More On The Still Not 100% Confirmed Dishonored II
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 7th of March 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A new fact sheet for Dishonored II has surfaced describing a bit more as well as a 2016 release window. It's only been a few days since we first saw the possible 'leak' of Dishonored II and now we have some follow up 'leakage'. As Bethesda doesn't respond to rumors and speculation none of this can be confirmed at all as of yet but we have another item to lead to the announcement of Dishonored II. This time it is in the form of a fact sheet of sorts that shows off a few features that we might be able to look forward to. What exactly is on this fact sheet? Read More...

It's Time For A Project Spark Beta Montage!
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 5th of March 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
A recent video from Team Dakota shows off all of the creative 'games' Project Spark beta users have created on the Xbox One. I remember back when Project Spark was first announced and shown off to a lack luster acceptance. I also remember getting to see it up close and personal with many members of the press and convention goers giving it little acknowledgement. Now that the beta is in full swing for Windows 8 and Xbox One users all of those naysayers from before seem to be singing a different tune or at least they should be based on what has been created within Project Spark. What makes me say this is the recent video for Project Spark that has just been loosed to the web that shows off some of the creative ways users have used it just in the beta. Read More...

Did Dishonored II Accidentally Get Announced?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of March 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
Dishonored II: Darkness Of Tyvia may have just been announced via accidental screen capture. Details below. If the rumors are to be true then it looks like Dishonored II may be coming soon and with a full reveal at this year's E3. If you look below at the latest image that has been floating around, I've been able to track it back to AllGamesBeta’s Twitter post, it looks like someone got a look at the game and snuck a nice little picture of what looks like a presentation screen. I'll give you a moment to soak it in. Alrighty then. Read More...

The New Arkham Game Announced, Batman Arkham Knight, & Back With Rocksteady
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of March 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
Batman Arkham Knight has just been fully announced and is back in the hands of Rocksteady. Not to mention next gen and PC only. So this was unexpected today. Batman Arkham Knight has been announced from Warner Bros. and Rocksteady. Yes, you read that. Rocksteady and not Warner Bros. Games Montréal where I thought the franchise had moved on to slowly piddle out as did most others I know who were not impressed with Arkham Origins. I guess it looks like Warner Bros. just wanted another title, or two, to come out while Rocksteady worked on bring the franchise to the next gen platforms. Read More...

Get Acquainted With The New Batman: Arkham Origins DLC - Cold, Cold Heart
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of February 2014 - 10:00 PM ]
There is a new teaser trailer for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins DLC titled Cold, Cold Heart. This is Mr. Freeze story DLC! By now most of us have enjoyed Batman: Arkham Origins and maybe some of the DLC challenge maps. Yes, Initiation was kind of a story DLC but it was really just a bunch of challenge maps in a story frame and not actually just story DLC. I am moving off the main topic here though as we have a teaser of the new story-based campaign DLC: Cold, Cold Heart. The main focus there is the term campaign. Read More...

South Park The Stick Of Truth Gets Even More Censorship
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 25th of February 2014 - 08:00 PM ]
South Park The Stick Of Truth is hit with further censorship. This time in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. What is being taken out? It's games like South Park The Stick Of Truth that make me happy to live in a country that doesn't openly censor entertainment content. I won't go down the rabbit hole of conspiracy theories about that in the US but on a whole it isn't done as much as it seems to happen outside. Personally it is a little shocking what makes it in this nation of prudes but not other, more open cultures but it would seem that in this case we in the US are okay with anal probing as a whole. Jesting and personal views aside, below we have a lift of scenes that have had about 20 second edits to the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of South Park The Stick Of Truth in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Beating South Park The Stick Of Truth Will Make You More Popular Than Jesus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 10th of February 2014 - 06:00 PM ]
A partial Achievement list for South Park The Stick Of Truth has hit the internet and it is full of the humor we should be expecting from the game. We have the list of non-hidden items here. If you were not expecting the achievements/trophies for South Park The Stick Of Truth to fall in line with the franchise, then what were you expecting? If you were holding out for some reason then wait no more as you can be assured that they are as we have the list of open, most likely the non-story based, achievements for the game fresh from Xbox Achievements. You can go there to find out the values if you wish but most of the 50 are worth only 15 or of the bronze trophy level. Read More...

South Park The Stick Of Truth - Behind The Construction…Paper
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of January 2014 - 04:49 PM ]
It's time to go behind the scenes of South Park: The Stick Of Truth and see what has been going into the process of making such an epic game. It has been some time since we had anything new from South Park The Stick Of Truth, unless you want to count the show's Black Friday trilogy that ended as a giant ad for the game. Either way it is high time and…we really have nothing more except for a few looks at how the game has been designed from the start up until now. It is all in video form with a few small interview tidbits from Matt and Trey, but all in all there is nothing that we haven't seen or heard before. Read More...

Because That's How PlayStation 4 / Xbox One People Are
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of November 2013 - 07:02 PM ]
The Latest South Park Episode Wraps Up The Ludicrous Thoughts On The PS4 Vs. Xbox One Console War…In My Opinion A few years ago, around the launch of Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there was a huge controversy over an acronym that was being used as a promotional piece for the game. Fight Against Grenade Spam was the tag for those that don't remember. They caught a lot of flak for it from the media and at about the same time the brains over at South Park Studios put out an episode, The F Word, which summed up my feelings on the matter. As we move into the new consoles coming out here in a matter of days, one for the PlayStation 4 and eight for the Xbox One in NA, I have been seeing more and more on this gens 'Console War'. There Is Some New Gameplay Footage For South Park The Stick Of Truth But It Also Comes With Another Delay Well isn't this some good news and bad news. The good news is that South Park The Stick Of Truth has seven minutes of new gameplay, I'll discuss here in a bit. The bad news, the game is delayed again and this time it won't be until next year. March 4th 2014 to be exact. Yet another delay from an Ubisoft title, but at least this one is just being published by Ubisoft and not developed by. Read More...
