Agents Of Mayhem Has Been Announced & Looks As Crazy As It Sounds
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 6th of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Agents Of Mayhem A new game, Agents Of Mayhem, has been announced from Volition and Agents Of Mayhem looks to take the Saints Row franchise in fun news directions Rumors were floating abound that we would be seeing a new Saints Row title here soon and they were only mostly wrong as it looks like we have Agents Of Mayhem on the way instead. Of course the mostly wrong comes in as this is a whole new IP from Volition coming to us next year but it does have a bit of a foot in the overall Saints Row universe so there is that. None the less Agents Of Mayhem is coming out with Deep Silver publishing it for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2017. Read More...

Hellblade Another developer diary for Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice has been released and it shows us just how far the Hellblade combat system has progressed It was promised and now here it is as we get to see where the combat system of Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice has finally made it to. It looked promising from what Ninja Theory had already shown in the most recent developer diaries but now we get to see it a bit more in action. Of course this isn't the final state of Hellblade's combat but it is our first solid look at it in motion and with all of the detail that has been put into it. De-Formers Is The Next Big Title Coming From Ready At Dawn
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of June 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
De-Formers The teased title form Ready At Dawn has been revealed as De-Formers and De-Formers is a vast deviation from the last title we had from the studio If you were hoping for the next big title from Ready At Dawn to be a sequel to The Order then you will just have to wait on that as it is actually a title called De-Formers. Don't go getting your pitchforks and torches just yet as this is a title that the team had in the pipes well before the prior game was even a thing. They are just now free to work on De-Formers and bring us all some fun and excitement to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC with this new, quirky, arena based combat title that some of us may have been hoping for instead… You can see the teaser for De-Formers just a bit below here but as it stands it look like a crazy version of bumper cars with a bit of the Super Smash Bros mechanics mixed in. Minecraft: Story Mode 6th Episode Dated & A Murder Mystery
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 2nd of June 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Minecraft The release date for Minecraft: Story Mode sixth episode has been set and it seems like the Minecraft community is being drug into the game's murder mystery The first of the three add-on episodes for Minecraft: Story Mode has now been dated and it looks like June 7th is going to be the date that we all get to continue the story. I am still not completely sure why Telltale Games broke up the story and continuations as they did but it has been done and the spiritual second season, in my opinion, has begun. Get ready to dive deeper into Mojang's world as Minecraft: Story Mode episode six hits the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, and mobile platforms. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 31st of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Agony A new survival horror game called Agony aims to take us on a trip through Hell without being Agony in its self If you were left wanting for another video game where we travel to Hell and need to survive then hold onto your asses as we have Agony now in the works and heading to us for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2017. While it may not be another Dante's Inferno for us it does look like Madmind Studios is crafting something on the levels of and beyond with this new survival horror title. That's right. Read More...

Ibuki Is Back As The Next Street Fighter V DLC Character
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 31st of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Street Fighter The next DLC character for Street Fighter V has been announced and shown off as Ibuki joins the ranks of Street Fighter V combatants The next character DLC for Street Fighter V is here and it looks like another blast from the past is joining the ranks. It looks like Capcom went back into the old bin of characters from the expanded roster of the third game and is now bringing us Ibuki to yet another title. She was in Street Fighter IV if memory serves but that doesn't matter as this ninja school girl is coming back and getting a bit of an upgrade to all of the old school tricks she had before. Get ready to be trolled here… As was easy to assume, Ibuki will be bringing back the kunais she is known for as well as all of the ninjitsu training she's been working on since Street Fighter III: New Generation. Mafia 3's City Has Just As Much Life To It As The Characters We'll Play
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Mafia 3 Another Mafia 3 developer diary of sort has been released showing us just how Mafia 3's city has been brought to life We here it almost in every open world style of video game and it looks like Mafia 3 is joining the ranks of stating that the game's world is a living and breathing character of its own. It is not to shocking to me that Hangar 13 would make the same claims that we hear all the time as they have been working hard to make sure their version of New Orleans feels as authentic as it can for us. We all do demand that Mafia 3 feel as authentic as all of the other games and since they've done it with the music and culture it makes sense to do it with the city. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Paragon Another hero has been added to Paragon's long list and we can all look forward to meeting Paragon's new hero, Riktor in next week's update It looks like we get to add yet another hero to the list of Paragon heroes next week as we have another here with Riktor. Epic Games said they were going to try for something new every three weeks and it looks like they are truly keeping to it. Hopefully this does keep going well after Paragon leaves "early access" on June 7th but that could be one tall order. If anyone is up to it all I am certain they are but let's dig into the new hero Riktor here coming in the next update on May 31st for free. Read More...

It's Time To Take The Melee Combat Online With Absolver
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 27th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Absolver New online combat title, Absolver, has been announced and we have a bit of gameplay for Absolver just before the big E3 reveal It looks like we have the first of two titles that Devolver Digital has for us at E3 as Absolver has just been announced and came with a nice new trailer. This would be the new title being crafted by developers Sloclap and it aims to bring us all into an online combat world where we all want to become the best there is. I say that as it looks like Absolver is all about melee combat and not the traditional shooter combat that all of us are used to when it comes to online combat titles. It's not the first of its kind but it does look to try and perfect the craft in their own way. Read More...

Review — Homefront: The Revolution
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of May 2016 - 09:00 PM ]
Homefront We sit down and review Homefront: The Revolution. A reimagining of the franchise to make America great again. Here's our review of Homefront: The Revolution It's been a while coming but Homefront: The Revolution has released and we've been able to dive right into what Dambuster Studios has to offer us. It may not be what was originally in store for us back in the THQ days but since Deep Silver picked up the franchise and put the teams to work to reimagine the game we are in store for another fun ride in a fake historical timeline. It makes sense I swear. Read More...

by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Ghost Recon A new trailer for Ghost Recon Wildlands has been released as well as all of the details on the Ghost Recon Wildlands collector's editions for pre-order It looks like Ubisoft is getting the fun E3 news rolling a little early and it also looks like Ghost Recon Wildlands is going to be one of the game that will be their main focus. This of course makes a whole lot of sense as it was revealed during their press conference last year and next to nothing has come out since. Now we have a nice little trailer to spy upon for Ghost Recon Wildlands a bit early as well as the listing for all of the collector's editions coming for the game. Read More...

The Mechanical Apartheid Of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Has Begun
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 26th of May 2016 - 05:00 PM ]
Deus Ex A new live action trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been released and perfectly shows off how the events of Deus Ex: Human Revolution has changed the world August 23rd is still a bit out for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided so it is a bit acceptable that we are not getting loads of gameplay video and/or features revealed to us. I have a feeling that will come at E3 where Square Enix already has plans to show things off. Instead we get things like this live action trailer for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided that aims to show us what the world has become after the events of Eidos-Montreal's previous addition into the franchise. by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 25th of May 2016 - 07:00 PM ]
Mighty No. 9 Another trailer for Mighty No. 9 has been released to show off some of Mighty No. 9's special moves, attacks, and combos to pull off Every time I see Mighty No. 9 popping back up in the media it makes me worry that it is going to be delayed yet again. Thankfully though it looks like the June 21st release date that comcept and Deep Silver have set is still on and this is just an update on some other features in the game. So let the celebrating continue as Mighty No. 9 is still locked in and now we just get all kinds of cool things to look at as we head toward that date. Read More...
