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Little Hope The Dark Pictures: Little Hope launches this week and we have one final look at the sleepy town of Little Hope before launch This is the week that we will all get to continue the anthology with The Dark Pictures: Little Hope as it launches on Friday. It seems like it was quite a bit of time since Supermassive Games offered up our first look at how the story would continue and now, we are days away. That means we have a new trailer to look at just before we dive into the deep side of Little Hope and have all of our friends join in the fun. Something that is highlighted here in this new video for those that may not be sold on how the multiplayer could play out here. Read More...

Hitman 3 Is Flowing Onto The Switch Too Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 28th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Hitman It has been announced that Hitman 3 will now be coming to the Switch so that even more fans can experience the Hitman franchise Add another platform to the growing list for Hitman 3 as it will now be heading to the Switch. An interesting addition as it never felt like the system would be able to handle what the game could pump out before now. I am sure that is why IO Interactive is not just bringing it over to the system but giving us the option to play via cloud streaming on the Switch. So, technically Hitman 3 is not coming to the Switch but it will be playable on the system for those that are looking to get the murder on via the console. Read More...

Spirit Of The North Has An Enhanced Edition Coming For The PS5
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 27th of October 2020 - 05:00 PM ]
Spirit Of The North Spirit Of The North is heading to the next generation with the announcement of the Spirit Of The North: Enhanced Edition The PS5 will have its full version of Spirit Of The North after the console launch, and we are not talking about it in the way of an update from the PS4 as many of the other games will be getting. This will not just be an update that will make the game run on the new system but an edition that will upgrade all of the visuals and the ability to see the game run in glorious 60 fps. Not something that we have ever seen for this one and it makes me excited to see the Spirit Of The North: Enhanced Edition drop on November 26th digitally and then a physical edition of the game on December 4th. Things like the 120 fps and other graphical updates are going to make this title feel like a next-gen title right out of the gate on November 10th. I am sure that is what The Coalition is going for so more Gears Of War can get out there and keep us all wanting more of it all. Read More...

Immortals Fenyx Rising Walks Us Along The Story We Will Have
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of October 2020 - 09:00 PM ]
Immortals Immortals Fenyx Rising has a lot of new gameplay and story on how we will be setting out to save those Immortals in the game Gods do we have a way to end the week here with a huge update for Immortals Fenyx Rising with so many angles to look at for it. This is not something I was fully expecting out of Ubisoft, but I know I am glad to see it as we have a whole lot of story to look at and then gameplay to show off how some of this story will be played out. I mean, that may not be everyone's jam as they will want to play Immortals as blind as possible but I am sure that is a small group out there. More so when you realize that there is a demo out there for the game on Stadia to get some of us up and running in the game. Read More...

Little Nightmares II Is Bringing Us Some Halloween Fun Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 23rd of October 2020 - 07:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares A new look at Little Nightmares II is here to offer up some Halloween fun in the way only Little Nightmares could do Little Nightmares II feels like a game we should be experiencing over the Halloween weekend but sadly, we will not be seeing it until February 11th of next year. It feels like a hard pill to swallow, but it is something that I am sure will let Tarsier Studios give us a better game in the end. That said, we are not going to be completely left out of the fun for Little Nightmares II and the holiday this year as we have a new trailer to take in that highlights quite a bit of the horror-themed items in the game here.
