Shadow Of War Another trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is here and it shows us the other horrors we'll be facing in Shadow Of War besides the Orcs There are so many threats in Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War that we will have to deal with and here we go adding even more into the mix of it all. Not the biggest surprise to the game at all, or the IP either, but there will be a plethora of other monsters and creatures out there to hinder our progression and thus level us up just a bit more. I swear that seems like the way we start all of these recaps out there. Nonetheless, we have hit the end of yet another week and it was filled with even more updates and news that could have been expected. There was a lot for Shadow Of War and Assassin’s Creed Origins yet again, and sadly we saw that Crackdown 3 had been delayed yet again until next year. Shadow Of War The Orcs of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War now have tribes & here is Shadow Of War's Terror Tribe to bring the pain and blades for us As if things weren't already going to be a bit on the crazy side for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War's Orcs, it looks like we can add in specialized tribes into the mix that will drive their thoughts and actions while we are making new enemies and allies throughout the land. Hopefully allies as the first up we have here is the Terror Tribe that Monolith Productions has for us and then look to be just as chaotic and horrible as the name alludes to. Shadow Of War Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is getting an in-game market that will allow you to quickly upgrade your Shadow Of War characters if you choose It looks like we can add another game in the mix that will be implementing micro-transactions in the way of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War. Yes, it looks like we are getting them here as we have just been introduced to The Market aspect of the game that will allow us to purchase upgrades, weapons, and other boosts to help us survive the game that Monolith Productions has for us here. Sadly, this is not a huge shocker as many titles are going down this path to continue to generate revenue after a title has been launched. Moons Of Madness A new horror title, Moons Of Madness, has been announced and it looks like Moons Of Madness will mix science with Lovecraftian horror when it launches If you've been hoping to go back into a space or other-world setting but also have that horror aspect mixed in, then you'll be glad to see that Moons Of Madness has just been announced and heading to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2018. It may not be exactly what you have been looking for recently, but it does look like Rock Pocket Games is going to try to give you some great scares while placing you in an unfamiliar setting to add to it all. Blade Runner While out at SDCC we had a chance to check out the Blade Runner 2049 off-site event. Here's what we experienced for Blade Runner 2049 at SDCC 2017 Given that Blade Runner 2049 will be hitting theaters soon, October 6th, it makes sense that there would be a big thing out at SDCC to show it all off and build even more hype for the film. A big thing it was too as one of the larger parking lots near the convention center was taken over by a massive tent that only displayed the film's name but held many fun things inside; that is if you were willing to wait in the extremely long lines to get in. Animazement There was a lot going on at Animazement but I will say that Animazement was the best place for cosplaying Ever since we were young many of us dreamed of growing up to become our favorite video game or anime character. I had no clue that so many years later I’d be going to conventions like Animazement dressed as a vault dweller and seeing so many others donning their amazing costumes. Gaming During Animazement 2017 there was a lot of gaming going on and I was out there to check out all the fun anime and gaming things Anime has long held an influence in the world of video games. During gaming's rise to prominence within mainstream culture during the 70s and 80s which was helped greatly by a little known Japanese company that is still around today, Nintendo is a global giant in video games and has been for decades. While gaming was becoming increasingly popular so has anime with shows like Mobile Suit Gundam and Speed Racers. Manga, which much anime is derived from, had been around for much longer, but its expansion into becoming animated only helped it to grow and evolve. Read More...

The Walking Dead During SDCC it was revealed that The Walking Dead from Telltale will be getting one more season to wrap up The Walking Dead story we've been waiting for There was a lot of good news to come out of SDCC this year but what we have here is a mix of good and bad as The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been announced to be in the works and heading to us sometime in 2018. Obviously we can see the good news here as we will get to see Clementine back in action and dig into some of the best storytelling that Telltale Games can offer, but it also means that all of this will be coming to an end here. I'm going to go on a limb and guess this is due to the fact that The Walking Dead is over saturating the market with all of the other titles they have coming out there, but it could just be that the team wants to move on to other things or maybe other aspects of the universe. Hellblade We now have a small tease at one of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice's features coming with the game that will focus on Hellblade's psychosis & how it was used in game By now we all know that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is going to have some deep-rooted ideas and looks at "insanity" and psychosis in the game. The titular character suffers from some of it and Ninja Theory has been pretty open about talking to many scholars and those who suffer from similar ailments to make sure they are able to represent the whole thing properly. Hellblade Another trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been released this week and goes into more on how Hellblade will be getting some PS Pro features & more It's always a good week when we get two big updates for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice as earlier in the week we caught wind that there was to be a Photo Mode in the game to capture all of the fun, and now we are back to see just how amazing some of those shots can be with the PS4 Pro features getting added on in and some of the video output specification the game will have for the PC version. If you've been following along since the beginning you'd know that Ninja Theory has been working their asses off to make this a spectacular looking game and now you can rest assured that Hellblade will be coming with the coveted 60fps on the PS4 Pro. Hellblade It has been announced that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice will have a Photo Mode mixed in & we have some new Hellblade gameplay to spy on It seems like Photo Mode is all the rage in a lot of the big titles nowadays and Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is not going to be left out of all of that fun. It has just been announced that Ninja Theory has put this mode into the game as well but before you roll your eyes, I will say that this is one of the games out there that will truly benefit from it. Sure, Hellblade looks pretty and there will be some great facial captures and environmental shots you'll want to capture, but unlike the other games that have only that, I can see much more here.
