A lot has gone on this week in video games. Here is a recap of what we covered in the world of video games on the site this week It was a shorter week when it came to everything and all of our video games here, but gods was it a crazy filled one. Not only did we get more of the hype for SDCC coming up and the various gaming elements that will be out there after three years. Evil Dead: The Game Is Opening The Gates To The Castle Kandar Very Soon

The next map for Evil Dead: The Game is about to open up for us all to bring another Evil Dead location to us It was not hidden at all that Evil Dead: The Game was going to be dropping in a new map for us to play around in, and now we know when it is on the way. Boss Team Games and Saber Interactive made it apparent it was coming soon and for free to those that own the game on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Just make sure your version of Evil Dead: The Game is up to date so that when July 14th shows up, you will be able to enter the Castle Kandar and face off with more Deadites than before. You Will Soon Get To Survive The World With A New Terminator Title

The Terminator IP is coming back and finally giving us a true survival game set in the Terminator timeline After so many other games in the Terminator IP out there, we are finally getting a true survival game in the mix out there. This also felt like the IP that would have done well in this setting and it is odd that it has taken so long to actually get one in the works out there. This one being another from NACON and will be coming to the PC, and consoles (most likely PS5 and Xbox Series X|S) after all of the FPS and other versions of the Terminator have been brought forth before now. It is odd that it has taken so long to finally get us back into the terror that the IP original had for us when the film was first released. Read More…

The Precious Gameplay Is Here For The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum

The gameplay is finally here for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum we can see just how we will have Gollum sneaking around the world We can all finally stop speculating on just how the gameplay for The Lord Of The Rings: Gollum is going to function now. After all of the waiting and just getting ever closer to the September 1st release date, Daedalic Entertainment has finally given us all that precious gameplay we could have wanted. Well, at least a solid sampling of it all to help us all get ready to help Gollum make it through the lands of Middle-Earth on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Dead Or Alive, The Gameplay Is Finally Here For Robocop: Rogue City

The gameplay for Robocop: Rogue City is finally here with the news that the famed Robocop actor will be back to voice the role It was almost a year ago to the day that we had the first announcement for Robocop: Rogue City and now we are back with the first real gameplay for the game. If you remember, Teyon and NACON only gave us all a nice CG trailer to let us know the game was coming but nothing in terms of what to expect at all. Hells, we did not even know the platforms it was going to hit. Now we know that Robocop: Rogue City will be here in June of 2023 and landing on the PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC. Read More…

A new bit of story for The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil In Me is out there to show how dark the hotel in The Devil In Me will go There have been hints for what was coming to us in The Dark Pictures: The Devil In Me when it drops this Fall, but now we can kick back and see a little bit more of the story. I do mean a little bit more, as it looks like Supermassive Games is leaning more into the horror aspect of leaving a bit up to the imagination when it comes to this one. That does not lower down any excitement for The Devil In I, but it could lead us down a few different paths in our expectations before it hits the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Forspoken Has Been Delayed One More Time Until 2023

A new delay for Forspoken is set down with Forspoken now heading to an early 2023 release date It is starting to feel as if Forspoken is never going to make it out, as we have one more delay set for the game now. A delay that will have it heading to the PS5 and PC in 2023 now instead of this coming October. I am sure it was a hard choice to make by Luminous Productions, but now we can mark down January 24th, 2023 for Forspoken to finally come out. So, just a few more months for the team to work on it to make sure it is going to be up to the snuff of what we all want out there. Read More…

Biomutant Is Going Fully Next-Gen This September

The next-gen update for Biomutant is almost here with Biomutant players getting the new features in September In an interesting twist of things, it looks as if Biomutant will officially be going next-gen on September 6th with a new update for the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Not that you could not play the game on those systems already, but this will allow you to see just how Experiment 101 and THQ Nordic wanted the game to look and feel on these systems when the game first launched. Something that might have helped with the rocky launch, but now all of us Biomutant fans will have a reason to head back out there with our Kung-Fu master rodents and try to save the world from all of the horrible things that will be coming its way once more. Have A Pint At SDCC With Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves

A new Dungeons & Dragons event will be taking place at SDCC this year for Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves If you have ever truly fantasized about being able to hit up one of those fantastical taverns from any of your Dungeons & Dragons sessions and you will be out at this year's SDCC, then you might be getting a bit of that wish fulfillment going on. A new event and activation for the convention are going to try to bring some of that gaming experience alive to us all for those looking to take a load off. It will also be out there to promote the upcoming Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves film, but we know the gamers will want to be out there for the experience first and then focus on the film that will give us more content in our lives. God Of War: Ragnarök Is Coming At Us Soon With All Of The Collector’s Editions

The release date for God Of War: Ragnarök is now set and we have more collectibles for the true God Of War fans Even though the basic fans have been terrible towards Santa Monica Studio as of late, the team over there have opted to grace us all with the official release date for God Of War: Ragnarök now. A date that keeps the same promise that we will be seeing it before the end of 2022 and also lands right on one of Odin's days out there. This staple is now making its way back by making a stop in San Diego during the current Road Trip event that is about to kick off at the end of the week. Fans of Lollipop Chainsaw need to get ready to see more for the game with the announcement for a Lollipop Chainsaw Remake The murmurs and rumors around Lollipop Chainsaw getting a remake can finally be put to rest. Not in a terrible way but in a way that it looks like the original team and developers are coming back to give us all exactly that. It may have taken a decade or so to get there, but we can officially announce that a Lollipop Chainsaw Remake is in the works and we could be seeing it sometime in 2023.
