Mutant Year Zero A new bit of DLC is coming to Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden soon as Switch gamers will have a chance to take Mutant Year Zero on the go as well There has been a lot to come out of GDC this year and another cool announcement that came out is that Mutant Year Zero: Road To Eden will be heading to the Nintendo Switch. All announced in one of the best ways by The Bearded Ladies as they point out just how they can export the game to the new platform from the Unreal engine and are doing just that. Oddworld A new cinematic rendering breakdown for Oddworld: Soulstorm is here to show off how things will be made in this Oddworld title Here we go with another title getting shown off a bit more during GDC's Keynotes this year with Oddworld: Soulstorm getting a bit of the limelight. This time we are not seeing much in the way of gameplay for the game, but we are getting a good look at one of the cinematic sequences that Oddworld Inhabitants has put together. If this will show up in the final version of Soulstorm is still up in the air, but it does show off the way things will be presented when it comes to the scenes. System Shock Work is still underway for System Shock 3 and we have a nice new tease to take in for System Shock 3 right from the Game Developers Conference It has been a rocky start and continuation for System Shock 3, but that has not stopped Otherside Entertainment from working on a game they obviously love and want to get out to the public. That how all developers should be and even in the wave of ditching the publisher for the game, they are still making strides into getting it out there and pleasing all of the fans out there. Control During GDC 2019, new gameplay for Control was shown to give us a look at the game as well as how Real-Time Ray Tracing will affect Control Just as we all assumed at this point, GDC 2019 has already started off by giving us a look at some of the technologies coming to our video games and we get to see more for Control here. For this title we are seeing just how Remedy will be using some of the new Real-Time Ray Tracing for the game to make shadows look a bit crisper and the lighting feels a little more authentic. Stela A new title, Stela, is announced will be bringing its artistic platforming gameplay to the Xbox One and PC sometime this year While it will be on full display at GDC this year, we have the official announcement of Stela coming at us to bring another artistic style game into the fold of the PC and Xbox One. I am not talking in terms of some fancy paint style program but in terms of a new platformer from SkyBox Labs that will place us in a very artistic world while needing to navigate puzzles and the world. It sounds a lot more high-concept than it actually is here, but that is not a deterrent for Stela in the least bit. Read More...

Spider-Man Another bit of story is out there for the upcoming Spider-Man game and we have a look at the last of the pre-order Spider-Man suits from SDCC Just as many of us thought, Spider-Man for the PS4 was one of the big games out at SDCC that Marvel was out there showing off. It was not the only one, but that will be our focus on things right now as Insomniac Games’ version of the franchise will be landing here on September 7th and the other games looked at are out already or further out than that. All of that said, it looks like there will be even more characters than we thought in Spider-Man when it launches in all of the heroes, allies, villains, and anti-hero categories. Call Of Duty More story is here for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4's Zombies mode as well as a look at the new collector's edition for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 that is coming The zombies are running free with more here for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and we have more of the story to dig into all thanks to SDCC that just wrapped. We have had a bit of the story and look at how Treyarch is modifying the mode for this game, but here we go with a whole lot more to see for it all. It may not be anything in terms of new gameplay for this Call Of Duty, but seeing as it has not changed up much for a while as it is still a first-person shooter, that is not a huge surprise. The Walking Dead New gameplay for The Walking Dead: The Final Season has come out of SDCC to get us all worried for how Clem’s story will wrap in The Walking Dead The first episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season kicks off on August 14th for those who aim to play it on the PS4, Xbox One, or PC. For those looking to see how Telltale Games is wrapping up this story on the Switch you will have to wait a bit longer for that. Nintendo The Nintendo lounge is back at SDCC and many of your favorite Nintendo properties will be out there to play and relax with One of the staples of SDCC that I have always enjoyed has been the Nintendo lounge and it looks like it is going to be back again this year. Back again and setting up shop at the Marriott Marquis & Marina down in San Diego for fans to come out and try some of their new and old games they have out there. Super Smash Bros. and Pokémon being the big ones as usual, but there will be many others in the realm of Super Mario and the like. Read More...

Blizzard Blizzard Entertainment will be out at SDCC 2018 with all kinds of events and Blizzard collectibles for you to add to your lists Continuing forth with all of the game developers and publishers showing up at SDCC this year, Blizzard is also back and bringing with it the fun of Overwatch and Hearthstone. It may not be as it was last year with The Lich King taking over for a bit, but it will be here to bring us more of their titles in the way of panels and collectibles some will be able to pick up if they are out there. All of that and Blizzard will also be setting up a cool little off-site for Overwatch fans so they can hop into the game in a way and show off to the world. Read More...

Capcom We have a list of everything Capcom will have out at SDCC this year coving all the Capcom IPs from Resident Evil to Mega Man to Street Fighter Heads up for all of you Capcom fans out there as they are bringing many of their games to San Diego Comic-Con this year through both demos, panels, and autograph sessions. It will not be all of their titles, of course, but it looks like the focus will be on the Resident Evil 2 remake, Mega Man 11, and the Mega Man X Collection that are all coming in the next six months at different times. Also, it looks like Street Fighter will have its presence out at the event but not in a gameplay demo kind of way. Read More...

Square Enix Not to be left out of SDCC, Square Enix is bringing all kinds of games and events to make sure you have been able to experience all Square Enix has to offer Just as the many year's past, Square Enix will be back at SDCC this year and bringing with them all of the games that we have been keeping an eye on and hoping to play sooner rather than later. Sadly, it does not look like they are bringing much in the way of Final Fantasy, but they are truly pushing Shadow Of The Tomb Raider and Kingdom Hearts III just as they did out at E3. Not the biggest of surprises given the proximity to the release dates and SDCC being a huge fan event for Square Enix to get the games in front of more eyes than just through other people's thoughts and opinions. Call Of Duty Spyro and Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 will have a presence during SDCC 2018 with another good look at the next Call Of Duty Zombies as well With Comic-Con International right around the corner, this week in fact, it would make sense that started to see some of those gaming companies coming out there with their titles and Activision has done just that as we now know that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy will be out there in some form of force. It would have felt like a missed opportunity if neither were out there for all those who missed out during E3 and before. LEGO It has been officially announced that LEGO DC Super-Villains is coming and unlike other LEGO video games out there, we get to be the villain It has been teased, "leaked," and now it is official that LEGO DC Super-Villains is going to be a thing and is coming for our PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC on October 16th. Not to steal them, but for us to play and enjoy as the next title from TT Games set in the DC Universe. There have been a whole lot of these, for sure, but as is usually the case, LEGO DC Super-Villains will look to mix it all up a bit and give us something to be excited for with the usual gameplay. At least expected by me as we are getting close to the next big gaming conventions out there and you'd think that all the studios and publishers would be holding back.
