Sleep Awake
The launch for Sleep Awake is finally here, and we can all see if we will be able to survive the nightmares of Sleep Awake
Just as quick as it was shown off, it has now launched out there with Sleep Awake landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC right now. This is another in the growing list of games that Blumhouse Games have been cooking up, and with Eyes Out behind this one. The name of the studio is working a bit more than expected here for Sleep Awake, as that is a bit of the premise behind the game. Well, more about keeping your eyes open and not sleeping, but that is an easy leap of logic between the two here. Just as easy as it is to download the game onto your selected platform to see if you will be able to survive the game and not have any nightmares afterward. Even if you should not be sleeping again…
Those just now jumping into Sleep Awake, this is a new psychological horror title where the world is in a state of not sleeping. That is due to the fact that those who go to sleep have been vanishing, so those still existing out there are doing all that they can to not fall asleep. A dangerous task that can lead to some other truly dark things for the mind and world. Especially with some of the lengths humans can go to so they do not fall asleep. If not that, then joining the various cults and otherworldly forces trying to bring the human race to an end. A twisted little concept we have for Sleep Awake that feels like it is only going to lead to a gruesome end in one way or another. Especially given what could happen to those who are staying awake a bit longer than is healthy for a human. Have a little taste of the nightmares that are out there now, with the following video just released for the game.
Sleep Awake — Launch Trailer
Sleep Awake is out now on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, along with the Original Soundtrack from Robin Finck of Nine Inch Nails.
In the last known city on Earth, people are disappearing in their sleep. Those who remain exist in a crisis of reckless experiments to keep awake. Navigate depraved death cults, otherworldly forces, and the ever-present horror of The HUSH, to save yourself and those who rely upon you.
Have you been keeping up on Sleep Awake since it was announced? Are you excited to see how this nightmare is going to play out? Are you here for the soundtrack coming from Robin Finck to highlight the darkness of the game? Will there be a way for us to make it out of this experience alive? Let's discuss all of that down in the comment section as we try to answer all of that for ourselves. Now that Sleep Awake, I feel like this will be the last we hear for the game.
