by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 10th of December 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Babylon’s Fall New gameplay for Babylon’s Fall is here to give us all a feel for what we can expect from Babylon’s Fall before next year Talk about another surprise during the State Of Play here as we now have a bit more gameplay out there for Babylon’s Fall. This would be that title that was announced back in 2018 during the Square Enix presentation that Platinum Games is working on and now shown off again for the PS4 and PC today. With another longer wait set as more for Babylon’s Fall will not be given out until the Summer of 2020. This, of course, makes one wonder why we even had anything now, but we will all take what we can when it comes to a bunch of knights fighting each other with “spectral swords. Read More...

Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It was a short week but still one filled with all manner of video games out there for us all to enjoy. Nothing overly groundbreaking or mind-blowing, but we did have some stuff to keep us going. Of course, Darksiders Genesis had the bigger highlight this week but it was nice to see the likes of Last Year back in the mix. Also, we had a whole lot of screenshots for Final Fantasy VII Remake in the mix of all of the other video games we had updates for. Read More...

Will You Be Able To Survive Afterdark In Last Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 26th of November 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Last Year The next chapter of Last Year is on its way with a touching story behind everything that has happened with the team behind Last Year About this time in 2018, we all had a chance to have a look at Last Year as it dropped on the up and coming storefront over on Discord. Well, at least, we had a short chance to as we and Elastic Games watched as their project fell into the wastes as the storefront went away. It was a sad time and many that fell in love with Last Year were left in the lurch wanting to see the game make a comeback. Before now, there was no real word on it all, but we can now see that we will be able to play the next chapter of the story over on Steam as well as pick up the original there again if you were left wanting from the Discord fallout. Samurai Shodown Is Heading To The Switch Early Next Year
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of November 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Samurai Shodown A release window is set down for Samurai Shodown for the Switch and it looks like we can expect Samurai Shodown to hit there in Q1 Many gamers have had a chance to enjoy Samurai Shodown for a while now, but those pesky Switch gamers seem to have been left out for a bit longer. I am sure there are some good reasons for that and SNK is working on it. Why wouldn't they want as many fans out there enjoying their game? Nonetheless, it looks like those looking to play Samurai Shodown on their Switch have a new timeline to look forward to. Read More...

Trover Saves The Universe Is Portalling Onto A Few Other Platforms
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of November 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Trover Saves The Universe Trover Saves The Universe will be releasing on the Switch and Xbox One soon so more fans can experience what Trover Saves The Universe has for us When Trover Saves The Universe first dropped on us, there were a lot of gamers that were left out and watching the game from their various sidelines. It made a bit of sense given that it was more focused on the VR side of it all and the bigger platform it released on was the PSVR. No doubt at all. Read More...

Review — Superliminal
by Julia Schoebel [ Tuesday, 19th of November 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Ghostbusters We sit down and review Superliminal. A game to focuses on forced perspective for puzzles. Here is our review of Superliminal It has been some time since we had a good puzzle game out there to play now it is time for Superliminal to take a shot at giving us all something we have been longing for. For those that may not have been following along, this would be the latest game from Pillow Castle Games that aims to use forced perspective to drive the puzzles and paths in the game. Something that sounds like it would be rough to simulate in video game form, but Superliminal is up to the task. Read More...
