Rumors about Red Dead Redemption 2 being in production have popped up again and claim we could hear about Red Dead Redemption 2 being official at E3 Here we are six years after the first title launched and we have more Red Dead Redemption 2 rumors popping up. In fact it is pretty much the same rumor we had last year that Rockstar Games never let pan out but yet again we are seeing we are seeing it. Just like before rumor has it that we will get an announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 at E3 this year with a release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC for some time in 2017. With the number of Take-Two Interactive titles you'd think there would be someone trying to step up and spin it in some direction but there isn't. Read More...

A new trailer for The Climb has been released and it shows off some new caves and an alpine locale crafted just for The Climb With all the VR news out there due to GDC it looks like we get to add yet another bit in there in terms of The Climb. At least this time it is for some software that Crytek is working on and not some new hardware and pricing that will be debated for hours on end. What good is the hardware without titles like The Climb to help show things off and get players actually trying out things they may be a bit too timid to try in the first place? The Oculus hardware needs to be more than just experiences or it will fall flat after all. Read More...

A new video for DOOM has been released and this one shows off nine of the maps that will be included in DOOM's multiplayer during the beta & at launch The multiplayer beta for DOOM is only a few weeks out now and we haven't yet been able to see the maps that we will be killing each other on. This could be a good ploy by Bethesda to keep us all on our toes or it could be that id Software is still wrapping up a build just for the beta and they aren't done yet. Looks like whatever the case was before it is no longer the case as now we have a nice quick look at the nine maps coming to DOOM and that will be available to play when the beta goes live on March 31st for everyone lucky enough to be in on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We sit down and review Hitman — Paris. This is the first episode of Io Interactive's latest addition to the Hitman franchise. Here's our review on how they did. The wait is finally over and the multi-delayed Hitman has been released. Well at least the first full episode and the prolog that many of us had a chance to experience during the beta that Square Enix put on for us. That was a nice taste but the maps were small and tight and it is time to see what Io Interactive has in store for us as we move forward with the rest of the content coming for Hitman. Here's our review of the first "episode" of the game just for you to read. Read More...

Another rating for BioShock Collection has been spotted and more rumors about the possible boxed collection of all BioShock titles are back Looks like another ratings board has shown some form of existence for a BioShock Collection. This time it comes out of Taiwan and also happens to include possible box art for the collection. All of this and there is still no official word out of 2K Games on the possible collection but signs are still pointing to the fact that we will be seeing some or all of the BioShock titles coming together in some form on the PS4 and Xbox One. Unless this is one major troll out there. Read More...

The next dev diary for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End has been released and we get a good look at how the team and Nathan have grown into Uncharted 4 Last week we had a good look at how Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has evolved from the first title from so long ago. Of course that time does wonders not only on the game but also on the team over at Naughty Dog who have been working on the franchise for so long. They have aged and they have taken that "wisdom" into thought while crafting Uncharted 4 as we get to see how everyone in the game has aged as well. Such a roundabout way to get here but now we have the latest dev diary to spy on that covers just those themes. Read More...

Hellblade has a new name as we are introduced to Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and also shown how the dev team is making a virtual human in the gameplay It looks like we have a new name to settle on for Hellblade as it looks like a subtitle is going to extend it out just a bit further with Senua's Sacrifice. If I had to make an educated guess I'd say this is all based on Ninja Theory finally figuring out exactly where the story of the game is going and what we can expect when it finally hits the PS4 and PC sometime this year. Another great sign as I know I have been excited for Hellblade to come out since I saw the first bit that they ended up scrapping to improve upon. Read More...

During a press event at GDC PlayStation VR was priced out and also now we have a release window for when PlayStation VR will be hitting our homes Update 2 Deatail on the PlayStation VR bundle confirmed Sony isn't kidding around here for the PlayStation VR as they confirmed that the bundle will be $499 USD and up for pre-order on March 22nd. It will include: PS VR headset PS VR cables Stereo Headphones PlayStation VR Demo Disc PlayStation Camera 2 PlayStation Move motion controllers PlayStation VR Worlds (disc) Update Sony Confirms Bundle For North America Looks like there was a lot of outcry about the PlayStation VR set not coming with a camera or Move controllers. While the camera is required to use the system the controllers are not but many developers are building titles with the idea that consumers will have them. Read More...

A new VR game, Werewolves Within, has been announced and pits players against each other to see who truly has a Werewolves Within… The mainstream VR hardware is still a bit off from release and it looks like we have yet another odd game to add to the list as Werewolves Within has just been announced. While the title does sound a bit goofy it does look like Red Storm is trying to make something truly unique out of the gate for the Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR. Werewolves Within wouldn't be a true Ubisoft game if it wasn't trying to capitalize on every available platform that it can right out the gate after all. Read More...

The first bit of gameplay for System Shock Remastered has made it online and now we can see how we may be experiencing System Shock in a different way It was out there in the ether of the internet for a while now but here we go with actual footage of System Shock. Don't think you've lost your mind or anything but it looks like Night Dive Studios has opted to show us all how much work they have placed into remaking/remastering the classic System Shock for the Xbox One and PC. I bet you thought they had dropped it all just to work on the third title in the franchise that was just announced not that long ago. You would be wrong. Read More...

New gameplay for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan has been placed out there and it shows off the turtles in action as well as TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan's release date While a lot of the wait for TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan news has been all over the place it looks like the wait for the actual game to release is a lot closer than we could have imagined. Platinum Games has stepped up and it looks like we are now getting the game on May 24th. Just as I assumed from before so that Activision could work in tandem with the new film's release and TMNT: Mutants In Manhattan to try and capitalize on that extra dollar. Read More...

The third episode of King’s Quest now has a release date and is slated to bring a romantic comedy to the King’s Quest story thus far Another good chunk of time has gone by since the last episode of King’s Quest was released and it looks like the third episode isn't going to be too far off as we now have a release date for it. Not only that but it looks like from the description that has been revealed by The Odd Gentlemen it looks like we are going to be in for some kind of romantic comedy when all things are said and done. It will also make us question a few things we assumed from Sierra's version of King’s Quest already set in motion. Read More...

The first bit of add-on content for Fallout 4 is almost here and now we have another look at the Automatron that will plaguing us in Fallout 4 The first big add-on for Fallout 4 is almost here and I hope you are ready. This would be the new DLC that adds new major enemy group into the Commonwealth and also kicks off the monthly updates that Bethesda has been working hard on getting out to all of us fans of the game. I am sure that some of you have been counting down the days until March 22nd and now we are just slightly over a week out from that. Just more reasons to get ready to hop back into Fallout 4 on your PS4, Xbox One, or PC…depending on your preference. Read More...

A release date for The Walking Dead: Michonne's second episode has been set and we get a nice look at all the choices made in The Walking Dead: Michonne so far & how they played out Last we saw as The Walking Dead: Michonne's first episode was released after a lot of anticipation. For the most part my gripes about it were on the nitpick side of things and the big issue I had was that I had to wait to play episode two. Thankfully it looks like Telltale Games is keeping to their loose release schedule and we are now going to see the continued adventures of The Walking Dead here by the end of the month. Read More...

A Lot Has Gone On This Week. Here's A Recap Of What We Covered In Video Games There we go with another week of video games in the bag. It was a bit more on the slow side given the proximity to GDC but that doesn't mean there wasn't much to see and experience in gaming. We had more to look at for Vampyr and we have more to look forward to for Portal. We are all prepped for DOOM's beta that is upcoming and it looks like Overwatch will be entering an early access as well. Like I said, all kind of news and updates on this slow week for video games.
