by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Mass Effect A new cinematic trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been released to tell some more story and we get briefed on more Mass Effect goings on in the universe I hope you are ready for some more excitement here today as it looks like we have more to look at for Mass Effect: Andromeda in both a cinematic way and a briefing way. Both of which not really showing much in terms of the gameplay but a lot more on the way of the world that BioWare is bringing to us. Or at least lack of world as it seems that is what we are on the hunt for still in Mass Effect: Andromeda based on the new cinematic trailer that we have here. Read More...

Marvel & Square Enix Have Partnered To Bring Many Games Starting With The Avengers
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 26th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Avengers A new partnership has been announced and we are getting a new Avengers game from Marvel & Square Enix that will tell an original Avengers story in the vast universe There were some nice teases over the last few days on a new announcement coming from Marvel and Square Enix with a lot of speculation aimed at a "Marvel World" being in Kingdom Hearts III being the big news. It looks like all of that is completely wrong as now we know that it was all to announce the two giant's partnership and that we will be getting a full on video game for The Avengers sometime in the near-ish future. 2018 seems to be the year thrown around here but that doesn't stop it the excitement as there will be a nice big and flashy new Avengers game to be played out there in the mix of all of the other Marvel titles also on the way this year and the next. Prey Has A Release Date For Us To Set Our Eyes On Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Prey The release date for Prey has been set and we also have a nice new look at Prey's gameplay as we wait for May to inch ever so closer The date has been set for Prey now and it looks like we can add another video game into the mix of things in May now. Yep, it looks like Arkane Studios will be wrapping up everything to get the game out to us on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 5th here. That seems to be a nice date range for so many other video games out there and now Prey joins the ranks. Then we can see just how the "reboot" of the IP will pan out for Bethesda and this fairly successful developer they have tasked with it all. Read More...

Robin Moves To Action With The Latest Injustice 2 Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 During the first livestream for Injustice 2 we had a chance to see Robin in action as well as other character's new Injustice 2 super moves Yesterday we had the first livestream event for Injustice 2 with the hopes of many more before launch. For those who missed out on all of it during the MKX craze, this is where part of the NetherRealm Studios team gets together to show us new characters, character breakdowns, and other gameplay features for their games to not only hype but also inform us all. Unlike many of the other streams they have done though, it looks like there wasn't any new character to be shown off for Injustice 2 nor any solid breakdowns but at least we did get to see more than just a glimpse of Robin in action as he now has a solid gameplay trailer to show you some of the new moves and action in store for us. While the video clip here isn't completely telling of how Robin will be in Injustice 2, it is something new and it does sow off that there is still something going on in the universe where swords to the gut don't kill beings without super powers. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 24th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty A new trailer for Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare's next Zombies DLC has shown up so we can see how to rave Call Of Duty style with said zombies Hopefully in the mix of all of the other games launching and getting updates here you haven't forgotten about Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare and the DLC that still needs to get out there for the game. The next big batch of it all is landing, on the PS4 at least, on January 31st here from Infinity Ward and of course that means that the Zombies mode will be getting another huge batch of content too. Hopefully we will get word on when Activision will bring all of this to the Xbox One and PC fans of Call Of Duty, but for now this is where we are with it all. Read More...

Let Final Fantasy XV's Moogle Chocobo Carnival Festivities Begin
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 20th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Final Fantasy XV The limited time Final Fantasy XV event, Moogle Chocobo Carnival, starts next week and we can see what it adds to Final Fantasy XV if you get the pack By now you have most likely picked up Final Fantasy XV Holiday Pack in either Free form or as part of the Season Pass for the game. It seemed odd to have been released so far back and with only a few bits of the content ready for us out of the box but Square Enix put it out there and it is still available for all to download in which ever form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Mixed in were a few new outfits for the characters of Final Fantasy XV and other minor bits but the bulk of it was listed as coming at a later date when the in-game event kicked off in the way of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival. Werewolf: The Apocalypse Is Getting The Video Game Treatment Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 19th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Werewolf It has just been announced that Werewolf: The Apocalypse will be getting its own video game version for us to pretend to be a Werewolf out to save the world It seems like it wasn't that long ago that we were talking about a World Of Darkness MMO coming and then being canceled but now it looks like the universe is being brought back in video game form as we now have Werewolf: The Apocalypse getting the same treatment here. Yes, it looks like Paradox Interactive, the people who own the rights to the IPs, have given way for Cyanide Studios and Focus Home Interactive to give bringing this part of the universe to life and hopefully success. Werewolf: The Apocalypse wouldn't be my own personal choice to come from the WoD here but at least it looks like they are still willing to give it a try and give gamers a taste of the table top games in the realm of the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Necromunda: Underhive Wars Is The Next Warhammer Title On Its Way
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Necromunda Another Warhammer title is in the works with Necromunda: Underhive Wars and it aims to tackle the Necromunda game in a tactical RPG setting Maybe you were sitting around and thinking that we needed another Warhammer 40,000 game out there after the success of Mordheim and that it also need to be set in the Necromunda setting of the classic game. It isn't just you as it looks like Rogue Factor was doing that too and so was Focus Home Interactive as they are working together to bring us yet another title in the universe just as described. Yes, now we have Necromunda: Underhive Wars here to be announced for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on its way due to all that success and also to bring another version of the universe off of the table and into a digital world setting. Get Ready To See The Nine Deaths Of Six In Little Nightmares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 18th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Little Nightmares The release date for Little Nightmares has been set and it looks like Little Nightmares is also getting some rather cool bonuses to collect It looks like the date has been set and we now know when Little Nightmares will be hitting our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. Tarsier Studios has been hard at work to get us a really cool and creepy title to play here and it looks like we will all be diving in and watching Six die, or not, on April 28th here. The or not really refers to your ability to navigate the poor girl through the world of Little Nightmares and make sure she doesn't die and not the actually picking up of the game. It looks like a bunch of great titles we've all loved crammed into one big game with an amazing aesthetic so I'm pretty sure that many of us will at least give the game a try if not full purchase when it finally lands. The Lines Are Being Redrawn For Injustice 2's Factions
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 17th of January 2017 - 06:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 A new story trailer for Injustice 2 has dropped and it shows off the big bad of Injustice 2 as well as quite a few new characters to join the fight We spoke of this yesterday and now we are here with a new look at Injustice 2 and confirmation that Darkseid will be a pre-order bonus mixed in there. What we didn't speak on was the fact that we would be seeing a new story trailer for the game from NetherRealm Studios and many new characters being added into the roster; even though we are still waiting for character breakdowns now. With all of that though, we now know that Injustice 2 is going to ride on from where Injustice left off and then throw in a whole lot of curve-balls to shake up not only the game but the world. It Looks Like Injustice 2 Will Be Bringing Darkseid In Via DLC
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 16th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Injustice 2 It's been spotted via the Injustice 2 pre-order page that Darkseid will be a playable DLC character for Injustice 2 at launch Last week we got official word that Injustice 2 would be hitting the PS4 and Xbox One on May 16th here. Then we ended the week with a nice little tease from NetherRealm Studios that we would be getting another big reveal this week as well. But before all of that, it looks like we have another "leak" of sorts as the pre-order page for Injustice 2 was spotted listing out another character coming to the game via some day-one DLC for those who pre-order the game. That character has been seen in the first title in a smaller way but now it looks like Darkseid will be mixed into the fight and not just via a level transition animation. Read More...

Learn The Basics On How To Play Gwent: The Witcher Card Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 13th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Gwent Since Gwent: The Witcher Card Game has undergone a few changes recently in the beta it may be time to relearn Gwent in preparation for its upcoming release Since the beta for Gwent: The Witcher Card Game kicked off last year we've seen a few things get changed up and reworked to make sure the game is at its best that it can be. It really is what CD Projekt RED is going for here instead of the usual demo hidden as a beta thing that most other companies go for when they really just want to hype a game or test their servers before launch. That all said, we've seen changes that some love and other disagree with but for those who are still not in or playing the beta currently, you may need a breakdown for how Gwent is played here as it is a bit different than its original inception back in The Witcher 3. Mass Effect: Andromeda's Tempest & Nomad Are Here To Be Briefed On
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of January 2017 - 10:00 PM ]
Mass Effect Another briefing video for Mass Effect: Andromeda has released to give us a quick rundown on Mass Effect: Andromeda's two main vehicles we will be piloting in the game We had a nice little taste of Mass Effect: Andromeda last week as well as word that it would be officially coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 21st. Then we had a nice little tease from BioWare that a new briefing video would be out for the Andromeda Initiative event currently going on right now. More or less it is all about getting the information about Mass Effect: Andromeda out there in a fun little way as well as provide a bit of a distraction as we wait for the release date to finally come. Styx: Shards Of Darkness Is Almost Here To Teach The Art Of Stealth
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 12th of January 2017 - 08:00 PM ]
Styx A new cinematic trailer for Styx: Shards Of Darkness has released and it shows off a bit of Styx's stealth tactics and mayhem he can create in the process We are all still waiting for a solid release date for Styx: Shards Of Darkness as March is still the only part of the date still set out there but that doesn't mean that the videos and fun have to stop. Of course not and that is just what Cyanide Studios has brought us here yet again for the game with a new trailer aimed to highlight the thing we know Styx is good at; Stealth. I mean, his last title was named Master Of Shadows and with a name like that, not to mention how the game actually played, stealth was his strong suit and I know I was able to put it to some amazing use from start until the end.
