Those looking to continue the story of The Last Of Us will be glad to hear that The Last Of Us Part II Remaster is on the way It looks like all of those fans out there who wanted to play The Last Of Us Part II natively on the PS5 will soon get that want filled. Naughty Dog has made the announcement that there is a 'remaster' of the game on the way this coming January 19th that will finally give the world this version of the game. Thankfully, not only because of the resurgence of the IP's popularity with the show but also to offer players a few other extras to experience in the game. Read More...

A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week is over and all of our video games had some great updates and some of them had some very 'meh' updates. It is the nature of things as we get into the massive release time of it all and when the holidays come rolling on in. Given that Bloodlines 2 and Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora have some massive things still to come, I have a feeling that these video games will hold a lot for us to see. Not to mention more for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and many others that will be highlighted during The Game Awards in a few weeks. Read More...

We sit down and review Alan Wake 2. After 13 years in the Dark Place, the horror IP is finally back. Here is our review of Alan Wake 2 It has been a long time coming, but we are finally back into the Dark Place with the release of Alan Wake 2. A project that many never thought was going to be made given how Remedy Entertainment still seemed to love the IP but was putting out other amazing games instead. Now, thirteen years later, we have a chance to join Alan Wake again in his nightmare and see just how the story should have played out. All while changing it along the way, if needed, and taking on the role of another poor soul pulled into all of this darkness. Read More...

Just before the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, we have a new recap of the story so far for those dipping into the Final Fantasy VII Remake For some, it might have been a little bit since you played through the core portion of the Final Fantasy VII Remake. I know for myself, that it has even been a good amount of time since I went through the Intergrade expansion of the story. That would lead to many forgetting certain things about the story and everything. At least for those casual gamers and not the ones that Square Enix has had locked in for a while now. Read More...

The launch of Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR is here and those wanting to get a first-person feel for Assassin’s Creed can do so now It is now time to jump into our own personal Animus and dive into the worlds created in Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR. The game is now out there on the Meta Quest headsets and is ready to let us further explore some of the bigger titles in the IP that Ubisoft has placed out there. Not in a way that will have us just replaying the events of the various Assassin’s Creed titles mixed in, there are three of them, but is a whole new story that should further expand the lore of it all. So, if you have a headset and the need to get out there with a hidden blade again, it is not time to download and jump into the worlds our protagonists will find themselves in. Read More...

More for The Walking Dead: Destinies is out there to show off the combat we will employ with some characters in The Walking Dead: Destinies We have had a little bit of fun with looking at some of the stories coming in The Walking Dead: Destinies, and now it is finally time to have a look at one of the other aspects of the game. That being how the action of the events will play out when not just choosing the paths that Flux Games is presenting us with. A delay has hit The Thaumaturge and we will have to wait a few months more to see what The Thaumaturge has to offer us all As with all good blood magic, The Thaumaturge is going to need to take some time to make sure it is all worked out perfectly. That is, it looks like a tough call was made by Fool’s Theory and 11 Bit Studios to push the PC release of the game out once again. The Thaumaturge will no longer be hitting the PC on December 5th and is now set for a February 20th, 2024, release. All of that and with a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S version of the game coming sometime after all of that. Read More...
