We get to tiptoe back into Silent Hill with a new trailer showing off some of the story coming in the Silent Hill 2 Remake It always feels weird to offer up a look at the story for a remake, but here we go with a new trailer for the Silent Hill 2 remake that is going to do just that. That is at least the title of it all, but it is more of a showcasing of how Bloober Team is taking what Konami did before and trying to make it their own. We still have the same town of Silent Hill to wander through and many of the same monsters, but here we can see how the characters have shifted a bit and get a nice recap of the basics of the story. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week The week has come to a close and this one was packed with way more than expected with what is coming in the next week for all of our video games. That being Gamescom is in the works and one would think that studios and publishers would have held back. Thankfully, that was not the case with a whole lot dropping for Call Of Duty, Alien: Rogue Incursion, and Five Nights At Freddy’s. That last one is having a nice little celebration, so that makes sense, but video games like Mortal Kombat 1 feel like they could have waited for the hyped-up week to drop this new information. Let us go behind the scenes again for The Casting Of Frank Stone to see the motion & voice cast bringing Frank Stone to life It is time to go behind the veil one more time with a look at The Casting Of Frank Stone and the cast of characters taking us through the story. This is usually one of the bigger highlights for any of the Supermassive Games projects out there, and it looks as if this one is not going to be any different. Not because they are pulling in massive names to help sell the game but focusing on letting the cast truly vibe on set to add more of that authenticity to the characters. That is, at least, based on the latest behind-the-scenes video we have for The Casting Of Frank Stone to get us ready for the September 3rd release date on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. There is a delay for Terminator: Survivors now and we will have to wait until 2025 to see more of the Terminator universe It looks as if we are on another of the bad timelines out there, as Terminator: Survivors will not be making that October 24th date for the Early Access on the PC. This also means that we can pretty much expect that anything for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S will be taking a bit longer too from NACON. Sad news indeed. Read More...
