Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 & Spyro Are Making Their Mark On SDCC 2018
by Duke Searles [ Monday, 16th of July 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty Spyro and Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 will have a presence during SDCC 2018 with another good look at the next Call Of Duty Zombies as well With Comic-Con International right around the corner, this week in fact, it would make sense that started to see some of those gaming companies coming out there with their titles and Activision has done just that as we now know that Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy will be out there in some form of force. It would have felt like a missed opportunity if neither were out there for all those who missed out during E3 and before. Not to mention that this is usually where we have been getting our big Call Of Duty Zombies updates in the past few years. Read More...

Call Of Duty May Be Getting Its Single-Player Back In The Near Future
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 4th of July 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
Call Of Duty A recent job posting for a known Call Of Duty developer points that there may be single-player back in the next Call Of Duty title The next Call Of Duty title has not even fully been revealed or launched yet and we are already looking toward the next possible one. At least the next one coming from Infinity Ward in terms of if we will see single-player make its way back into the franchise. Again, we have yet to see how a Call Of Duty title will go without a solid campaign mode as it looks like Black Ops IIII is going to be the first outing that Activision will be going with here on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Nonetheless, it looks like speculation on the next title having a campaign mode again has started to pop up again. Read More...

A Bit Of Bleach Has Been Added To Jump Force
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of July 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Jump Force It looks like Bleach is now coming to Jump Force as three new characters get the announcement to Jump Force’s roster of anime characters Heads up for all those anime fans out there who have been keeping an eye on Jump Force since it was recently announced. It looks like three new characters have been announced for the game as Spike Chunsoft is adding in Bleach characters to the fight. Ichigo, Rukia, and Aizen to be exact will be joining the fight of Jump Force as you can see down in the screenshots. Not the largest of surprises as I expect to see all of the IPs that Bandai Namco have access to will be joining in when the game launches in 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Kicks Some More Gameplay Into Your Faces
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 2nd of July 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Assassin’s Creed New gameplay for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is here and it gives the rest of us a taste of what was on the floor at E3 for this Assassin’s Creed title There is no denying that we had a good showing of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey out at E3 even though it was one of the worst kept secrets of the pre-show. It always seems the case for this franchise as of late and Ubisoft either needs to embrace it or figure out a way to keep that all hidden before large shows like this. That is not why we are here though, as while we had some good gameplay and demos to experience for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey on the floor, not everyone out there had a chance to see or experience them. E3 Hands On — Overkill’s The Walking Dead
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead While at E3, I was able to see Overkill’s The Walking Dead in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Overkill’s The Walking Dead. During all of the build-up to E3 we finally had a chance to see some of the gameplay we can expect for Overkill’s The Walking Dead. It was not much, but enough to give a feeling for where Starbreeze could be taking the game and I know I had many speculations on just where it would go. Speculation no more, though, as 505 Games brought me in to actually sit down and give this addition to the The Walking Dead universe that Overkill has been putting together. Read More...

E3 2018 Impressions — The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Friday, 22nd of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Captain Spirit While at E3, I was able to see The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit. Another of the outside the realm of the usual at E3 came The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit during the Microsoft media event and it is the bridge between the original Life Is Strange and the upcoming second full title in the franchise. DontNod is back at the helm for the franchise here and it looks like they also have Square Enix bringing it to us on June 26th on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. All for the low price of free, so we can eliminate the cost being a reason to skip out on this new narrative adventure. Read More...

E3 2018 Impressions — Call Of Cthulhu
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Tuesday, 19th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Call Of Cthulhu While at E3 I was able to see Call Of Cthulhu in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Call Of Cthulhu. The madness continues to flow as we are still left waiting for Call Of Cthulhu to hit the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, but we did get another great showing of the game while on the floor out at E3. While I know I was hoping to be able to actually play and experience what Cyanide Studios has for the game so far, it was not meant to be as it was not playable on the floor again. Thankfully, though, Focus Home Interactive had us all covered to show off a bit more for Call Of Cthulhu and get us ready for its imminent release of sometime this year. Read More...

E3 Hands On — Shadow Of The Tomb Raider
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of June 2018 - 07:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider While at E3, I was able to see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. With Shadow Of The Tomb Raider not that far off from release, September 14th as a reminder, it was expected to see the game have a huge showing out at E3 this year and Square Enix did not let us down. There was a great showing during their huge press event the day before E3 kicked off, but also had a nice long demo for fans to play that Eidos-Montréal had put together just for the show. It was a nice subsection of the core game and let the world see what was coming to Shadow Of The Tomb Raider as well as show how the gameplay has shifted a bit. Read More...

E3 Hands On — Jump Force
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Monday, 18th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Jump Force While at E3, I was able to see Jump Force in a more intimate setting than just a trailer. Here is my take on Jump Force. It feels like this should have been a thing well before, but as it was announced out of E3 this year, we have Jump Force coming at us on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC from Spike Chunsoft. All to add into the crazy games and style that Bandai Namco has been known to bring us when it comes to the anime-style titles out there. This one aims to bring all of your favorites into one battle arena here and finally have us hash out those epic fights we all speculate on. Read More...

Shadow Of The Tomb Raider Is Back With More Gameplay From E3 2018
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Thursday, 14th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
Tomb Raider The first gameplay for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is here now and we get to see how the franchise has evolved from the last Tomb Raider title We have been good and waited until this year's E3 to finally see Shadow Of The Tomb Raider in motion. At least in terms of gameplay. Since it has been known that Eidos-Montréal will have the game ready for us on September 14th, it was a given that we would get to see it during Square Enix's media event this year and then again on the show floor. They could have kept all of that under wraps until the release date, but that is just not how all of this marketing thing goes to make sure we are pre-ordering and ready for Shadow Of The Tomb Raider. I guess that is good for all of us who have been dying to see just what is in store for us with the game. Read More...

The First Bit Of Gameplay For Overkill’s The Walking Dead Is Out There
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of June 2018 - 09:00 PM ]
The Walking Dead We finally have our first bit of gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead and it looks like it is a new way to experience The Walking Dead The wait is over and we finally have some gameplay for Overkill’s The Walking Dead to look at instead of all of the amazing little teases and pre-rendered segments we have been given so far. Not that I have not enjoyed what Starbreeze has put together for those little bits, but I know I just want to see what I will be playing for Overkill here and not just the fancy stuff we will not be playing. All without having to wait until November 6th to get to actually see and play this version of The Walking Dead on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Read More...

The Last Of Us Part II Has A Lot More Gameplay To Look At
by David 'Hades' Becker [ Wednesday, 13th of June 2018 - 05:00 PM ]
The Last Of Us The first bit of gameplay for The Last Of Us Part II is here out of E3 and it shows just how the world of The Last Of Us has changed Just as it was promised, we have a lot of new gameplay for The Last Of Us Part II. Like a whole lot of new gameplay out of E3 here. We are talking upwards or twelve minutes of new gameplay that Naughty Dog has put together to show off just how the game looks and acts. Enough to get us all riled up again for The Last Of Us Part II and ignore the fact that we still have no release date or window defined for the game. We will all live for now as there are many other games to hold us over on the PS4 and that we will not be adding to the list of February games we already have had. Read More...
