Mutant Year Zero While at E3, I was able to see Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden. Earlier in this year we first caught wind of Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden and its interesting look and design drew me in. It has been a while since I was able to play a good turn-based combat game and it looked like The Bearded Ladies was right on par with trying to bring one to us. Arca’s Path While at E3, I was able to see Arca’s Path in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Arca’s Path. In the mix of all the hustle and bustle of E3 sometimes you yearn for a break and some other title out there to ground you back out and that was where Arca’s Path comes in here. I am going to go on a limb and say that a lot of you most likely have not heard of the game as of yet but it was on the list of VR titles that I wanted to check out during the show. Death Stranding There was more to see for Death Stranding out of E3 and it shows some new gameplay while keeping us all confused about what Death Stranding actually is Another of the titles we knew were going to be a focus for E3 this year was Death Stranding and many out there were hoping to get a better understanding of what the game is actually going to be about. That is besides being another weird adventure Kojima Productions is going to take us on and house a whole lot of famous actors and directors in the game. Star power can only go so far and even with adding the heroines of Death Stranding in the latest trailer, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, we still have a lot we are waiting to get fully defined for the game. The Walking Dead We finally have our first bit of gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead and it looks like it is a new way to experience The Walking Dead The wait is over and we finally have some gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead to look at instead of all of the amazing little teases and pre-rendered segments we have been given so far. Not that I have not enjoyed what Starbreeze has put together for those little bits, but I know I just want to see what I will be playing for Overkill here and not just the fancy stuff we will not be playing. Beat Saber It has now been announced that Beat Saber will be making the leap to consoles with Beat Saber launching on the PSVR platform now It is now official that Beat Saber will be heading over to the PS4 to be played on the PSVR at some point. The announcement that Hyperbolic Magnetism will be bringing the game to the platform came out as part of the PrE3 announcements that were coming to the PlayStation. It was also kind of a given that Beat Saber would be heading over as it was originally listed as "coming to consoles" back when we first heard the announcement, but now it is official. At least as official as it can be given that it is still in an Early Access stage for the Oculus and Vive versions for the game that released a little over a month ago. Read More...

Fear The Wolves Just ahead of E3, we have the first bit of gameplay for Fear The Wolves to look at and see how the large battle royale matches of Fear The Wolves will play out We have had nothing but text and still images for Fear The Wolves before and now is the time we get to finally see the game in action. Yes, it looks like Vostok Games has put together a bit of gameplay to show us what a typical match could be like; at least in the game's current form. The Walking Dead The fourth and final character for Overkill’s The Walking Dead is now here and we can start to see just how this version of The Walking Dead is shaping up Today marks the day that all of the characters for Overkill’s The Walking Dead have been revealed and now we will hopefully be seeing some actual gameplay or other elements for the game moving forward. Not that I do not enjoy the CGI videos that Overkill has for each of them, but I think it is high time for a look at what we should actually be getting in Fall of 2018. Maybe it is just me? The Walking Dead The release date for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been set and we will see how Clementine's story will wrap in The Walking Dead universe Get those tears ready as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has a release date set for the first episode now and now we can see how it will all end on August 14th. At least see how Clementine's story will end in the franchise, so that could mean that Telltale Games could technically keep the IP going but I have a feeling that this will be the end of it all. This, of course, does not sound like things will go to well for the character as this is The Walking Dead and stories almost always come to a close with the character's horrible death. Read More...
