Comic Con 2010 has come and gone. You may have been there. You may have missed out, well you would have if you had not followed my twitter updates. Now is the perennial looking back in retrospect. Like years past, they will be spread out over multiple articles. There is too much to fit in one article so it deserves proper treatment. So sit back and get ready for one long flash of what Comic Con has become. As most of you who have clicked in here know, the festivities start off with an exclusive event for the true fans that purchased their passes upwards of a year in advance - well, the fans, and media. Attention all those out there that can't seem to move on from the enjoyment they once had with GoldenEye back on the N64. I know you've been chomping at the bits to get a good look at what the remake of GoldenEye on the Wii is going to look like and play like. You know you have ever since Nintendo fully announced the title at E3. Don't lie. Well, wait no more. Read More...

So what would have happened in history if the U.S. wasn't a nuclear power during the cold war? Or for that matter, what if the USSR had some other form of power to lash out at the world? How would the world be changed? For the better or for the worse? Well this seems to be the main question brought up in Activision and Rave Studio's new game Singularity. You take control of U.S. Read More...

Have you ever wanted to see what goes on in the sick-and-twisted world of teddy bears? All in the hopes to understand what they think and how they interact with each other? Ever consider the fact that they may be a bit more heinous then they let on? You know, in terms of mistreating and mocking the less fortunate or oddly misshapen or deformed bears - much like the story of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Well wonder no more as Naughty Bear has come out and will give you an in-depth look into the world of the teddy bear. This is no "kiddy" game mind you as it plays out a bit like Manhunt with the cute and cuddly. Read More...

Well that would be October 5th in North America. Yep, just weeks before Namco's Splatterhouse hits the shelves making them all bloody we will be getting Enslaved: Odyssey To The West. At least that is what Namco just told the world. How to celebrate this announcement? Oh, well how about some new screen shots for the game? I just happen to have a few here for you. From the looks of things, they like blowing up our main man here. Read More...

In the past with rhythm/music when it was time to inform the masses of the track lists usually we just got a long list of songs and artists for us all to gawk at. Sometimes Gods like me would go through the list and try to add a link to the song so you knew what it sounded like. Sometimes the titles don't really go with the part of the song we all know. It was a nice little thing I liked to give our readers. Well from the below video it looks like Activision is stealing a page from my book like Naughty Bear did. Read More...

In case you didn't get enough of the For-PSN-Only reality show The Tester, it was officially announced at E3 that Sony is doing a second season. Not exactly a big surprise, it was slipped into the other PlayStation news as just another bullet point. I mean, all the PS3 fans and users had to figure it was coming as it made some of the largest draws into PS Home and on the PS Store. This is not what this article is all about. Just after the 4th of July, voting began for contestants to get a chance to move onto the second round of the casting process. Read More...

We got a release date for the game and a view of what the PC box will look like, but what about an update on what the game looks like. We haven't had a good one of those since around the time of E3. Am I right? Of course I am. Well let's take a look at some of the new creatures to kill and environments to come to us this September 30th. Having had actual hands-on with the beta of the game, I can assure you that what you see below is what the in-game will look like; if you have a system that can handle it. Some of the creatures look a bit new, but I will say I am a fan that they went back to the original look of the Bombs. Read More...

So if you skip on below, after reading that is, you will see the new trailer for the next Silent Hill game nicely titled Silent Hill 8; at least the working title for now. This is what was shown to those in the horribly failed Konami Press event. At least as far as the presenters and a few titles go, it was failed. But this trailer did not seem to add to that failure at all. The trailer starts off like you would expect, a few people driving through a storm at night in the middle of nowhere. Read More...

I remember way back when I first cracked open my copy of Portal on my PC. Yes I cracked open a copy of a digital download, because it fits my nostalgia. I remember enjoying each level of the game that lead up to the big showdown with GLaDOS and finding out that the cake was indeed not a lie. I got a piece when I was done and it was delicious and easy to wash down. I also remember how much fun it was that the whole game was kept simple and each level was pretty much a tutorial leading up to the final showdown. If you disagree, then you have not truly played Portal. Read More...

After waiting for more of Rapture and BioShock to be announced at E3 in the form of BioShock 3 or a BioShock MMO. I was dubiously let down in my search for that. But at least I found a Big Daddy and a Little Sister there. That and 2K Games just announced some upcoming DLC that adds onto the single player mode of the game. Awesomely Epic. Here is what we will be getting for $4. Read More...

After posting about what I saw and got to play at E3 for Saw II: Flesh And Blood, I'm sure that most of you were still sitting on the side of the fence with all the non Saw film lovers. Hey, I was on top of the fence, slowly walking along it to see if I would fall before I got a bit of hands on. This is why I am bringing you something to help make up your minds a bit on Saw II. Here is the video clip they used to show off the game at E3. By the looks of it, the producers got a hold of the creative people behind the trailers for the films, as this trailer is clipped just like the old promotional videos for the movie franchise. So, the new PlayStation Plus has not even been out for a full day yet and already there is a new surprise to come along with it - even though the prize comes at a monthly cost. That surprise: Hulu is finally going to be playable on the PS3 and other consoles soon. Yea, the long awaited announcement for them to finally get off their high horse and let us all watch our free content on our consoles. Oh wait, that's right, it's not free for anything other than your PC. Just listed on the Hulu website is the new Hulu Plus program. Read More...

With all the hulabaloo from E3, I almost lost sight of one of this year's titles that I have personally been excited for. That game being Naughty Bear. Yes I did get some hands on, but it looks like the little bugger tried slipping a few new clips and a trailer past me before I could take a look at them to ensure my rules have not been further plagiarized. Wait, three new videos? You cheeky monkey. Read More...

As surprises come, a revitalization of Mortal Kombat was one thing I was not expecting until just before E3. You know when the crazy short popped up online followed by the new teaser trailer for Mortal Kombat. You know what I am talking about. If you didn't you would not have clicked on this article. With all that buzz just days before the event you would expect to have something to show at E3 for it, and boy did they. Nothing playable for anyone on the show floor, but those lucky enough to have a meeting or willing to stand in line for over an hour to get in to the 15 minute showing got a great glimpse of what is going on with the new Mortal Kombat game.
