Star Wars Battlefront II Will Be Bringing Us A Lot More Than Expected
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of April 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Star Wars The full announcement for Star Wars Battlefront II has been given and it looks like we will be diving into fun territories in the Star Wars universe this November There was a nice little tease last week for the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront II but over the weekend we all were hit with the full trailer and a whole lot of details out of the huge event that took place. Not too surprising at all that we had a lot more from EA on this game there as it was teased that at least the full trailer would be shown off, but it also came with a lot of interesting twists that DICE will be taking with the IP and franchise. Not that Star Wars Battlefront II is going to change up the canon or lore as we all know it, but with the inclusion of a campaign mode from the start and a few other items we will be looking at the franchise as a whole in a few different ways. Come Get Your Kiss From Poison Ivy From Injustice 2
by Julia Schoebel [ Monday, 17th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new trailer for Injustice 2 is here and it gives us a small taste of Injustice 2's Poison Ivy and here work with the Green We've had a solid few teases for Poison Ivy for Injustice 2 so far but nothing more than a look and a few glimpses at her in action in a few teamed up trailers before. It's been requested that we get to see her in action so many times before May 16th and NetherRealm Studios has already said that we would see here in a live-stream soon but of course that is not soon enough for a lot of us. This is where the good new comes in for us as now we have a nice introduction trailer for Ivy here and a look at how she will function in Injustice 2. Read More...

Review — Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition
by Greg Tatterfield [ Friday, 14th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Bulletstorm We Sit down and review Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition. A re-master of last gen’s action packed underrated shooter. Here's our Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition review The story in Bulletstorm follows Grayson Hunt, a rouge assassin out for revenge against his commander, but this takes a turn for the worst when they crash land on a violent resort planet filled with rival gangs and other dangers. Grayson then must fight for a way off the world to survive. Bulletstorm is an action packed first-person shooter; think of DOOM’s frantic gameplay meets Borderlands' humor then you will have an idea of what to expect. Read More...

There Is Lots To Fear With Injustice 2's Latest Character Breakdowns
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 13th of April 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 More characters for Injustice 2 have been given a breakdown and we get to see even more Injustice 2 gameplay and fights to enjoy I hope you are ready for another massive Injustice 2 information dump as that is what we have here today. We had a look at the Gear System a little earlier in the week but now we have a follow up from NetherRealm Studios in the way of character breakdowns and a new trailer for an already announced character; Scarecrow. While none of this brings a new character to light for Injustice 2, it does give us a great look at said character as well as Gorilla Grodd, Firestorm, Green Arrow, and Black Adam. Like I said, it is a massive dump for the game and its characters so let us dive right in. Read More...

All You Need To Know — Leaked Star Wars Battlefront II Trailer
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Thursday, 13th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Star Wars The trailer for Star Wars Battlefront II has leaked out and we have it and more for you. Here's all the Star Wars Battlefront II details you need to know I admit I was really disappointed in the remake of Star Wars Battlefront. The game played fine but was lacking a lot of what made the older games fun. I mainly picked it up for my dad to play for a few hours because some of my best memories of when he and I would play Battlefront II and hoped DICE caught that magic again. Lack of offline really hurt the game for me because while I didn’t mind it having an online focus the fact that there was a $60 season pass withholding much of the game behind a paywall forcing you to pay for a subscription in EA fashion. Injustice 2 Has Your Battles So Fight Them Your Way With Gear
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 11th of April 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new trailer for Injustice 2 has released and this one goes over the basics of Injustice 2's gear system that will turn tides quickly We've heard bits about Injustice 2's gear system so many times and still only have a little slice of it to go with so far. It seems like it is a huge part of the game but also that NetherRealm Studios is keeping a tight lid on it all until May 16th. At least that is how it seems given how little we all know about it and how gear will be handed out in Injustice 2 during and after matches. Well, at least that is the easy thing to assume from it all and how it will augment some of the character's stats on top of just the overall look and feel of how they roll. Read More...

It Looks Like There Is Some New Fallout Speculation Out There
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Tuesday, 11th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Fallout Things out in the rumor mill about Fallout are pointing to Bethesda announcing a new open-world Fallout game at E3 this year Sometimes it’s cool to wonder and speculate. When Bethesda did their first big E3 press conference they unveiled the long anticipated Fallout 4 in a mighty fine fashion. I was just as surprised to see them making it an annual thing with BE3 2017 confirmed just a few months ago. Now I wouldn’t expect them to keep showing up unless they have something huge coming. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of April 2017 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week This has sure been some amazing week for video games now hasn't it? Not only for the industry but also for us over here as it was another heavy review week with things from Horizon Zero Dawn to The Walking Dead and a few others in between. We also had a lot of cool things to see for Injustice 2 again and more for Prey as both of those titles get even closer to releasing next month. More video games to play and not enough time to do it. Review — The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — Above The Law
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of April 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We sit down and review The Walking Dead: A New Frontier — Above The Law. This is the third episode of Telltale's continuation on their version of The Walking Dead. Here's our review on how they did It has been some time since the last two episodes for The Walking Dead: A New Frontier were launched. I was hopeful that the back to back releases of the episodes were a sign that Telltale Games was going to get this season out there rather quickly. Sadly that was not the case as it was three months until the third episode for this season of The Walking Dead to release, but release it has. Read More...

The Society Is Here To Crush All Opposition In Injustice 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 6th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 The fourth story trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and introduces us to Injustice 2's version of the Society with all the villains we should expect With a roster as large as Injustice 2's it makes sense that we have so many splintered factions trying to take over the world now that the Justice League has been shut down. There's a power vacuum that needs filling and there are so many that want to fill the void. It all makes sense and NetherRealm Studios is setting everything up well to make this their largest story in a fighting game yet. Read More...

Here We Go With Mass Effect: Andromeda's 1.05 Patch
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Wednesday, 5th of April 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Mass Effect What does Mass Effect: Andromeda look like with less bugs? Hopefully Mass Effect: Andromeda's latest patch will show us Tomorrow (4/6) BioWare’s 1.05 patch for Mass Effect: Andromeda will be available. Down below I’ll leave a link to BioWare’s blog post with the patch notes since I’m going to only gloss over the big ones, and for the fact, I don’t play the multiplayer. The first patch note if “Improved Tutorial Placement” which to me seems odd since I don’t know how they could improve that and what was wrong with it. The opening for Mass Effect: Andromeda was very clunky in every aspect of the word but I felt that was more of a story problem than any oddly placed tutorials. Read More...

Review — Bear With Me: Episode One
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Tuesday, 4th of April 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Slime-San We sit down and review Bear With Me: Episode One. Dive in to the detective thriller of the century. Here's our review of Bear With Me: Episode One Bear With Me: Episode One has been pretty much an obsession for me. I’ve had rocky experiences with point and click adventure games over the years. Some are so simple it’s not even fun, then some are masochistically hard from making no logical sense. Why would kicking over a rock in the garden, causing you to stumble back, fall into the pool so that the sun can bounce off the waves, and that somehow blinds the cat causing him to jump from his perch on top the coat rack and brush the lock on the door to open it? Injustice 2 Is Letting The Cat Out Of The Bag Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 3rd of April 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new look at Injustice 2's Catwoman is here for us all and we get to see how she uses her pets in Injustice 2 to fight dirty Over the weekend there was a fun Injustice 2 April Fools joke of the Wonder Twins being added into the game. So far it has been confirmed that this is a joke from NetherRealm Studios but I wouldn't put it past them for future DLC. That of course is not why we are here though. I'm going to venture a guess that Injustice 2 will have another character shown off this week but as of right now it is time to dig deeper into one that has been part of the roster for a while. Injustice 2 Shows Us The Bad, The Worse, & The Fear Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of March 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new Injustice 2 video shows off some of the villains already announced for Injustice 2 but also shows off another new villain in the mix It's Thursday again and that seems to mean that Injustice 2 will have another character revealed or at least a showcasing of a few characters that have already been revealed. Today though, it looks like NetherRealm Studios has doubled down on all of that and has given a showing of some already announced characters in the roster but also show off one that has yet to be shown; but was on that rumored list for so long. It's time to have a look at Grodd, Bane, Captain Cold, and the latest villain to join the rouge's gallery for Injustice 2; Scarecrow. Read More...
