I'll fully admit that when I first saw The Last Of Us back in December of 2011 I was impressed with the visuals but not really the setting or enemies. I believe I harshed on it being another post-apocalypse title trying to cash in on the 'end of the world' scenario that is still kind of all the rage. Willem Dafoe Now Listed Among Beyond: Two Souls Cast

We all know from last year's E3, one of the big calls to Beyond: Two Souls was the fact that Ellen Page was lending her voice and physical acting skills. How this was biggest news that Sony and Quantic Dream wanted to push is still beyond me, but it was. It seems like instead of trying to focus on what the actual game play will handle like, they just want to point to star power. Story Time With Remember Me

Now that we know some of the game play mechanics and now the release date for Remember Me (June 4th), let's take a little look at the basic version of the game's story. I do mean basic from the below trailer for the game. Pretty much you take control of Nilin a memory hunter in Neo-Paris. The year is 2084 and it would seem that memory manipulation is the new rage in keeping humans down and in their place. Nilin finds out that she has been wiped of memories and wants to get them back. Assassin's Creed IV Accidentally Then Officially Announced

It has been made official; Assassin's Creed IV is coming just about a year after AC3 has landed. It was originally rumored with the below trailer teasing it last week, but since the cat was let out of the bag it looks like Ubisoft isn't keeping it hidden any more. The video is now to be considered the official announcement of AC4 along with the release date of November 1st 2013. That adds another title to the PS4's launch lineup it would seem. Now for the interesting part, it looks like Ubisoft is breaking from the theme of traveling forward in history with each new AC title as we will be playing during the time of Blackbeard. Now That We've Had Some Time, Let's Talk PS4

It's been a bit of time since Sony held its huge press conference where the PS4 was officially announced. They let loose the proposed specs for the new machine as well as a quick look at the Dual Shock 4, new services, and a few games that will be coming this holiday season. With the announcements comes a bit of wonder and excitement, as I am sure Sony wants, but should we blindly follow along and get ready to drop upwards of $600 this November? I've had some time to reflect and let the initial excitement subside, so let me bring up a few things I took away and pondered on. Let's Look At The Game Play Of The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct

Now that we've all hopefully had time to wrap the story heavy version of the franchise, it's time we looked at the action FPS version with The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct. The Activision/Terminal Reality game coming out here in a month's time. Not much has been said or shown until now, but it is well known to be a FPS and feature the story of two of the AMC TV Show only characters. Big Surprise... Lex Luthor In Injustice: Gods Among Us

That's right a fancy-chair-sitting, slow-rowing, low action packed romp around the coast of Maine in 1912 in-game for BioShock Infinite. My words won't do it any justice here, so I'll just let you hop on down and watch. Just in case you still haven't caught on, this is the first few minutes for BioShock Infinite. So if you want to experience everything for the first time in March, you might just want to skip the video. Here's A Little More On The Story For The Last Of Us

Up until recently the story of The Last Of Us has been a little bit on the generic "post outbreak apocalypse" side of things. The basics as well. There was a fungus that mutated most of the world into crazed, facial-athletes foot looking, beat-up-the-normies kind of beasts. Then there is Joel and Ellie trying to survive a bit longer while being hunted by both the fungi-people and all the humans who turn to filth because they can. The Phantom Pain - New IP Or Sequel/Prequel

Since the first trailer for The Phantom Pain was shown during the 2012 VGAs, there has been a butt load of internet chatter and "conspiracy theories," if you can use that term here, over if it is linked to the Metal Gear franchise or a new IP from a new studio. Internet sleuthing seems to point more toward the prior over the latter, but what if it is a whole new IP? Yea, I get that the people who are supposedly linked to The Phantom Pain are known for all their quirks and fun ways to announce their upcoming titles, but what if?
