During Minecon 2015 the first bit of story for Minecraft: Story Mode, as well as a trailer, have been released with all the Minecraft goodness included We've waited patiently for anything new for Minecraft: Story Mode since its first announcement and now we have a bit more to work with. It would make sense that Telltale would wait until Minecon to release all of this as it is the Minecraft convention and all. I never in this life cycle thought I would say that we needed or had a want for a Minecraft convention but we do and this is where Minecraft: Story Mode was first shown off to the world. We have more gameplay for Overwatch to show off three more characters as well as a bit of a wrap up on the core gameplay for Overwatch Here we go with even more gameplay and characters for Overwatch here to gawk at. Not only is it more gameplay for the game but it is also a good look at the 'non-female-stereotype' female-stereotype character that everyone praised Blizzard for when she was first announced. I am talking about Zarya the heavy Russian combatant that pretty much looks and plays like every other heavy Russian stereotypical female character in video games. But hey, Overwatch is made by a studio with such a following that no one will care about that and just spin it up on the PC to enjoy for decades as it is another new IP of theirs in the end. The official description for Batman: Arkham Knight story DLC featuring Batgirl now has a date and premises to see how she will help fight the Arkham Knight We all knew that we were getting a bit of story DLC featuring Batgirl in Batman: Arkham Knight. We just never knew when or in what capacity we would be getting her added to the mix. We've seen a lot of gameplay for Tom Clancy's The Division but only a bit of story but thankfully here is a bit more on that for The Division There are a lot of people out there excited for The Division to finally launch on March 8th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. I know I am excited to see if the visual quality is upheld by Ubisoft or just upgraded for E3 demos and such. I also know that a lot of people flipped over The Division after seeing the new gameplay at E3. Maybe not on my social accounts but it was all the buzz around the booths on the show floor. It looks like the wait is over for those Android users whom want to get their hands on Fallout Shelter as it may be hitting the Play Store next month Earlier this week we had a nice review for Fallout Shelter up on the site. Dakota dug into the good, the ugly, and the bad aspects of Fallout Shelter with one of which being the fact that it has yet to make the jump over to the Android devices. Something that we all think should have been there since Bethesda Game Studios first announced the game. The Walking Dead Escape is back at SDCC 2015 giving all of us a feel for what a Survival Horror game really feels like in the world of The Walking Dead Looks like the SDCC tradition just keeps going as The Walking Dead Escape is making its return again to SDCC 2015. This would be the live action, survival horror experience set in the world of The Walking Dead that graced Petco Park back in 2012 and has been going strong ever since. The only difference this year is it would seem that this video game-like experience is being brought to life even more not with just the TV show but also it sounds like the other media platforms and versions are making a show during The Walking Dead Escape. It looks like we have another contender for scariest horror title as Allison Road is in the works to take up the mantle that P.T. was forced to drop I'll be the first to admit that the loss of P.T. and Silent Hills was a kick to the nuts with spiked, steel-toed boot. Thankfully we have a lot of other passionate people out there working on solutions to that pain and we have another one in the way of Allison Road. Sadly though if you were not able to attend San Diego Comic Con or you didn't want to stand in the long line for a short experience that was the only way to experience it. If you want another chance though it looks like the Assassin's Creed Experience is returning again and this time it has the Assassin's Creed Syndicate makeover added into the mix with this time ending in a Leap Of Faith out of the Tower Of London. A new rumor has been cropped up around Rise Of The Tomb Raider from the guys over at The Know placing Rise Of The Tomb Raider's PS4 launch in late 2016 Nothing gets the morning juices flowing like a good old fashioned rumor and this one here is for Rise Of The Tomb Raider. This time it is all over the release date for the game. No, not the already announced release date of November 10th that Crystal Dynamics is aiming to hit for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions of the game but about when we might be seeing Rise Of The Tomb Raider on the PS4. We Sit Down And Review Hatred. Is It Worth Your Time or was it all PR hype to grab your attention with the hyper-violence? Here's Our Review of Hatred If there has been one title recently that has made a huge splash in a short amount of time it was Hatred. This is the twin-stick shooter title from Destructive Creations that was denied on Steam and then allowed back after much outcry. Mainly all of the negative press being aimed toward the ultra-violence that is portrayed in this AO title only on PC that has garnered its claim to fame but we had a chance to give it a good solid play through and we have our own thoughts on Hatred. For those who were not able to see Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain in action at E3 2015 we have you covered with over 40 minutes of The Phantom Pain gameplay Not too surprising was the fact that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain was one of the big titles that Konami had on the show floor for many to see at E3. What was a bit surprising, especially given all of the Kojima Productions drama, was the fact that their main demo was out in the open for all to see at specific intervals during the show. I would have thought that they would have had The Phantom Pain behind closed doors to keep questions to a minimum as they have in the past but I guess with the September 1st release date coming they wanted as many players seeing why they should pick up The Phantom Pain for their PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, or PC.
