Dancing Haruhi Game For Wii Delayed
by Michael Camacho [ Thursday, 30th of October 2008 - 11:13 PM ]
To the disappointment of many Suzumiya Haruhi fans, Kadokawa has announced that Haruhi No Gekidou has been delayed until January 22nd 2009. This was pushed back from it's original release date of November 28th 2008.  Haruhi No Gekidou is based off the extremely popular anime, The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi from Bandai Ent. For thos who don't know, while it's still known as the Haruhi Dance game, it was previously announced that the dancing aspect has most likely been cancelled. And while this game may be delayed, it isn't the only Haruhi game on the horizon, with two other games are in development as you read this. Read More…

A Goofier Way To Look While Playing Games
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of October 2008 - 05:58 PM ]
Sony Patents Ultrasonic Waggle Controller Technology A while back, there was a video showing a motion controller designed for the PS3. It looked like the Dual Shock 3 controller only that it split in the middle to make for two fists of fury. Really cool looking. But now there is a new patent passed through to create a new motion and proximity controller by Sony. And the images proposed look really goofy. But the technology is actually kind of cool when you think and look at it. Read More…

Enter The City With Your Mac
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 30th of October 2008 - 04:55 PM ]
NCsoft and TransGaming Announce City of Heroes for the Mac So it's been a long time coming, but it is finally going to happen. So good news for those Mac players that have yet to get addicted to WoW. But one of the other best MMOs will be easily available for those who love to game with a Mac. Why someone would do that I don't know. Sorry personal opinion. But the details, at least the shorter version, is that there will be a public Beta of the Mac version available before the Holiday Season around the same time the next Issue (patch) comes out. MTV And Apple Corps. Join Forces For Beatles Music Game So yesterday there was an announcement that there was something major going to be announced from Apple and MTV. Yes it has more of a story over, Superman throws down on Raiden. Read More…

by Robert [ Tuesday, 28th of October 2008 - 08:33 PM ]
Fun Fact: World of Warcraft's player subscription base is equal to Ohio's population according to the 2007 census estimates. Even before the release of next major expansion Wrath of the Lich King, Blizzard has much to brag about. After Age of Conan and WAR Online both have released and Blizzard still holds a strong grasp over the MMORPG market, an ever-growing gaming scene, and has now reached a player base of 11 million strong.   Quoted from Blizzard: IRVINE, Calif. - October 28, 2008 - Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Need A Killzone Fix?
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 28th of October 2008 - 04:48 PM ]
Killzone2 - Helghan - PlayStation 3 Well if you are still pining over this game and need a fix, here is a new trailer for your viewing pleasure. It is a high definition video of some of the cut scenes of the game. No real game play from what I saw, but then again with most games today using the game engine for their cut scenes over FMV, you can assume it will look about the same visually. Which does look pretty sweet. Not much more about what is going on with the game, story wise or what is going on, but still nice to see. Read More…

Saw Game By Halloween 2009 So as most of you are aware of, there is a film series called Saw. They are up to number V (that's 5 in Roman Numerals) now. With more in the works. But that isn't the big news here seeing as this is a gaming site. So why am I wasting your time writing this. Well filler right now. But more importantly, and game related, the people who brought you the Saw films have released a Press Release stating that they will have a game out by the time the Sixth movie hits the big screen. All with the premise of bridging the first two films together a bit better. Read More…
