Get Ready For More Night Terrors On Your Mobile Device Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 9th of August 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Night Terrors Another new trailer for Night Terrors has been released but sadly no solid update on how Night Terrors' development is going so far It's been a bit of time since we had a solid update on Night Terrors for our Android and iOS devices that will hopefully be coming soon. For those who don't happen to know or remember what this is supposed to be, it is a new Augmented Reality title coming from Novum Analytics that turns your real world home into a nightmare filled haunted house. We' spoken on Night Terrors a few times in the past as it went into its Indigogo campaign to try and get the funds to make sure the team could get all of their tech to work and all of us shitting our pants. History lesson over for now… Like I said though, it's been a bit of time since we saw a solid update on the goings on of Night Terrors and now we have yet another trailer to look at and get an idea of how far the team has progressed. Prey Gets Its First Bit Of Gameplay Out Of QuakeCon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of August 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Prey The first gameplay trailer for Prey has been released out of QuakeCon and now we see how Prey will take a different story path than before It was announced at E3 and now out of QuakeCon this year we have our first bit of gameplay for Prey to gaze upon and see how the reboot is going. I have no doubt that Arkane Studios is going to do an amazing job with this iteration of the game given their past but it is nice to be able to see it all in action. Great minds think alien here as Bethesda has given us that taste of Prey that we are all looking for as we wait until 2017 for it to finally land on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. At least that would be the easiest of the platforms to assume the game will come to. Read More...

Two More Fighters Have Been Shown Off For Injustice 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 At SDCC Injustice 2 received two more characters into the mix with a classic character and a new one just for Injustice 2 fitting into the story Given that SDCC is all about the comic books, or at least should be, it makes it the fitting place to see two more characters added to the roster of Injustice 2. So far we've only seen six characters make the leap from NetherRealm Studios' last title to the new one with about half of them being completely new to the franchise altogether. Now it looks like they are digging into the Warner Bros. Read More...

Evolve Stage 2 Is Bring Us Electro Griffin… Boogaloo
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Evolve A new-ish character is coming to Evolve Stage 2 as one of the original hunters from Evolve is getting a solid makeover for you to earn up to That didn't take too long for the new Evolve to get yet another character update added into the mix. It looks like Turtle Rock Studios is truly behind this IP and don't want it to fall behind like so many other 2K Games titles out there that have. That is all in the past and as we wait for Evolve Stage 2 to hit the PS4 and Xbox One we have a new character joining in the mix for the PC version. Although I say new character, it is really just a new skin and weapon mechanics for a fan favorite character from before. Read More...

New Details For The Walking Dead Season Three & Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead A few new tidbits for The Walking Dead season three from Telltale have come out of SDCC as well as some new screenshots for The Walking Dead's third season It was stated that we would get some more on the third season of Telltale Games' The Walking Dead during San Diego Comic Con and fans were not let down. At least not let down outside of the fact that we were still left with a whole lot to wonder on as we head toward the new season's release and just what has gone on in the game's world since then. Especially since most of it is all cannon for The Walking Dead franchise and not just some extra fluff. Read More...

Review — Minecraft: Story Mode — A Portal To Mystery
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 25th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft We sit down and review Minecraft: Story Mode — A Portal To Mystery. This is the sixth episode of Telltale's take on Mojang's famed franchise. Here's our review on how they did The story continues for Minecraft: Story Mode as we have the first episode in the expanded adventure and the sixth episode in the epic tale of Jesse and his crew as they do what is apparently done in Mojang's world. If you are somehow still behind the times though this also expands on the story that Telltale Games has been building up for us over pretty much a year now. I'm still confused as to why they didn't go a solid second season and just have all of this is part of it but they didn't Now let us dig into this new episode of Minecraft: Story Mode before we get bogged down with even more of their great stories and such. The Seventh Episode Of Minecraft: Story Mode Is Coming Into Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Minecraft The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode's seventh episode has been set and it looks like the world of Minecraft is getting the Tron and Borg treatment The seventh episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, or second in the adventure pass, has a release date set and it looks like it will be July 26th here. On this date we will get to see how much further down the rabbit hole Telltale Games is going to take us into their take on the famed Mojang IP that has a few hits and misses in my eyes. Especially the one where they didn't split this into a second season of Minecraft: Story Mode instead of just making it all an add-on. Read More...

Evolve It has been announced that Evolve is going free to play and you can now download Evolve on the PC to give all the new additions a try If you loved it or hated Evolve it makes no difference as the game is going free-to-play and getting a whole lot of upgrades and changes to the gameplay. That's right, you can now play Turtle Rock Studios' passion projected, Evolve for free right now on the PC and then later on the PS4 and Xbox One. Fallout 4 Final DLC Looks To Be The Upcoming Nuka-World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 6th of July 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout 4 At E3 the Fallout 4 Nuka-World DLC was teased and shown off to the world but now it seems it will be the final Fallout 4 DLC too Hopefully you weren't banking on the Fallout 4 DLC to keep rolling out after the most recently teased one. As it seems the upcoming Nuka-World DLC teased at E3 is going to be the last bit of planned DLC that Bethesda has for the game. So get ready for the Fallout 4 content to stop flowing out after that hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime next month. By all of that I am only talking about the core game as I'm guessing focus is going toward the VR version of the game which is why this will be the last. Read More...

New Gameplay For Dishonored 2 Shows Off New Occult Abilities
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Dishonored 2 The first bit of gameplay for Dishonored 2 was shown off and now we have a better look at some of the upgrade for Dishonored 2 we are going to get Here is yet another title I didn't get a chance to personally check out at E3 but by the gods we had a great showing of Dishonored 2 out there during the event. In fact, we had about 15 minutes of gameplay shown off by Arkane Studios out at the show even though Bethesda had nothing more than a small museum to offer up on the show floor. While that was cool it didn't truly show us what we wanted out of Dishonored 2 in closed environment but that is what we have the internet for isn't it? Read More...

The God Of War Demo Had A Lot More In It Than We Thought
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 24th of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
God Of War A new look at the God Of War demo out of E3 has been release where a few of the God Of War developers explain more on the game than we saw live Last week the world was given a great surprise in terms of the new God Of War being shown off at E3. A lot of questions obviously popped up due to all of this but Santa Monica Studios was very tight lipped about every aspect of the game that we couldn't physically see in the demo. Believe me I tried and the closest little extra I got for God Of War was the fact that they are not ignoring anything from his past but are doing a solid continuation. That and it will of course be on the PS4 but that is all stuff that we could have just made a solid assumption on given the state of everything. Read More...

The Walking Dead Season 3 Is Coming & Bringing A Familiar Face
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 22nd of June 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead The first teaser trailer for The Walking Dead's third season has been revealed and it looks like The Walking Dead is jumping forward in time but keeping fan favorites If you were able to pay full attention to everything out of E3 then this may be old news to you but for those who were overloaded with news, then you may have missed that The Walking Dead season three is slated to start up sometime this Fall. Not only that but we have a nice little trailer out of Telltale Games and a few little tidbits on the game directly. Given the success of The Walking Dead in general it shouldn't have been that big of a shocker to see the third season coming but in this season it looks like the surprises are more in the game than that it is coming.
