by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 22nd of February 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
A Plague Tale A new collector’s edition for A Plague Tale: Requiem is announced to add to the A Plague Tale gear out there It feels so weird being here with this announcement for A Plague Tale: Requiem after seeing it all start out as such a small title so long ago. A title that Asobo Studio took a chance on and turned into an amazing gem that was overlooked by so many before. Now we are looking at the sequel to A Plague Tale coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC in the near future. For those looking to celebrate a bit more and bring more of the game home, there is now a Collector's Edition on the way to us all. Read More...

Blacktail Is Offering Us A Demo To Discover The Yaga Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 17th of February 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Blacktail A demo for Blacktail is going to be out there for a limited time to entice us into the story of Blacktail One more of the titles that have had a solid showing for the Steam Next Fest is Blacktail. We have touched on this one a bit before with all of the Slavic mythology it will be going into with some of its interesting gameplay from The Parasight. It is listed as coming to the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC but given where all of this is coming from, we can feel one platform is going to get a little more love than the others. That being that the PC version of Blacktail now has a demo on the way to give us all a bit of the fun and try to figure out what the Yaga is doing in the game here. Read More...

Test Out Some Of The Shocking Bits For Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 16th of February 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Daymare Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle has a demo out there to get us ready for this Daymare prequel coming to us Things are still slowly flowing out there for Daymare: 1994 Sandcastle and now we have some new fun to take in. That fun being that there is now a demo out there for those that want to have a taste of what Invader Studios has been crafting for a while now. That is vastly better than just getting a new trailer for it all or some small updates for Daymare: 1998 to give a go. This should help hold us all over until the game does hit the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read More...

Tormented Souls Is Bringing The Fear Back To The Last-Gen Systems
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 9th of February 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Tormented Souls Last-gen consoles will be getting Tormented Souls soon with another console seeing Tormented Souls much later too It is usually a weird thing to see, but it does look like Tormented Souls will be getting a new release for the PS4 and Xbox One after successfully releasing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It is weird as it does feel like a downgrade when going to the last-gen systems after PQube brought it all out before. It will allow those that missed out on Tormented Souls before to give it all a go on February 25th though. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 8th of February 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Evil Dead The pre-orders for Evil Dead: The Game are here and they are bringing some amazing Evil Dead goodies too The pre-orders have begun for all of us to join in on Evil Dead: The Game for all of the platforms. This is one of those titles that I have been looking forward to for a while now, and not it looks like Saber Interactive has it all ready for us all. You can head out now and pre-order this gem to snag two extra skins for Ash in the game. Weirdly, not based around the directly named Evil Dead films, but the Army Of Darkness film. Read More...

Confront Some Of The Harsh Realities Of War In War Hospital
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 2nd of February 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
War Hospital A new cinematic trailer for War Hospital is here to give us one more look at how bleak War Hospital might be at launch War is always claimed to be hell on humanity and we get many games out there that try to remind us all of that. War Hospital is another one of those titles that is doing the same and from the looks of it, it is taking things in a vastly different direction than most are used to. This one is a survival game from Brave Lamb Studio where we will need to be in charge of one of those hospitals tending to all of the horrors the soldiers have been through. If that does not sound too bleak on things out there, then we have a look at a new cinematic for War Hospital that sets some of that tone a bit more as we wait for the game to launch on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC later this year. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 1st of February 2022 - 08:00 PM ]
In My Shadow The PlayStation release for In My Shadow is coming up so more gamers out there can experience what In My Shadow has to offer It may have taken a bit of time, but In My Shadow is finally on its way over to the PS4. It has hit the PC, Switch, and Xbox One over the past year or so, and now Playbae is able to give us this puzzle platformer on one more console on February 11th. Technically, it will be two more consoles with how the PS5 handles the games out there, but In My Shadow will only officially be on the PS4 and the rest will be through backward compatibility. Beggars cannot be choosers when it comes to getting titles like this. Read More...

Evil Dead: The Game Has Been Delayed Just A Bit Longer
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 28th of January 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Evil Dead A delay has hit Evil Dead: The Game now and Evil Dead fans will need to wait a few more months for the game It felt like it was coming since we never had a solid release date for Evil Dead: The Game beyond February, but it looks like we have a delay for the game now. It does not hit that hard because of this, thankfully, but it looks like Saber Interactive needs a bit more time to make sure it is ready for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. While it is a bit of a letdown that we have to wait a bit longer for Evil Dead: The Game, we do have a release date set down that is definitely solid now. May 13th is now the date that we will see it out there. Read More...

Black Myth: Wukong Takes On The Challenge Of Animating Quadrupeds
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 26th of January 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Black Myth A new video for Black Myth: Wukong is out for the Lunar New Year that jokes about some of the Black Myth development It is the year of the Tiger for the Lunar New Year and that means that the team behind Black Myth: Wukong has opted to give us a fun new update for the game that is trying to highlight that. I say trying, as Game Science is having more fun for the celebration while still working on the game instead of giving us a true and solid update for the game. Thankfully, Black Myth: Wukong is still in the works for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC even if the video does joke that the studio shut down. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 21st of January 2022 - 10:00 PM ]
Uncharted The launch of the Uncharted: Legacy Of Thieves Collection is almost here for more to enjoy the Uncharted line once again Just one more week and PS5 gamers will have a chance to dive back into some of the Uncharted titles out there with the launch of the Legacy Of Thieves Collection. January 28th still marks the day that the upgraded version of Naughty Dog's IP will be here in all of the new visual glory that it can offer up. That is not to say that Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and The Lost Legacy did not look and handle well on the PS4, they are just trying to take advantage of the new hardware and all that it can do. All while giving a little more life into the IP as we wait for the film to launch out there. Read More...

The Killing I Starting On The Switch With Syndrome
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 4th of January 2022 - 06:00 PM ]
Syndrome Syndrome is coming out to us again with the announcement that Syndrome is heading its way over to the Switch soon Talk about a huge wait here, as we have the announcement that Syndrome will be making the leap from the PS4, Xbox One, and PC over to the Switch soon. It has been about five years since Camel 101 gave this survival game to us and now it looks like they are getting RedDeer Games into the mix to bring it out there again. Just so some of us can take Syndrome on the move a bit more than we have been able to before. That and not bring the traditional style of video game to us all on the platform here. Read More...

Deep Rock Galactic Drills Its Way To The PlayStation Soon
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of December 2021 - 10:00 PM ]
Deep Rock Galactic Deep Rock Galactic is coming to the PlayStation systems and here is a look at what Deep Rock Galactic will bring This week we got the news that Deep Rock Galactic was going to be part of the PlayStation Plus line up, but there seemed to be many out there that have not heard of the game before now. Myself included. To help correct that, and show off some of the accolades, it seems as if Ghost Ship Games and Coffee Stain opted to make sure we all knew at least the basics for Deep Rock Galactic. The Original Cast Is Now All-In For Evil Dead: The Game
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 27th of December 2021 - 06:00 PM ]
Evil Dead Evil Dead: The Game now has the entire original cast from Evil Dead in the game in some major form Things seem to be shaping up well for Evil Dead: The Game, even if we still have to wait until February to be able to experience it. There is still no word on the specific date or form that we will be able to add this title to our collection and it feels like Saber Interactive is just waiting to jump scare us all with that. Just as they did with the announcement that the full cast from the original Evil Dead will not be in the game in some form or another. The voices of Linda (Betsy Baker) and Shelly (Theresa Tilly) are now confirmed to give us more of that authentic feel to the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC when it does drop.
