We sit down and review The Surge. It's almost like a Sci-Fi version of Dark Souls with other risks involved. Here's our review of The Surge Just as its name, The Surge popped into our lives and then was out for us to play in short order. That's not to say that Deck 13 didn't put in the effort to make it a great game, but we first caught wind of it not too long ago and now here we are giving it a review. A new trailer for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War has just dropped and it gives us a glimpse of the other lands Shadow Of War will have to offer us all It's been a nice little bit since we had something new for Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War and now we get to come at you with an open-world kind of trailer to look at. It's not the kind that you would assume with all of the other open-world trailers we get, but this one shows off more of the fighting as well as a few of the new places that Monolith Productions has put together for us to explore so it isn't all Mordor and the surrounding areas. A new release date for South Park: The Fractured But Whole has been set and it looks like we'll be back in South Park farting on everyone this October It looks like South Park: The Fractured But Whole may be just in sight now as it looks like we have a new release date for the game to look forward to. Unless it is hit with any further delays, it looks like Ubisoft is planning to bring us this game finally on October 17th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. With all of the recent Assassin’s Creed rumors floating around, it looks like Ubisoft has confirmed we'll see Assassin’s Creed & others this fiscal year While none of this will seem exactly new given all of the recent leaks, but it looks like the next Assassin’s Creed title is slated to be out here soon-ish with more information coming to us by E3 this year. The second batch of DLC for Ghost Recon Wildlands is about to drop and will add quite a bit more to Ghost Recon Wildlands' missions and regions If you are a Season Pass holder for Ghost Recon Wildlands, or just really digging the game and buying DLC one its own, then it looks like you have a new date to look forward to as the second batch of DLC will be dropping on May 30th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions of the game. Ubisoft is bringing the Fallen Ghosts DLC then and it will be adding not only a lot of gameplay extras, but will be bringing on a lot of the aftermath that occurs after the core of Ghost Recon Wildlands' story. Recently we had some gameplay for Darksiders III to look at and now we have some context for what it all means for Darksiders III and moving forward A little while back we had the announcement for Darksiders III and that was followed up pretty quickly with some of the first gameplay footage for the game to show it all off more than a cinematic trailer. While it was good to see where Gunfire Games was at with the game, it was not given much context and left a lot of things out there that, in my opinion, seemed to harm the franchise. It has been announced that LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is coming and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 will be bringing all of the fun & more that we know and love Hopefully you wanted more Marvel and LEGO fun as it has been announced that LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is on its way to us and as soon as November 14th for those who want to pick it up on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. We have gameplay for the Call Of Duty: Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles to show how all these classic Call Of Duty maps have been updated It's been a pretty quiet turnaround from announcement to release for Call Of Duty: Black Ops III Zombies Chronicles as it hits the PS4 here on Tuesday the 16th here. We've had a quick overview of what will be coming with the game and just what Treyarch has done to bring it to us but most of it hasn't shown off how all of these maps have been re-mastered for the bundle here. More of the premier skins for Injustice 2 have been spotted out there in the world and we see more Injustice 2 characters shown off Only a few more sleep cycles until we all get to dive into the console version of Injustice 2 and see what hasn't been shown off to us just yet. We've been getting a lot of promises out of NetherRealm Studios that there is still a whole lot that we have not seen yet and this includes premier skins in the mix. These are the special skins in Injustice 2 that will completely alter the look and sound of one of the core characters into something completely new. With The Surge just about to launch we get a new cinematic trailer for The Surge as well as a look at one of the boss fights in the game We are almost here as The Surge launches next week on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It has been a fun ride so far with a lot of questions still needing answers from Deck 13, but now that we are a few days away it seems like a moot point as we'll be able to answer them all for ourselves here. Of course that doesn't help with the whole figuring out our thoughts on The Surge before it launches, but I am sure that Focus Home Interactive would rather us just take the plunge and hope for the best instead of knowing everything and opting to possibly not picking up the game. A new in-engine video for Ancestors has been released to show us just how the Ancestors RTS feel will go between god and unit It's going to sound odd talking about Ancestors here knowing that there are two titles coming out with that as the main title for the game. The version we are going to talk about here though is the RTS title coming from 1C and Destructive Creations for the Xbox One and PC and not the weird ancient history simulator that we've heard a little about before. This version of Ancestors will be taking us through history, but all in the vein of murdering each other in glorious battle between four different nations. Not long ago it was announced that Total War: Warhammer II was coming and now we have a look at some in-game footage for Total War: Warhammer II with a new race of lizardmen Back in March we all caught wind of Total War: Warhammer II coming to our PCs sometime in 2017 but it was all done in a cinematic trailer that didn't do much but show us that the game was coming and to expect more. No slight to Creative Assembly for what they gave us, but I know I am not a fan of just cinematic trailers and then nothing to go one from there. The next character to join the fight of Paragon has been shown off and looks to add a lot of flair to Paragon in the coming week There has been so much going on in gaming recently that I've almost forgot about Paragon and all of the new heroes that are coming to the game. Here we are with yet another on that is coming to the game here on May 16th and she looks to add a whole lot of flair to Epic Games' MOBA title on the PC and PS4. At least as much flair that we can expect in Paragon but it does look like a page was taken from the most recent inFAMOUS title when it comes to powers and abilities.
