Black Mirror Is Getting Rebooted & Coming This November
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Black Mirror Old games die-hard as Black Mirror is getting a reboot of sorts and we can all look to see Black Mirror release this coming November I hope you are ready for another reboot to come your way this year as Black Mirror has just been announced to be heading our way to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC here in November. This isn't something tied to the Netflix show as THQ Nordic has made perfectly clear, but a whole new-ish title form KING Art Games that will slightly build off the previous titles in the same IP. Why they didn't go with a Black Mirror IV to keep the whole thing going, I don't know, but this is how it is and fans of the old point-and-click horror title can look to have a whole new experience coming their way. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Is Bringing Double The Trouble
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein Another video for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus is here and it delves more into the weaponry of Wolfenstein II and how it has changed since the last game Here we go with another update for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and this time we are digging into the weapons and new systems that we will get to use to take down all of those Nazis that have occupied the United States in the fictional setting that Machine Games has crafted for us. It's no big surprise that we are going to get to dual-wield firearms again, nor is it all that much of a surprise that we will get to dual-wield different weapons in the game to keep things playing as we wish to. Wolfenstein II is going to have a lot of Nazis in there and we are going to need to kill them all as best we can to save the country and restore the proper government again. Read More...

Prepare For War As Call Of Duty: WWII's Private Beta Kicks Off
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The private beta for Call Of Duty: WWII's multiplayer is about to start and here is what will be coming for Call Of Duty: WWII to be tested out I am hoping that you are ready to kick some Nazi ass here soon as Call Of Duty: WWII is about to unleash its multiplayer beta on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC in just a short amount of time. While Sledgehammer Games has been hard at work making this another great entry into the franchise, they need help making sure it is a multiplayer experience you want and that Activision was able to secure a few more purchases by setting up a private beta as such for those who pre-ordered the game already. Pretty much in all other Call Of Duty fashion here and to give players a taste of what is to come. Read More...

Here's our review on how they did He we go with another trip into Gotham as the first episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has just dropped and is continuing the story mostly where we left off. Q.U.B.E. 2 Has Been Announced To Bring Us More Of The Amazing Franchise Again
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 11th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Q.U.B.E. A sequel to the amazing Q.U.B.E. title has been announced and we can look to be back in the saddle with Q.U.B.E. 2 next year It's been a long time coming, but Q.U.B.E. 2 has been announced and is in development to carry the whole IP along into the next generation. That sounds like a bad 80s slogan; I know. That doesn't change the fact that Toxic Games is working on a new title here and bringing us all more of the weird puzzle solving and death-defying gameplay that won many awards. All souped up with new technology as Q. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of August 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Uncharted A new behind the scenes look for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy has dropped and we get to go down the path that led to the fan favorites of Uncharted taking the lead Since August 22nd isn't far off, I guess it is high time to dig into some of the developer choices that were made for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy and just how the game was all crafted. Well, I guess more on how the story was crafted and the specific characters were selected by Naughty Dog for this spin-off title that will be hitting the PS4 here. Yes, this is going to be another "how the game was made" kind of update as that is just what we have here for the next in the Uncharted line here. Read More...

Put Your Trust In Brother With Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein A new propaganda video for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been released to give us yet another feel for Wolfenstein II's Nazi occupied America We had a whole lot of gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus last week and thankfully, so far, it seems like Bethesda has not come out firing off with more here this week. Yet. I must stress yet as it feels like they are trying to get a whole lot of the game out there and in our eyes as Machine Games wraps up the work on it. Read More...

As if this premise hasn't been done to death already in our media, but nonetheless, Dark Star Game Studios is coming together to bring us this epic story and give us some different gameplay to go with it. Game On As The Riddler Is Here To Terrorize In Batman: The Enemy Within
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 7th of August 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Batman The first episode of Batman: The Enemy Within has been released just in time to show us how dark this new season for Batman will be here With Batman: The Enemy Within's first episode dropping this week, I guess it is a good time to have a look at the latest trailer for the episode and see just what we could be in store for the whole ride. If anything, just what Telltale Games may have for us in the first installment of this continuation of the altered universe cannon we've had so far. Seeing as the first season's choices for Batman will be carried over and they did a few things that the comics have yet to do, I'm going to just assume this is all non-cannon for the official comic line. Review — Copoka
by Dakota B. Johnson [ Monday, 7th of August 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Copoka We sit down and review Copoka. A little bird in a big world. Here's our review of Copoka Sometimes it is nice to play a game and just relax and that is what I was able to do with Copoka. No worry about a convoluted story or high impact action where you stick behind a wall while explosions happen every ten seconds. Copoka was even marketed as a “mellow open world exploration game.” This game is pretty short, but is also the length it needs to be to remain enjoyable. Read More...

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Takes Us To Roswell & All That Comes With That
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of August 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Wolfenstein A lot of new gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has been released and we get to see Wolfenstein's take on Roswell and all the aliens there If there is one thing, we have not been in a drought of gameplay for Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. It almost seems like we can't go a full week without some new bit of gameplay for the game getting placed out to excite and titillate. It's almost like Machine Games doesn't want there to be any surprises when Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus launches on October 27th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Then again, this could just be faith in the project that Bethesda has so that we can get almost an hour more of gameplay and still have so much yet to be seen and experienced in the full game. Have A Tease Of The Psychosis We'll Experience In Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 31st of July 2017 - 09:00 PM ]
Hellblade We now have a small tease at one of Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice's features coming with the game that will focus on Hellblade's psychosis & how it was used in game By now we all know that Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice is going to have some deep-rooted ideas and looks at "insanity" and psychosis in the game. The titular character suffers from some of it and Ninja Theory has been pretty open about talking to many scholars and those who suffer from similar ailments to make sure they are able to represent the whole thing properly. Hopefully you've been following along with all of the developer updates for Hellblade and this isn't new news for you. Read More...

Batman: The Enemy Within Has Been Announced & Coming Next Week
by Julia Schoebel [ Monday, 31st of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Batman During SDCC Batman: The Enemy Within has been announced and will continue the story that Batman: The Telltale Series started for us all So many things received the announcement out at SDCC and it sucks that Batman: The Enemy Within fell through the cracks over here. Especially given that the first episode is set to drop on August 8th next week and the fact that this IP has been one of the better ones in Telltale Games' basket for a while now. At least it has been for me and I have been wanting more of this Batman for quite some time now that the season ended for the other one. I just want to see where it all goes and how all of the choices will alter this brave new world for the character and all of the villains I made or took down over the course of it all. Read More...

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice Is Getting Enhanced Even More Than We Knew
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of July 2017 - 07:00 PM ]
Hellblade Another trailer for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been released this week and goes into more on how Hellblade will be getting some PS Pro features & more It's always a good week when we get two big updates for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice as earlier in the week we caught wind that there was to be a Photo Mode in the game to capture all of the fun, and now we are back to see just how amazing some of those shots can be with the PS4 Pro features getting added on in and some of the video output specification the game will have for the PC version. If you've been following along since the beginning you'd know that Ninja Theory has been working their asses off to make this a spectacular looking game and now you can rest assured that Hellblade will be coming with the coveted 60fps on the PS4 Pro. On the PC, the cap is only what your system can handle so get ready to put the settings at "Godly" so you can see it all in the best light. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of July 2017 - 05:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The Nazi Zombies mode for Call Of Duty: WWII was fully shown off at SDCC and a whole lot of new Call Of Duty: WWII information came with it Unless you've been hiding under a rock and skipped all of the Call Of Duty: WWII news from last week, then you most likely saw the officially announcement of the Nazi Zombies mode that will be coming to the game when it launches on November 3rd. The trailer was leaked and Sledgehammer Games asked everyone to wait for the official reveal. Then Activision started to tease out the voices and likenesses for the mode all to lead up to the official panel during SDCC. Read More...
