by David 'Hades' Becker [ Saturday, 20th of February 2021 - 12:00 AM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It was another short week here in the States but that does not mean that we did not have much to cover this week. There did happen to be quite a few video games that received some big updates and announcements out there. Some of them, like Avengers and The Sinking City, will be getting their PS5 and Xbox Series X updates soon. Other video games, like Stubbs The Zombie and Six Days In Fallujah, had full announcements that they were coming to us this year. Read More...

Stubbs The Zombie Is On The Way Back In Rebel Without A Pulse Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 18th of February 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Stubbs The Zombie Stubbs The Zombie is coming to all of the current and next-gen systems out there to bring Stubbs The Zombie to a new generation of gamers Here we go with a title that I have been dreaming of getting back into the mix with Stubbs The Zombie heading back out with Rebel without A Pulse after a long time waiting. After a long fifteen-year wait that we have had here, it looks as if Aspyr Media has opted to bring the zombie back out for us on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Switch, and PC. All of the big ones here even though Stubbs The Zombie did hit the PC way back when it was out the first time. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 17th of February 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Binary Smoke A new third-person title, Binary Smoke, is announced with Binary Smoke giving us all one more sci-fi action-adventure to add into the mix Add another PC gaming announcement out there for us all with Binary Smoke coming our way on the PC. This would be the upcoming title flowing to us all out of Outside Game Studio that will offer us one more way to look at the future. A heavily Sci-Fi future where humanity has created sentient digital lifeforms that somehow spawn some supernatural powers. It seems like a little bit of an odd thought to have for a game like this, but that is the short description of the story for Binary Smoke as it all stands. Read More...

Fallujah Military shooter, Six Days In Fallujah, is aiming to come to us all again and tell more of the true stories that took place during the Second Battle for Fallujah The announcement for Six Days In Fallujah is here again and it looks like the project is picking up to be released this year on the PC and consoles out there. Before you dive into it all, this is partially the same title that Atomic Games announced over a decade ago but now is picked up by Highwire Games and Victura to get out there. Obviously, this version of Six Days In Fallujah is aiming to hit the more modern technologies but still looking to tell the true stories of what happened during the battles that took place in the game's setting. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 11th of February 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Ratchet & Clank The release date for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is now set down with Ratchet & Clank joining our libraries in June The wait carries on for Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart with the official release date finally being placed down for the game to hit the PS5. This is one that would have been amazing to see as a launch title for the system but it looks like Insomniac Games wanted to make sure this was the title that brought the IP to the new system in a hard way. That all said, it looks like we have that date to look for when it comes to Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. Pre-orders are ready for us to secure our copies on June 11th this year. Read More...

Learn What Happened Before The Last Story On Earth Within Paradise Lost
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 10th of February 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Paradise Lost Learn more of the story behind Paradise Lost so you can better understand the differences that Paradise Lost will have from the real-world histories There has been a bit of insight into the alternate history that Paradise Lost was going to try to emulate for us when it finally hits the PC. There have been some signs that PolyAmorous was going to follow along with some of the real-world histories out there but then deviate as needed to help tell a compelling story on how things could have gone differently. In the instance of Paradise Lost it looks as if it is that WWII never ended and had a few different strategies happen in the mix of it all. Read More...

Black Myth New gameplay for Black Myth: Wukong is here for us to enjoy as the Chinese New Year flows in and adds some new enemies into Black Myth The gameplay keeps flowing out for Black Myth: Wukong even though the development is still aiming for a lot long time to go. Not a terrible thing at all as it will give us a whole lot more to get excited for when it comes to this title. Thankfully, the Chinese New Year is popping off and this led to what we have here today with some new enemies and bosses for us to fight in Black Myth. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of February 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
Nightmare We have the announcement for In Nightmare, a new horror title where In Nightmare will have us running for our protagonist’s life All the horror titles seem to be piling up here, as we have yet another with the announcement for In Nightmare. This is a new and upcoming title for the PS4, and most likely the PS5, that is coming out of Magic Fish Studio. Horror Could Be Getting A New Contender With A Project Called ILL
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 5th of February 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
ILL A new FPS horror IP, ILL, is currently in the works from a small team with ILL shining as strong as some other AAA titles out there Here we go with an interesting twist to things with a showing of a new horror title going by the name of ILL. The interesting part being that this is all a title in the works from a small team named CLOUT Games using their Patreon to help fund the work on it all. That and what we are about to see is a bit of the concept they are going with even though it looks like it could be gameplay and a demo for those funding to play. All with ILL looking like it is taking some of the more amazing parts of RE7 for a new body horror kind of title. Read More...

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Takes Us Musically Further Into The Zone
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 4th of February 2021 - 08:00 PM ]
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Some of the music for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is out now to offer up a feel for how S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 might be haunting our dreams I am sure most of us out there are ready to see some solid gameplay for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 after all of the teases and tidbits we have had over the last few weeks. The visuals have been rather lacking on this title so far and I have a feeling that is by design from GSC Game World. I could be wrong, but I think it is driving up the interest and mystery for the game just a bit more. Read More...
