A new Street Fighter V teaser shows that Akuma will be joining the ranks during the Street Fighter V championships at PSX It looks like the wait is going to be over soon for a character I know a lot of people have wanted to see join the ranks of Street Fighter V. It looks like Akuma is well on the way to be the next DLC character to show up in the game. While there isn't much to go on for now, Capcom is revealing everything at this year's PSX, we do have a new teaser video for Street Fighter V that shows off the fact he is coming. We'll have to wait until December 3rd to actually see anything as the main showing will be during the Capcom Cup. Read More...

A new cinematic trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda has been released as well as details on this Mass Effect's deluxe edition Last week we were given a great tease about what was coming this week for Mass Effect: Andromeda on N7 Day. More or less we were promised a trailer for the game from EA and it was mostly left at that. Now here we are and now here we have the new trailer for the game to show off some of the great cinematography that Bioware is going to be giving us in the final version of Mass Effect: Andromeda. Sadly the release date for the game is still up in the air for Spring of 2017 but at least we know it is coming to the PS4, Xbox One, and PC on whichever date is finally selected for the game to land. A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here's a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site And with that, we end another week in video games and it has been yet another one that has been all over the place. We had more updates on Resident Evil 7 and Final Fantasy XV as well as a plethora of new information for Watch Dogs 2 and Dishonored 2. And those were only the triple A video games that we had to cover here as we saw both Project Wight and Maize get some announcements into the mix. You have to love when the smaller titles can get mixed into the larger ones. Read More...

We sit down and review Rise Of The Tomb Raider. It has finally made it over to the PS4 with all its DLC. Here's our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider It's been a year and a bunch of DLC packs since Rise Of The Tomb Raider launched on the Xbox One and then the PC. Now we have the game here on the PS4 with all of its DLC and upgrades that have been applied over that year in the form of Crystal Dynamics' definitive edition as it were. It may not have that title but with everything packaged here it surely feels that way. None the less, Square Enix wanted us to join in the twenty year celebration and here we are with our review of Rise Of The Tomb Raider. Read More...

It looks like the Star Wars Battlefront sequel is aiming to release in Fall of 2017 just in time for the next Star Wars film Earlier in the year when it was brought up that Star Wars Battlefront was going to be getting a sequel it was laid out that would be the case between April and the end of next year. DICE is currently working on it all but that still leaves a pretty wide open range to expect to see the game on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Thankfully in the most recent investor call for EA it was let loose that we can expect to see Star Wars Battlefront sometime in Fall of 2017. Read More...

The release date for Maize has been set and we also have a look at another character joining us in Maize with Vladdy With all of the serious titles coming out here in the next few months it is nice to see something like Maize finally get its time in the sun as it is poised to release on December 1st now. It's been a while since Finish Line Games first showed off anything for the game and now we are set to see it hit the light of day. Originally it was stated as Harvest of 2016 but since the harvest has come and gone it looks like Maize is settling in for a solid Winter release instead. Read More...

Another story trailer for Dishonored 2 has been released and it gives us a fun popup book style recount of everything that lead to Dishonored 2's story As if we haven't had enough for Dishonored 2 to lead us into next week's release, we have yet another story trailer for the game. It's not like we are forgetting anything here Bethesda but I guess you want to make sure we are all up to snuff. It's not like we've ignored everything from Dishonored and what has been shown for Dishonored 2 but I guess we all may need another reminder. The game is still coming on November 11th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC; just in case you forgot. Read More...

We sit down and review Batman: The Telltale Series — New World Order. This is the third episode of Telltale's take on the Batman franchise. Here's our review on how they did So far each episode of Batman: The Telltale Series has been something insane and exciting. At least the first two have been and now here we have the third episode in the mix. Usually at this point in a season we are in for something truly over the top from Telltale Games in terms of the story. At least that is how their stories usually go and it looks like Batman here should be going along the same path. Read More...

The full contents of Watch Dogs 2's season pass have been outlined and it looks like hours of Watch Dogs 2 gameplay will be added Just about two weeks now and Watch Dogs 2 will be in our homes and on our PS4, Xbox One, and/or PC. We've seen a whole lot of hypes and gameplay here for the game and now it is time to see a bit more. Well, a bit more in terms of content that you can get if you pick up Watch Dogs 2 and its Season Pass content as that is what we have here for you. It looks like things go even further here for the game as Ubisoft looks to add not only some fun visual additions and side missions to the game but also a few extra hours to the overall story of Watch Dogs 2. A new game in the works codenamed Project Wight has a new sneak peek to show off what we could have in store when Project Wight comes to market It is always interesting to see where some developers go after they leave other big projects and it looks like Project Wight is the next game to jump into this category. This is the new title coming from a new development team named The Outsiders and it looks like they are taking that name a bit to heart on what we have here for the first "sneak peek" of their project. Project Wight seems to be the working title for the game right now and just as we have a working title to work with we also have very few details on what this game is going to fully entail. New screenshots for Horizon Zero Dawn have been released showing off about how nice Horizon Zero Dawn is going to look on the PS4 Pro Back in September we were shown a bit how Horizon Zero Dawn will be using some of the new PS4 Pro features to look even better on the system. We were also assured by Guerrilla Games that those who didn't have the Pro or a 4K TV were not going to miss out on much, just some of the great advantages that these displays can give us. Now we have a few new screenshots to look at here to see just about as close as we can to what Horizon Zero Dawn will be giving us on February 28th 2017 given that we have the ability to show it all off as well as it has been crafted. There is still some time for that so don't start to freak out just yet. Read More...

A new tease for Mass Effect: Andromeda is here and it looks to be building up for yet another the next Mass Effect N7 day next week Who doesn't like a good tease? A lot of people really but that doesn't mean that we don't have another one for Mass Effect: Andromeda just before the big N7 day that we are always made aware of from Bioware. At least that is the assumption here for the latest teaser video for the game that has been put out there. A nice little thing that wants you to join the Andromeda Initiative for Mass Effect while giving us really no clue what is going on. Read More...

A new spotlight video for Dishonored 2 is here for Corvo as Dishonored 2 has now officially gone gold and preps for full release It looks like Dishonored 2 has officially gone gold for us all and now all we have to do is wait until November 11th to get the game on our PS4, Xbox One, or PC. That and we can celebrate with Arkane Studios while they wind down from all of the development and deal with the stress of if they pleased all of us or let us all down. That has to be rough. A new update for Last Year has been put out there and it shows off some new gameplay for Last Year as well as one of the killer's abilities in the game If we hop back in the "Way Back Machine" again you might remember a title we found called Last Year. This was back in December of 2014 for those who don't remember and it seemed to have a lot of similarities between it and the official Friday The 13th game that we are looking forward to. In fact, back then it was a hot topic between all parties given the similarities but none the less Last Year was still in the works after all of the dust had settled. We just hadn't heard much about this 5v1 multiplayer game since then even though it had reached twice its funding request on Kickstarter. Read More...
