Spyjinx Announced From Those Who Brought Us Infinity Blade & Star Wars
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of November 2015 - 10:00 PM ]
Spyjinx A new game titled Spyjinx has been announced from the people who brought us Infinity Blade, Star Wars, and Star Trek. Here's what’s known for Spyjinx As if the film industry wasn't enough, J.J. Abrams and Bad Robot have made the announcement that they are making a game called Spyjinx. Of course they are not making it on their own but teaming up with ChAIR of Infinity Blade fame to do this. Not only that but it looks like Spyjinx is going to be something that is far and away from the traditional game as much as they can get it so that it will stand on its own when it hits the PC and mobile devices sometime next year. Thankfully it is Spyjinx and not a film tie-in for his latest projects right? Read More...

The Ice Dragon Is Upon Us With New Game Of Thrones Screenshots
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 11th of November 2015 - 06:01 PM ]
Game Of Thrones A new batch of screenshots for Game Of Thrones' sixth and final episode of the season to prep us for how brutal of a note Game Of Thrones looks to be ending on By the Gods it has been some time since we had the last episode of Game Of Thrones release and we still have a bit more time until the final episode of the season hits (November 17th). It's been such a long wait that I may need to replay the first five episodes again to be completely up to date for when The Ice Dragon is finally released by Telltale Games. Especially since the latest screenshots we have for Game Of Thrones' sixth episode now only slightly spark the memory of what is going on as it has been filled with all of the other information from all of the other titles the developer has put out there. Review — Minecraft: Story Mode — Assembly Required
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of November 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Minecraft We Sit Down And Review Minecraft: Story Mode — Assembly Required. This Is The Second Episode Of Telltale's Take On Mojang's Famed Franchise. Here's Our Review On How They Did That was a crazy turnaround time for this episode of Minecraft: Story Mode to be released. Usually it takes at least a month or two before Telltale Games is giving us another episode to whet our whistles and this time we all had a nice two week or so turn around. Kudos to them and I hope they keep pushing the Mojang inspired story out to us in the same manner. Until then though we get a nice look at Minecraft: Story Mode — Assembly Required as we dig into our continued review of this episodic franchise. Read More...

Video Games A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games So much news in the world of video games here and so much more to come. Review — Guitar Hero Live
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 5th of November 2015 - 08:00 PM ]
Guitar Hero Live We Sit Down And Review Guitar Hero Live. Things Have Been Changed Up Quite A Bit This Time Around To Make The Franchise Feel New; But Does It Pay Off? Here's Our Review Of Guitar Hero Live Looks like the rhythm game is trying to make a comeback and now we have the other main competitor in the way of Guitar Hero Live. This franchise is one of the ones that made the whole genre as popular as it has become over the years, even with its short hiatus, and FreeStyleGames is bringing it back to try and bring new life into the franchise. Not only is it a new game with, technically, new songs but Guitar Hero Live adds in a few new features and mechanics to said genre but do they help or hinder in the long run? Read More...

Yes; another new title and IP from them that is currently slated to hit the PC sometime in 2016. When that could be is completely up in the air but we do have a nice look at one of the characters or heroes that will be in Paragon. Watch Out As The Gorgon Is Scuttling Into Evolve
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 3rd of November 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Evolve Another new monster for Evolve has been shown off and now we have a spider-like creature to add to the roster for Evolve We've seen a few of the new hunters coming to Evolve with the Hunting Season 2 DLC sometime before the end of March of 2016. Now is the time to see one of the new monsters and it looks like Turtle Rock Studios is bringing the Gorgon out to play and stalk the wilderness. This isn't your traditional version of the Gorgon of mythology though and this one will be quite different in Evolve. In fact this isn't the snake-like turn you to stone monster but a spider-like creature? Read More...

New & Groovy Gameplay Footage For Ratchet & Clank Shown Off
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of November 2015 - 06:00 PM ]
Ratchet & Clank Some new gameplay footage for Ratchet & Clank has been released and it shows off some of the new and classic weapons of Ratchet & Clank First we have a new trailer for the Ratchet & Clank movie and now we have a bit more of the gameplay for the title that Insomniac Games is currently working on to go along with the film's release. Of course that doesn't mean that we should be looking forward to nothing but a film tie-in for Ratchet & Clank but some form of a decent game for the PS4. Of course you can be the judge of that yourself as it looks like we have some new gameplay footage for Ratchet & Clank in the form of what looks like basic B-roll most likely for Paris Games Week. Get Ready For First Contact With The Technomancer's New Trailer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 30th of October 2015 - 05:00 PM ]
Technomancer A new gameplay trailer for The Technomancer has been released and it gives quite a bit more detail on the mechanics used in The Technomancer's combat and skills Until now we've had very small and basic looks at The Technomancer and the gameplay it will house. It looks like it is shaping up to be an interesting action RPG for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC but we really need more substance to make a solid decision on how Spiders is bringing the game to light. Screenshots and basic descriptions are nice but we need more. Thankfully it looks like Focus Home Interactive felt the same way and not we have a nice new trailer for The Technomancer to get us all hyped for its release in "early 2016. Read More...
