Mini Review: Dante's Inferno: Dark Forest

Just under a month since Dante's Inferno brought hellfire and brimstone to homes around the world, comes the prequel for the overall story of the main game, Dark Forest. A nice, albeit short, addition to the story of Dante's Inferno. Not to mention a few more puzzles and a"new" demon for Dante to slay to try and save Beatrice before she is killed. Nintendo To Release 3D Handheld Game Console

With 3D on the rise, in movies, television, and typical home entertainment, it is nice to see Nintendo jumping on the bandwagon, and getting 3D to the gamers sooner than expected. Nintendo has announced that they will have more information regarding their new 3DS at E3 on June 15th. Nintendo is claiming that players will need no special eye wear in order to enjoy the tasty 3D game experience. The new 3DS will be backwards compatible with Nintendo DS and DSi games. What it is though, is a new teaser for 505 Games' new title Naughty Bear. A cute, cuddly, Hack-n-Slash mayhem game with what looks like twisted humor on par with Fairytale Fights. Clash Of The Frog People...Er I Mean...Titans

Maybe I am forgetting what happened in the 1981 version of Clash of The Titans, but I don't remember there being frog people challenging Perseus. It was a long time ago, but I still have no recollection of that. Please correct me if I am wrong. But in any instance, Perseus looks to be taking on frog people in the new game based on the remake of the classic Clash of The Titans. On top of our amphibian friends, it looks like a load of other new creatures were also made just for the game. Brought To The Brink Of Stereotypes

Who's ready to see some new footage of Bethesda's up coming title Brink? I know I am. Now if only we had some new footage. Oh wait, we totally do, and it is awesome. Even though it is a pre-rendered video with no in-game spliced in at all it still captures a bit of the essence of the game. The humor, action, and difference between character classes. Nearly Nier Gameplay Gameplay

When I first heard about Nier from Square-Enix, I was intrigued. I wondered at what new type of games we could expect from the Final Fantasy giant. Maybe a new franchise or something the like. Then again, I could be pleasantly surprised in the not to distant future, but from the following I doubt it will change greatly before April 22nd when Nier launches. 38 Studios Finds A Publisher With EA

38 Studio's just announced that it has signed an agreement with Electronic Arts to publish their first title, which is not their MMO. 38 Studios, LLC is the enterprise of Curt Schilling (World Series MVP) and the creative minds of R.A. Salvatore (of Drizzt fame) and Todd McFarlane (Spawn anyone?) . 38 Studios has been working on an epic fantasy title code named 'Project Mercury', under the watchful eye of Ken Rolston, known best for being the lead designer of Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Founded in 2006 by Schilling and acquired Big Huge games in 2009 which are best known for their work on Civilization II, Colonization, and Alpha Centauri. Read More...

A show that was designed to place true God of War fans into the action of the game by recreating some challenges Kratos endured in his epic story. On top of the challenges, this enabled these lucky individuals to be amongst the first in the world - sans media and the developers - to actually play God of War III.
