The Walking Dead It looks like Overkill’s The Walking Dead is heading to Gamescom and with that means we are getting a look at a new area in their take on The Walking Dead We will soon be treated with more for Overkill’s The Walking Dead as it looks like the developer is heading out to Gamescom here in the coming weeks and unsurprisingly bringing its gameplay with it. Not too shocking given that Overkill just showed the first bit off at E3 here and it was met with a whole lot of positive responses in general. God Of War New Game+ is coming to God Of War so you can relive the epic tale with everything you unlocked already in God Of War, and much more It comes as no surprise, but we now have a release date for the announced New Game+ mode for God Of War. We heard about it a while back from Santa Monica Studio when they were talking about the Photo Mode, but now we know this will hit the PS4 on August 20th. At least for those who have completed one play through of God Of War already. It will only unlock at that point and that should not be too big of a surprise given the name and how the mode works in every other game out there. Read More...

Shadow Of War A new definitive edition of Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War is announced and will bring all of the DLC and updates into one Shadow Of War package If you were holding out on playing Middle-Earth: Shadow Of War it looks like your holdout may be over soon. Unless you were holding out for other reasons, it looks like all of the content that Monolith Productions has put out there for the game so far will be coming in one package now. A new definitive edition of the game has been announced and coming to our PS4, Xbox One, or PC on August 28th now. Not with any of the usual visual updates that games get in these editions, but a nice little package where all of the DLC and updates for Shadow Of War are in one place for $59. Read More...

Call Of Duty A recent job posting for a known Call Of Duty developer points that there may be single-player back in the next Call Of Duty title The next Call Of Duty title has not even fully been revealed or launched yet and we are already looking toward the next possible one. At least the next one coming from Infinity Ward in terms of if we will see single-player make its way back into the franchise. Again, we have yet to see how a Call Of Duty title will go without a solid campaign mode as it looks like Black Ops IIII is going to be the first outing that Activision will be going with here on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It may look and be another Lovecraftian story or tale to add into the mix of the many coming out, but it looks like Frogwares is crafting something many of us can get behind and see is truly weird out there. That and it looks like The Sinking City will be missing the mark of all of the other titles in the same vein by launching on March 21st of next year on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. World War Z While at E3, I was able to see World War Z in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on World War Z. Leading up to E3 this year there has been so very little shown or discussed for World War Z. It was teased back in December during the Game Awards, but since then there has not been much out of Saber Interactive on what the game will actually house and look like. I mean, it is a World War Z game so we can make easy assumptions as to what it would look like, but nothing much as to how it would actually play. That is why it was so very nice of them to bring it out to play during the show and give us all a better understanding of what the game will truly hold. Read More...

Hitman While at E3, I was able to see Hitman 2 in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Hitman 2. We all knew it was coming and then it was secured when Hitman 2 received the official announcement just before E3 this year. Given how well the last one was received and still is played today, it would have been a bad move on IO Interactive to not follow it up with another great addition to the franchise and continue the story that sucked us in recently. They may have moved over to Warner Bros. to get the game out there, but that is not a bad thing at all as they also had Hitman 2 on the floor to play and see just where the game has progressed to.
