Dead Island: Epidemic, the ZOMBA title from Deep Silver, has now entered an open beta stage for us all to play and test Good news for all of those who were excited for Dead Island: Epidemic but were not able to participate in any of the closed or past betas for the game. It looks like the game has now entered into a full open beta for all to enjoy. Not only that but it looks like there have been a few new things added into Dead Island: Epidemic to entice us all in joining the Zombie Online Multiplayer Battle Arena, or ZOMBA for those who don't know how to make acronyms. You most likely don't know what PC stands for if you couldn't catch what that acronym meant BTW. Read More...

Looks like Godzilla is going to have a showing at the Game Awards as well as a possible North American release for the PS3 title Laugh all you want but it looks like Godzilla will be making and official showing in Las Vegas, NV. I'm of course talking about the game and not the king of the monsters or any of his adversaries. Even in the most recent film for Godzilla the beast never actually stepped foot in the city but it looks like he has changed his mind about destroying Sin City. I think that is enough joshing around. A teaser trailer that popped up online accidentally announced Street Fighter V before the official announcement could be made Nothing seems to be able to kept a secret anymore as Street Fighter V joins the likes of other titles that have been "leaked" out due to the internet. Yes, it looks like we are getting Street Fighter V and it is also stated to be an exclusive for the PS4 and PC. That is all that is know so far for the game as it is most likely going to be getting the full and real announcement at The Game Awards tonight or sometime during the PlayStation Experience over the weekend. Hopefully it will be more than the following "leaked" video just below. Read More...

A new organization, Blood Sport, is looking to raise the stakes in gaming as well as help people in the interim Before you continue reading about Blood Sport here note that I am not talking about any upcoming Van Damme film or one prior. I'm talking about a new gaming event that some crazy Canadians are trying to get funded via Kickstarter. That is at least if Kickstarter reactivates the campaign on the site as it was shut down with currently no reasons given. That isn't what I want to bring to you here though. Read More...

More gameplay for Dying Light has been released showing off the many different ways you can get around Harran while free-running Here we go with another gameplay video for Dying Light to show off all the free movement we are going to have when the game finally launches next year. This has to be the biggest selling point and new innovation for Techland and Warner Bros. given it is coming out around the same time as a whole bunch of other zombie titles. We wouldn't want Dying Light to become some kind of white noise in the background of all the zombie killing we are going to be doing on our PS4 or Xbox One do we? Read More...

The release date for Resident Evil HD REmaster and some new footage have been released for us all to enjoy It looks like this is the week for all things Resident Evil as now we have a release date for Resident Evil HD REmaster. This would be the slated "definitive" edition of the HD REmake that is now coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. It was also slated to be sometime "early" 2015 as a release and it looks like Capcom is keeping to their word as we are getting Resident Evil HD REmaster on January 20th 2015. That is official and you can use a Sharpie on your calendar now. Read More...

The latest Kickstarter buzz title is Last Year which is an Asymmetrical Multiplayer Survival Horror title that lets a player be the killer Here we go with another Kickstarter project in the way of Last Year. It seems like these things are a dime a dozen as of late and unless some random person finds it amazing the campaign will most likely fail. Luckily for Last Year it looks like it has a gimmick that is all the rage with a mix of a bit of perceived originality. Screw Evolve's 4 versus 1 platform. Read More...

We Sit Down And Review Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice. This is the first episode of Telltale's take on HBO's famed TV franchise. Here's our review on how they've done so far The wait for the next Game Of Thrones season to start on HBO has been a long and grueling wait. Lucky for us Telltale has found a way to try and keep us involved in the franchise without having to read the books and spoil what we have yet to see make the adaptation. We finally have the first episode of Game Of Thrones out on our PS3s, PS4s, Xbox 360s, Xbox Ones, PCs; you see where this is all going. It's out on as many consoles as those who died in the first few minutes of the first episode of the TV show. Read More...

A new musical trailer for Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell has debuted and it shows off the musical side of the devil We have another new and damn fun trailer for Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell. As the title here suggests we get a nice and fun look at how the game may take place as a musical. Hells, knowing the franchise this may actually be a long scene from the game proper and we just don't fully know yet. Deep Silver and Volition do know how to make a damn entertaining time though and this most recent trailer for Saints Row: Gat Out Of Hell does it again; even if you are not the musical type. I just hope this isn't some Buffy music demon messing with things kind of experience in game though. Read More...

It looks like the next Assassin's Creed title has been kind of announced in the way of Assassin's Creed Victory which takes place in Victorian London Yes, I find it funny that we are hearing word of Assassin's Creed Victory, at least in code-name form, with the recent blunders from Assassin's Creed Unity and Assassin's Creed Rogue here not too long ago. None the less it looks like we have a glimpse of the next annualized addition to the franchise in the way of Assassin's Creed Victory. The name of course supposed linked to the fact that the next title will take place during 19th Century/Victorian London. Read More...

Turtle Rock and 2K have released a new story trailer for Evolve and it shows exactly what the hunters are fighting for in the game It looks like there is more to Evolve than just running around killing "innocent" monsters and wildlife. I'm just as shocked as you as up until now the story has been pretty much just that. Now it looks like there is a new story or at least just a new mode for Evolve that details a bit more into why the 12 best hunters have been gathered to go after the massive monsters that seem to have shown up to destroy the planet. Well, at least make the planet a bit more inhabitable for them instead of the humans and robots that have dominated the land for gods know how long. Read More...

Part two of the Batman: Arkham Knight Ace Chemicals gameplay has been released and it shows off how hardcore the Batmobile is truly going to be We have the second part of the latest Batman: Arkham Knight gameplay now. I am still not sure why Warner Bros. or Rocksteady thought they had to split the gameplay footage into two parts but none the less they did. Just like before it may be new to some of you in the aspect of having something to ingest with your eyes but you should have had a word picture painted for you with words by now; if you've been reading anything worth a damn online about Batman: Arkham Knight from the recent cons and game shows. I've tried at least. Read More...

Telltale Games has released the full trailer for Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice to get us all ready for the episode's launch tomorrow The wait is now over and we have the first full length trailer for Game Of Thrones — Iron From Ice. This would be the first of six episodes for Telltale's episodic game adaption for the insanely popular TV show/Book series. Although the game is stated to follow the show more than anything and this of course covers the characters and the actor portrayals on the show. I mean, they have one of my favorite little people carried over in voice and likeness for Game Of Thrones officially now and he is supposedly one of the characters that made a huge change from page to screen. New gameplay for Dying Light has been released and it gives more background on the game's world and overarching story line There is nothing like spoiling the first bit of a game and now we get to spoil the first "mission" of Dying Light. Well more IGN was allowed to do so as Techland and Warner Bros. can secure completely positive responses from them and not many others out there. Why else do you think the first bit of exclusive Xbox One gameplay went there and not to the social accounts for Dying Light or the companies involved with making and publishing the game?
