A Plague Tale: Innocence Is Giving Us A New Take On The Middle Ages
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 31st of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale The second video of A Plague Tale: Innocence’s web series is here and it takes us behind the choices used to build the lands of A Plague Tale I hope you are ready to see more for A Plague Tale: Innocence as we have the next video in the web series here to take in for the game. This would be the behind the scenes style videos showing off why Asobo Studio made the choices that they did in creating the game here. It has been one on my watch list for a while given the setting and gameplay style and now we have more on the era that A Plague Tale is set. That would be the Dark or Middle ages depending on who is talking about it. Read More...

Spider-Man Is Donning Even More Suits In The World
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 29th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
Spider-Man Two more suits for Spider-Man have been added and it is to celebrate the times Spider-Man has worked with the Fantastic Four In the mix of all of the new and anticipated titles coming out it can be easy to forget things for Spider-Man on the PS4. That game has had an amazing run so far and, as it turns out, Insomniac Games is not done with it just yet. No, we are not getting any new DLC for story or missions as of now. We are still getting more suits for Spider-Man to wear in the game for when we have the chance to dive back in and give that New Game+ a go or try to finalize all of the collectibles and side missions in the game. Remember The Hirata Estates Of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
Sekiro A new location in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is shown here as The Hirata Estates shows off a bit more combat of Sekiro as well as how we will approach memory locations We have been waiting for more gameplay for Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and now we have it. At least a very little bit as it looks like Activision is holding up their view of the game since E3 and keeping things held close to the chest for it all. We will take anything that we can as of right now though as it is a new FromSoftware title and it looks to be expanding on what we know from them thus far. Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice is shaking up the normal setting we have had in the past for a different one, and now it looks like some of the combat and traversals will be shaken up just a bit too. The Action Is High In These New Screenshots For World War Z
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 15th of January 2019 - 10:00 PM ]
World War Z More screenshots for World War Z are out there and we get to see just a bit more action for World War Z before its upcoming launch The headline says it all as we have more screenshots for World War Z to take in today. All of which look to show off more of the action that will be going down in the game when Saber Interactive brings it to us. That date is still up in the air, but at least we have more to look at for World War Z. It is still slated for 2019 as of last I heard, but who knows if Focus Home Interactive will shift that based on all of the other games that are coming out there. Read More...

More Horror Coming To VR With DreamBack VR
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 14th of January 2019 - 08:00 PM ]
DreamBack A new VR horror game, DreamBack VR, has a new teaser video to get us ready for when DreamBack VR launches in 2019 Let us throw another VR horror title into the mix as we have a bit more for the upcoming DreamBack VR here. This would be the title in the works from Come Over Gaming that will take us to some new depths of fear in VR some time in 2019. That is as long as everything works out correctly as that is all hype for DreamBack VR at this point and nothing rock solid. The latest teaser that we do have for the game does look like it will hold some solid competition, but for now, we are going to be reserved so we do not get the PC horror crowds riled up too soon. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 4th of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Hitman An announcement for the Hitman HD Enhanced Collection is here and brings two more Hitman titles into the HD ring very soon Talk about an announcement that seems out of nowhere as we now have word that we are getting a Hitman HD Enhanced Collection for the PS4 and Xbox One. Not only getting it, but it will be bringing two more titles from IO Interactive into the HD arena on January 11th. That is one hells of a turnaround there, especially given that Warner Bros. just brought us the release of Hitman 2 not too long ago. Read More...

Feudal Alloy Has A Set Release Date Now
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 3rd of January 2019 - 06:00 PM ]
Feudal Alloy The release date for Feudal Alloy is now set down and we can expect to be playing Feudal Alloy very soon Almost a year after we first heard of Feudal Alloy over here, we are seeing the game finally come to market. Yes, that means that the release date has been set down and we can expect to play this game from Attu Games on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Switch on January 17th. Not much time between now and then, but that just makes it all that much better. I mean, we could be waiting until 2020 to play Feudal Alloy and I would be rather put off at that point. Read More...

by Duke Searles [ Thursday, 27th of December 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
No More Heroes New gameplay for Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is here to give us a bit more on how this No More Heroes title will handle at launch We have some new gameplay for the upcoming Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes here and it gives us a small taste of what we can expect to see on January 18th. I hope you have a Switch or received one over the holidays as it will be exclusively there still, but at least it looks like Grasshopper Manufacture will give us a reason to stick with the console. It also helps if you are a fan of the No More Heroes franchise too as this is a new story and fresh start for the titular character we have been following along over a few games already. Read More...

Virtually Choose Your Own Way Through Afterlife
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of December 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Afterlife The first dev diary for Afterlife is here to show us how the team has started to bring this VR choose-your-own-adventure about the Afterlife to life Here we go with a new little twist on the VR and live-action as Afterlife is bringing both of those together to give us an interesting experience with a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure twist. That is at least as it basically sounds with a darker and grimmer style of story tacked on here. I mean, Signal Space Lab is taking us through an "intimate journey through tragedy, grief, and acceptance" in the experience here so… In any instance, we have a new behind the scenes look at how Afterlife is being put together to show that a great VR game can be done with live-action sequences and not all virtually generated stuff. The Final Word Of J. Jonah Jameson Is Here For Spider-Man
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of December 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Spider-Man The final DLC for Spider-Man is here and we have one more update via Just The Facts to show us what we can expect for Spider-Man yet again The final DLC of the Season Pass for Spider-Man is now officially here for us all to download and experience. I have a feeling it will be the final DLC for the game outside of costumes and other little things, unless Insomniac Games surprises us with more out the blue. I would rather have a full new story and game instead of little bits here for Spider-Man, but I am not the one calling the shots over there. Only time will tell for now as we have yet another reason to pop back on to the game and our PS4. Read More...

Close To The Sun Has A New Publisher & Some New Gameplay
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 19th of December 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
Close To The Sun A new publisher is here for Close To The Sun as we head into 2019 and also get some new gameplay for Close To The Sun too boot We have not had too many updates for Close To The Sun here on the site, but it is high time that we did. Especially since we are all clamoring for some gameplay and to find out just when the game is going to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Something that should be a little sooner and easier to do as Storm In A Teacup is now all partnered up with Wired Productions to do just that for Close To The Sun. A happy day indeed for those looking to see if the Unreal Grant was going to be enough or if they were going to be able to focus on making the game we have been looking for since its announcement. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 17th of December 2018 - 08:00 PM ]
ToeJam & Earl One more trailer for ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove has released to show off how we have gone from the original ToeJam & Earl to the latest version Here we go with yet another small taste of ToeJam & Earl: Back In The Groove as we have a new video short to take in for the game and keep our eyes still looking at the game as we wait for March 1st to roll up on us. It is not too much in terms of the latest version of the franchise that HumaNature Studios is still working on, but it is just a bit more to keep us going. Also a bit more to make sure we all know where the original ToeJam & Earl is coming from, in case you forgot, and how this will be a high definition version of the franchise. Read More...

World War Z A new trailer for World War Z is here to show off more gameplay as well as the different character classes we will have to choose from in World War Z If you were expecting to just run and gun in World War Z when it hits the PC, PS4, and Xbox One next year, you may want to start rethinking your tactics again. That is how it looked like the game was going to play back when Saber Interactive first showed it off and in a few follow up videos we have had. Now it turns out that World War Z will actually have character classes for us to select when playing and all of the fun that can be brought with something like this. Read More...
