The Endgame Is Upon Us In The Division 2
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 21st of February 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
The Division 2 A new trailer for The Division 2 is here and shows off more of what we will be fighting for when The Division 2 finally drops soon We are mere weeks away from The Division 2 launching out there and it is time to hit up another trailer for the game. Something that we have not felt like we have seen enough over here, but it is high time to give Massive Entertainment's game a little bit of that spotlight. Not that it truly needs it given all of the other places Ubisoft is pushing the game, but we want in too. Even if The Division 2 is launching on March 15th and there is not much time left. Eternity: The Last Unicorn Has Been Given A Final Release Date
by Chris Avila [ Wednesday, 20th of February 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Eternity The release date for Eternity: The Last Unicorn is now set down and we can look to play Eternity early into March of this year You read it all right; we have a release date for Eternity: The Last Unicorn to look forward to now and it is not too far off. In fact, if looks like 1C Entertainment will be bringing us all the game here on March 5th for the PS4 and PC. It looks like the Xbox One gamers will need to wait a bit longer as Void Studios needed a bit more time to get it all correct for you. At least that would be the assumption as of now as there is no word on when Eternity will be coming to that console. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 20th of February 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Soulcalibur A new character is coming to Soulcalibur VI via DLC and it is yet another from Soulcalibur’s past to entertain and slay with It looks like SoulCalibur VI is ready to bring in another fighter to the mix via the Season Pass as we have word that Amy will be joining the ranks now. Well, again as Bandai Namco is going through the older rosters again to bring us all more characters to use here. This one hailing all the way back to Soulcalibur IV as we get to see Amy join in now on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Just as we should assume to happen here for the game now that the core game is out there. Read More...

Julia & Negan Are Getting Into The Mix Of Tekken 7 Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of February 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Tekken The next big DLC for Tekken 7 has been given a release date and fans will soon see Negan join in the fight of Tekken 7 with Julia There is nothing new here in terms of knowledge that the characters here are coming to Tekken 7 as part of the Season Pass and list of other characters we have already seen and had a chance to pick up for the game. Bandai Namco has not been too coy about these characters coming, but has been holding back on when they would be coming to the game. It would have made sense for The Walking Dead character to have landed when the new season kicked off. Read More...

Get Away From The Noise Of The City In Intruders: Hide And Seek
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of February 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Intruders The release of Intruders: Hide And Seek is here and with it comes one more look at Intruders to get you into the right place to play this VR title It is now time to don those VR headsets and venture into the world of Intruders: Hide And Seek. The launch day is here and we can move into Valentine's Day with the fun level of horror we should all have thanks to Tessera Studios and Daedalic. More so since it also pits people against one of the more common fears out there and that is a home invasion. Intruders is by no means the first to do it, but it is one of the more recent to take us all into a VR setting to get a real feel for it while pretending to be a young boy trying to help the family. Tomb Raider The next DLC for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here and offers up new challenges and outfits for our Tomb Raider to play through It is interesting to see that Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is almost silently releasing its new DLC. It also seems to be working even though some of us are only hearing of the next DLC to drop on the day it actually drops. It is like finding a little surprise from Eidos-Montréal all wrapped up on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. With that all said, we are about to have the next in the line for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider here to play as “The Price Of Survival” is here and ready for you to jump right into. Read More...

Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week One more week in the bag for this year and so many interesting things happening the world of video games and gaming. We even had a chance to start this week off with an interesting look at a new eSports game, Sol Raiders, all set up in a VR setting. Not to mention all of the great updates to World War Z and Metro Exodus. Hands-On — Sol Raiders
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 7th of February 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Sol Raiders During a recent event, I was able to take on Sol Raiders in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Sol Raiders. When one thinks of eSports you generally navigate to the thought of a bunch of people sitting around gaming systems and using their skills with a mouse and keyboard to win the day. This could all be changing as we insert Sol Raiders via Zero Latency VR to the mix. This would be a new experience for the locations around the world that not only let gamers have fun in a warehouse-scale VR environment but also allows teams to go head to head as we would expect in a sports arena. Run & Hide As We Have Gameplay For Intruders: Hide And Seek
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of February 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Intruders New gameplay for Intruders: Hide And Seek is here to show off how the game is going to look as you hide from the Intruders in VR We have not had much in the way of gameplay for Intruders: Hide And Seek before now. Something that feels a bit off as we are on the cusp of release for the game. It is still hitting the PS4 and PC on February 13th and there is still a lot shrouded from Tessera Studios on the game. This could be a good thing to leave some of the surprises out there for Intruders: Hide And Seek, but it does not do much in terms of getting more people interested in this VR title. Read More...

Be Part Of The Music Revolution In No Straight Roads
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 31st of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
No Straight Roads Have a deeper dive into No Straight Roads as it tries to redefine what a rhythm game can be and still get you excited for No Straight Roads If you have been interested in Rhythm games but could never get past the opening learning curve, you may want to get ready to join in as No Straight Roads is coming and looking to bridge that gap. I am not talking Rhythm games as you know them traditionally as that is not the path that Metronomik is going here, but a game that still uses the music but offers up gameplay that lends to an action game. No Straight Roads is an action game and not a note pusher is what I am getting at, but levels and actions will use the game's music to alter things up or drive extras on the screen. Read More...

Jump Force Has More Ninjas Flowing Into The Roster Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Jump Force More characters have been added to Jump Force and we can see how they will handle a bit more in Jump Force and maybe work into the narrative We only have a few weeks until Jump Force hits the PS4, Xbox One, and PC yet we are still getting new characters added into the roster to flesh it out just a bit more. Sure, we have more ninjas to add in here but that is about what most of the IPs that Bandai Namco are using have as their main characters. It is kind of a staple for the genre they are being pulled from and should not be that surprising at this point. Read More...

Get More Of The Story With The Latest For Jump Force
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 25th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Jump Force A new story trailer for Jump Force has fallen into our laps and with it comes a little more detail on just what is going on in Jump Force Just a bit more of the story for Jump Force has fallen into our laps here as we have a new trailer to take in showcasing all of that. Maybe not all of it, but enough of it to keep us going as we wait until February 15th to get the full story from Bandai Namco. That all makes sense as we would not want to have the whole thing spoiled before launch. We are also gamers and we want as much as we can get, so here we go with just a little bit more for Jump Force. Read More...

The Dark Souls Trilogy Has A New Collector Edition To Shell Out For
by Jana Lass [ Friday, 18th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Dark Souls Another collector’s edition has hit the market for the Dark Souls Trilogy to hurt your bank as much as Dark Souls hurts you in the game It has not been that long since the Dark Souls Trilogy launched on the PS4 and Xbox One. If you are a huge fan of the franchise and what FromSoftware is doing, then you most likely picked it all up again to play through all of the titles. Now, almost three months after that launch to the Dark Souls line it looks like Bandai Namco will be offering fans a new collector's edition for the game. This seems like an odd move to do, but if you have a spare £449. Read More...

The Next DLC For Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Looks Nightmarish
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider Shadow Of The Tomb Raider's next DLC has been dated and it looks like this Tomb Raider addition will go a bit darker than expected The fourth DLC for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider has been announced and dated here and it is called The Nightmare. A very ominous sounding bit of DLC for Eidos-Montréal to pump out there, but still very fitting with the franchise. At least as I see it. It could be a lot different when we actually get to play it next week on January 22nd, but for now, we will go with what we know. Read More...
