Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week That puts another week in the bag around here, and one where we made it mostly through the week with so many video games in tow. Even if it did seem as if we had a few rough weeks in the past, we were back with Resident Evil Requiem, Silent Hill: Townfall, and a new John Wick Game to talk about to catch us all back up. Silent Hill The world of Silent Hill is further expanding, with the official reveal we have for Silent Hill: Townfall What was once just announced as a name is finally here with the full reveal for Silent Hill: Townfall. A new entry into the IP to keep it all alive, with Screen Burn taking the IP for a spin and heading further into the world. Not just in terms of sales for the IP on the PS5 and PC for Konami, but further into the world than just the lonely little American town. LAG KILLS A new horror title, LAG KILLS, has been announced with us seeing just how LAG KILLS out there in the world I do not think a single gamer out there has never succumbed to rage at any point in their lives, and that is a little bit of the point in the upcoming LAG KILLS. A new survival horror title that we are getting on the PC from Deranged Games. Not that we are going to be playing as the killer, but that we are going to be keeping clear of a gamer who has lost their mind due to the amount of lag they have been experiencing. They Will Come The gameplay for They Will Come is finally out there so we have a better idea of the exploration They Will Come will offer The announcement for They Will Come does not feel like it was that long ago, and here we are with a look at the gameplay that we can expect in the game. I am not sure why Game Pop just did not wait a little bit longer to hit us with all of the news at one time, but here we are with another PC title to look forward to as we head into the new year. WILL The open playtest for WILL: Follow The Light is ready for us all starting at Will’s Lighthouse The puzzle adventure that is WILL: Follow The Light is finally ready for the PC gamers out there to give it all a bit of a playtest, if you have an hour you wish to kill in the game. That is how much of the game that TomorrowHead Studio is ready to offer up to the growing fans so they can make sure that the game is fully ready for the launch in the first half of 2026 for the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Yes, this does also mean that the console games will not have a chance to experience all of this for WILL: Follow The Light early, but that is the state of gaming out there. Painkiller New DLC for Painkiller is out there and it is offering up a bit more of the Metal feel to everything in Painkiller As if Painkiller was not already heavy metal from the start, it looks like things are getting even heavier with the latest bit of DLC that is now out there for the game on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. A new update from Anshar Studios and 3D Realms to pull us back into the game, while also offering up some major content for the game. Silent Hill The official trailer for Return To Silent Hill is here to get us all ready for our final home in Silent Hill It certainly feels like we have seen more teasers and behind-the-scenes videos for Return To Silent Hill, but we are finally here with the first official look at the film. It is still a tease of sorts, as this is just a trailer for the film, but it is something to give us a better feel for what will be hitting theaters on January 26th, 2026. That and to get a better feel for how the team is bringing the look and feel of Silent Hill 2 to life in the film form.
