After the original Mass Effect, Bioware had a tough job on their hands. They made an excellent game, but one that was hampered by complaints from the players. Dante's Inferno Needed A Montage

While not the same montage sequence from Team America, it is none the less as awesome. Just in a different way. One was a comical character build up using marionettes. The other, well a action packed showing of how bad ass Dante is, and will be, through out the game. With Dante's showing him off with all the in game graphics and effects we will be getting here in just over a week. This clip is not all that long, but it will give you a cool feel for what actions and attack Dante will have in his arsenal. If you haven't played the demo all that many times that is. Read More...

CES 2010: nVidia Press Conference

As CES 2010 is now under way, so are the many news and notes that are coming out of the convention. The first event that Brian and I went to was the nVidia Press Conference. As we went to sit down we were given 3D glasses for a part of the conference. As the wait finally ended and the music started to kick into high gear, so did the montage that nVidia put together. The montage began with video games and movies but wasn't in 3D yet. After the montage was over, the President of nVidia, Jen-Hsun Huang came out and talked about not only the evolution of desktop PC (personal computers) but also the evolution of portable PC in general. So What Is The Story With Dante's Inferno?

With the slew of promotions EA and Visceral Games are doing for this game, (Greedy Checks, Rick Rolling Boxes), what is the actual story behind the game? We all know that it is a loose translation of the famous epic poem The Divine Comedy. You know, the first "mapping" of Hell and in turn leading to a man's persecution, but what is the actual story trying to be told in this throw at the poem? A Mass Amount of Content?

There's no real way to hide from a collector's edition. Every game is going to have one, and if you disagree - it's only because you have yet to find it. Mark my words.This edition is supposed to be limited in quantities, though I would wager that there will somehow be more copies trickling in after the initial rush. The fun'o'plenty pack is going to have a tin case, a hard cover "Art of Mass Effect 2" book, an issue from the Mass Effect Redemption comic and a behind-the-scenes DVD. Bioware is also saying that there will be unique in-game weapons and armor that can only be obtained by purchasing this edition. Read More...
