Have A Nice Halloween Clip From Escape Dead Island
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 31st of October 2014 - 05:00 PM ]
A new gameplay clip for Escape Dead Island has been given to us all and there are some bizarre looking zombies here If you haven't been able to catch the livestream events for Escape Dead Island nor make the trade shows in the UK then you most likely haven't seen much in the way of gameplay. I was rather blown away with what I saw during SDCC but that doesn't really help you get a grasp on Escape Dead Island for when it launches on the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC on November 18th. You crave visuals and live play don't you? Well we have some new gameplay for you to check out for Escape Dead Island and it is a bit that we have yet to see for the game to date. Read More...

Follow The Path To Understand What Kholat Is All About
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 29th of October 2014 - 07:00 PM ]
Kholat is a new FPP storytelling title announced from IMGN.PRO studios and we have the first trailer for the game I'm not even going to try and pronounce Kholat but that doesn't mean that the new title doesn't look at all too shabby. It looks like it could be something that we all write home to mom about as we wouldn't want to try and butcher the name with a call. Hopefully the Polish developer IMGN.PRO will expand upon that as we move forward with their Q1 2015 PC release title. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games I am glad this week in video games is over. Not for any particular reason outside of getting to play all those video games that we've been writing about and covering her eon the site. Even though the review for Styx: Master Of Shadows went live this week I see myself diving back in just for fun and trophy clean up. Need to get as many of those as I can before the PlayStation Experience hits and all. I want to be able to have a higher level to brag about while mixing it up with everyone else who will be attending. Read More...

The final behind the scenes video for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel has been released from Gearbox and 2K Games to show off all the weapons and beyond for the game We are on the verge of the release for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel and it is time to wrap up this whole behind the scenes look at how and why Gearbox and 2K are making the game. With that we also get a nice look at the design and ideas behind all of the weapons we have grown to love in Borderlands and Borderlands 2 as well as what we are to expect in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. Looks Like Microsoft My Be Bringing Your RoomAlive
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of October 2014 - 09:00 PM ]
There is a new tech demo that shows off an augmented reality system in the works call RoomAlive from Microsoft I remember not that long ago that Microsoft was using the Kinect to create a form of Augmented Reality in our living rooms. The project was called IllumiRoom for those who don't remember or have a strong Google-Fu. The idea behind it would be that by using the Kinect and a video projector you could expand out the screen of your game to add an extra level of immersion. The Kinect would 'scan' the area to get a digital mapping of your play space so that the projector could properly display no matter the contours or set up of anyone's living room or gaming space.
