Batman A solid release date for Batman: The Telltale Series has been revealed and it looks like the first week of August is when Batman will be taking flight again Last week we were teased with when Batman: The Telltale Series would be coming to us in digital format but we were told that we would get to see a new trailer just in time for SDCC. The Seventh Episode Of Minecraft: Story Mode Is Coming Into Control
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Minecraft The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode's seventh episode has been set and it looks like the world of Minecraft is getting the Tron and Borg treatment The seventh episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, or second in the adventure pass, has a release date set and it looks like it will be July 26th here. On this date we will get to see how much further down the rabbit hole Telltale Games is going to take us into their take on the famed Mojang IP that has a few hits and misses in my eyes. Especially the one where they didn't split this into a second season of Minecraft: Story Mode instead of just making it all an add-on. Read More...

Friday The 13th: The Game's Jason Room Is Now Open For Scares
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of July 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th A new update to Friday The 13th: The Game's digital cabin has been made and we get more to see for Friday The 13th's big bad Jason in the game It hasn't been that long since the Friday The 13th: The Game digital cabin came online and fans who backed or are still banking the game had a chance to check out the "safe area" in the game where we can check out all of our collected gear and items. Illfonic and Gun Media put this together early but it will be in the final game so you can see everything you want out side of a match. Sadly, when it first launched it was just an icon cabin from the Friday The 13th series and game with little more than a few developer diaries and music to check out from the game. Read More...

Tomb Raider It looks like the wait for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to hit the PS4 may be over and out during Tomb Raider's 20th anniversary year It looks like the rumors and speculation of the day continue as now we may have a date for Rise Of The Tomb Raider to hit the PS4. Already Crystal Dynamics' latest addition into the title has hit the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC and it was stated as a timed exclusive before by Square Enix. All of that said and the fact that we are in the 20th anniversary of the Tomb Raider it looks like it should be time to see the game make the final leap and if rumors are true the leap will be made on October 11th of this year. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 15th of July 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Batman The release window for Batman: The Telltale Series digital has been revealed as well as when Batman will be getting a physical version from Warner Bros. As I assumed we would be seeing more of Batman: The Telltale Series as we got closer to SDCC and here we go. It isn't a trailer as Telltale Games has stated that they will be showing us that next week during the big event and when they do their play through of the first episode live. But for now it looks like we only have news that Batman is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile devices digitally sometime in August. I'm going to guess during the first week of August given their normal schedule. Read More...

This Week In Video Games 7/4/16 — 7/8/16
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 8th of July 2016 - 11:00 PM ]
Video Games A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games One more week in video games is in the bad now and it has been another fun one. We were able to see Evolve go free-to-play, how South Park is taking comedy serious here, and also a whole bunch of new Battlefield 1 gameplay to tide us over for a bit. We also had the chance to review three more video games here this week with some highs and some lows. It pains me to see horrible game reviews but then again it is our job to tell the developers when they have given us trash and when they have given us gold. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 5th of July 2016 - 08:00 PM ]
Friday The 13th New details on how Friday The 13th: The Game's counselors will handle in the game have popped up and it looks like Friday The 13th is going to break a few multiplayer molds here There is still a lot of time and information needing to be spread out for Friday The 13th: The Game and it looks like just a bit more has popped on up. While Illfonic has been giving us small little breakdowns of how some mechanics play out it looks like the guys from Gun Media have given us all a bit more on how the counselors in the game will handle and play out. Not only will they stay to the traditional Friday The 13th path in terms of stereotypes but it looks like we are not going to be limited to only having one of the stereotypes in action at one time. Left 4 Dead 3 Might Have Just Been Revealed On Accident
by Julia Schoebel [ Thursday, 30th of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Left 4 Dead 3 We may be shown that Left 4 Dead 3 is coming to us sometime as Left 4 Dead 3 was spotted on an employee's computer in some way If rumors and speculation are true it looks like Left 4 Dead 3 may be on its way here in some time. That time is still up in the air if it is truly being worked on but as it looks an employee has been spotted over at Valve with a directory structure showing files that point to the game being in production. Of course this doesn't dictate that Left 4 Dead 3 is going to be a solid release here in the developer's portfolio but it does kind of lend to it being in the works. Especially given all of the other weirdness that happen to be going on along with this supposed leak of the game. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty The third DLC pack for Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 has been shown off here and it looks like Dragons are coming to Call Of Duty in addition to the zombies It looks like we have a good look at the new Call Of Duty: Black Ops 3 DLC pack that is coming to us on July 12th here. Well at least if you are playing the game on the PS4 that is given that Activision has set up the timed exclusivity thing again. I'm sure that it will be another month before this Call Of Duty DLC makes it to the Xbox One as usual but there is no date there. Which is sad for those gamers out there as it looks like Treyarch has given us something we have yet to experience in the franchise. Read More...
